Order not delivered
i have order ID:17778100.(Western Digital 3 TB Elements Desktop Hard drive WDBWLG0030HBK, black) buy Total Payment made : Rs. 7, 622 i payed amount by online for my idbi bank on infibeam accepted the order and given date of shipping Feb 8, 2016 but i am waiting for 4 feb 2016. then they cancelled my product because of out of stock.

and they say that Any payments made will be refunded immediately if applicable and it should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days
but did not reflect in my account

i am regularly taking followup but no action they had taken, they just say its out of stock, if this the situation why they have accepted my order.

i appeal every body not to order from infibeam other wise you can also stuck in your order. infibeam is big cheating company

they are frauds...and i will launch complaint against them, and appeal for compensation in court.

        I ordered online from Infibeam an Ambrane P[protected]mAh) Power Bank, black grey in January 2016 (order ID : 17682087; sub order ID:[protected] and received it on 14th January. The product delivered was faulty, non- functional and a used one. After a lot of communication and sending mails and digitals repeatedly, the faulty product was picked up from me on 29th Jan and I received confirmation (order ID : 17682087 RMA ID: 36916 ) on 3rd Feb 2016. Since then I have been constantly chasing the Infibeam team for resolution, but have only received mails mentioning that it is still being reviewed. I have been asking for an immediate refund because it is more than a month now, but am unable to get any response or refund.
        I request you to kindly get this matter resolved immediately.

          I booked a watch as on dated of 19 feb 2016 whose amount of rs. 40.00 as per site ([protected]@infibeam.Net),
          I had payment rs. 40.00 also by own debit card...
          After some time he send to me a mail that
          Your order (Id:[protected] has been shipped!

          Order date:- feb 19, 2016
          Order amount:- 40.00

          But today i got a mail form infibeam...
          And they are saying me that...
          We regret to inform you that due to a technical error the price of the above product was wrongly updated. The shipping and handling charges for this product are rs.349/- as mentioned in the link provided.

            I ordered the product cannon scan lide 220 black (scanner) cost Rs.4099 through Infibeam
            ordered on 18.12.2015.Order ID:17520336. After some days i got the message that "Your order is cancelled and the amount will credited to your account within 5-7 working days"
            i checked the mail there is a messege for request for alternate adress request but it is too late that the order is cancelled
            after about 15 days money is not refunded .. i mailed to them about this. they give me a authorisation code and contact you bank services . i conacted and they cant track and do nothing with this. Now this is about 60 Days (2 MonThs)
            money is not refunded in my account. so kindly help about this... i really want this money back.

              Infibeam is the biggest fraud company after three months of my product cancellation, I had not received my refund. Their executive has called by their selves and told me that they had no refund policy but they can refund the money in wallet and promised me to provide the amount within 48 hours after long three months, but again they did the same . So I request everyone never purchase from Infibeam and request the Government to cancel their trade license.

                I ordered micromax tab p666 on 17 nov 15 from infibeam and received wrong product which was micromax funbook alfa in damaged second hand condition.(big scratch on screen, finger marks) on 21 nov 15. i called customer care and informed all this they asked me to email photographs of wrong product that i received from them and photographs of inner box and outer box AND THEY ALSO TRY TO BARGAIN WITH ME DAT WE WILL GIVE YOU 300 RS CASHBACK N KP THE SAME PRODUCT "WHICH IS REDICULOUS N I ASKEDTHEM TO ARRANGE REPLACEMENT.Till 10 december they have not contacted me and not arranged any reverse pick up. on calling them n complaining abt same thing finally they arranged reverse pick up on 11 dec. 2015. i got call on 16 jan 2016from MR.VIJAY WE CAN NOT PROVIDE REPLACEMENT/REFUND, AND U KEEP THE SAME PRODUCT WHICH THEY SENT ME(MICROMAX FUNBOOK ALFA damaged) .TODAY 16 FEB 2016 ALSO TALKED WITH SUPERVISOR MR. SACHIN - GOT THE SAME OFFER FROM YOUR EMPLOYEE, KEEP THE SAME PRODUCT N I CANT DO ANYTHING NOT EVEN REPLCEMENT/REFUND.

                    Dear sir,

                    i have placed an order[protected] on infibeam via credit card payment after seeing available of the item. the schedule shipping date was 26 January and delivery date was 29 January' 2016.
                    after lapse of delivery date of items, i communicated infibeam through calls on 2 Feb and emails. later they changed shipping date i.e 02 Feb'2016 and informed through email but there was no delivery date mentioned.

                    on 3 Feb, i received a call and email and infibeam that product is not available with them and offered me replacement of item with low grad micromax mobile which was not accepted by me. however the product was showing available on infibeam website.

                    in view of the above, i send them a emails n call regarding immediate delivery of same item but they refused. i have paid the amount through credit card and almost 15 days are over now but no sign of delivery of item and my money is in vain.

                    infibeam is solely responsible for delay...non delivery of item. they have taken order when it was available in stock. its was prepaid order.

                    Sir, i request you to look into the matter and i claim this item free of cost as a token of compensation and refund of my already paid amount.

                      I placed an order on infibeam online portal for Toshiba Led Tv 4 pcs on 26th Jan 2016. Which had to be shipped by 31st Jan 2016. But still the product is not shipped. I called up more than 3 times to the call center every time I get only one answer to wait for another 2 days but nothing is happening.

                      after placing complaint i got call from infibeam.com Mr.Deepak Called me frm this number [protected]. and ask me to take complaint back will refund your payment but he dont have answer of my question ???

                      i question him when infibeam dont have stock with them how can they accept order and process payment after 10 dayz he ask me to return my money but he never ready to shipped my product immediately or he only responding that kindly wait for 2 more dayz every time same answer

                      i dont think its reliable portal and i think this portal is only taking money and rolling because according to them my money will be return in next 7 to 21 dayz mean they using my money for 30 dayz in short without intrest

                          I had placed an order from your online portal for Portronics My Buddy Plus laptop table on 21st Jan 2016. Which had to be shipped by 25th Jan 2016. But still the product is not shipped. I called up more than 3 times to the call center every time I get only one answer to wait for another 2 days but nothing happening.

                              I purchased a product 1 months and 7 and cancelled the product same day, when I came to know that Infibeam is a Fraud Company. So after cancellation I request them for a refund but 1 month and 6 days passed they are not refunding the money as if I had opened an fixed deposit to them.They even tried to hacked my account. So I request everyone not to shop from Infibeam and request the Government to banned the site immediately. Stay away from Infibeam stay safe

                                I ordered Lg G4 Stylus "Black" on 28 december 2015, payment via Debit Card.
                                Order Cancelled on 4 Jan 2016.
                                Got call for alternate color "Titanium", "Rejected".
                                Since 4th I have been asking for money.
                                Today, 26 January 2016,
                                as per bank account statement "No" money is found.
                                And inquire about service that according to SMS money refundable in 5-7 days but in email time period 7-21 days.
                                On sincere note I want My Money Back.

                                  I have placed an order on[protected] and cancelled it. When asked for a refund from the merchant they said they have initiated the refund and it would take 21 working days for the reflection of the amount in the account. After 21 days when I contacted them they said they have initiated the refund and it is pending with the bank but when I made a query with bank they said they haven't received any request for refund. Again when i contacted the merchant they said they have done it from their end and they said to cancel the authorization code 759103 with the bank to be cancelled for a refund.When again contacted the bank regarding the authorization code they said they have no access to cancel the authorization code.

                                    I ordered Iphone 5s on infibeam. Date of order was 14th Jan. 2016. They said phone will be dispatched by 18th jan. 2016. I called infibeam customer care on 18th jan 2016 @ 3 pm to know status. Customer care executive told me that shipment will be done by today evening or tomorrow. He said it will be dispatched from Bangalore. I called on 19th Jan 2016 @ 2 pm as i could not see any update in shipment. Customer care told me my phone will not ship on 18th jan and my phone shipped 22 jan not surely

                                      I ordered Iphone 6S plus on infibeam. Date of order was 11th Jan. 2016. They said phone will be dispatched by 14th jan. 2016. I called infibeam customer care on 13th jan 2016 @ 3 pm to know status. Customer care executive told me that shipment will be done by today evening or tomorrow. I asked him that tomorow is Makarsankranti how will you shipped it on Holiday. He said it will be dispatched from Bangalore & they do not have Makarsankranti holiday over there. I called on 14th Jan 2016 @ 6 pm as i could not see any update in shipment. Customer care executive told me that today its holiday. I asked that i was told that Bangalore is working today. So she told me that yes they are but head office is in Ahmedabad & head office is closed so they can not do shipment. By tomorrow they can ship. I called on 15th Jan. 2016 @ 11 am. Asked for status. They say it won't be dispatched before 18th jan 2016. They are not ready to give commintment on shipment. So I cancelled my order. They said by tomorrow evening order will be cancelled. But it didn't. Today (on 18th Jan 2016) @ 3 pm i called customer care & they apologise & say they will cancel soon. Even after i get confirmation of order cancelation, website still show that, order under process. Infibeam is really useless site to purchase online.

                                        I have ordered for a Logitech Z506 5.1 Surround Sound Speaker system by paying Rs.5, 712/- using credit card (COD is not available) from Infibeam .com I paid full money, didn't choose EMI. Order ID # 17685999 Usually I buy from Amazon or Flipkart, but this product was not in stock with them. Ordered on 12 Jan, 2016 On 13 Jan, 2016 they asked me for my ID proof, because of shipping issues to my state (Kerala), I just submitted it in minutes. On 14 Jan, 2016, they didn't ship it. So I told them to cancel my order. Today is 17 Jan, 2016, 9 :30 PM, and the order is not canceled yet!!! As they didn't ship the product, they are supposed to cancel and refund in a day or two. But they are not doing it! Still it shows "IN PROCESSING"!! I just want my money back !!!
