I have purchased SCJP Sun Certified Programmer for Java 6 Study Exam 310-065 Guide (With CD-ROM) (Paperback) from Infibeam website on 29th September 2015. A week has passed as the date of writing this complaint is on 6th October but no action has been taken from Infibeam to ship my book. I regularly call customer care and they say that it would be shipped in the next 24-48 hours but nothing has been materialized. I am still agonizingly waiting for the shipment to take place. I do not know when that would happen. I am now planning to cancel the order.

    paid INR 7240 on date 17.09.15 to buy a phone from infibeam (order id[protected]. After 5 days i.e. on date 24.09.15, product was deilvered to me by infibeam. As i opened the box, I was shocked to see that a defective product (phone not charging) was delivered to me for the amount of INR 7240 paid by me. Withing 10 minutes i contacted infibeam and informed my issue to infibeam and demanded for full refund because a defective and incomplete product was delivered to me vide mail dated 24.09.15.       I bought a television from infibeam site under Order ID # 16849213 on September 19th spent Rupees 56000+ and i still don;t have the TV. I made several phone calls to then and also sent them e mails, They keep on saying please give some more time for shipment and yet it has not been shipped!! They are giving generic replies to the e mails and this issue is not moving forward. I asked for a refund and have not received a response from them yet, please help me get my TV or a refund. my phone number [protected]

        I paid INR 11981 on date 21.09.15 to buy a phone from infibeam (order id[protected]. After 5 days i.e. on date 26.09.15, product was deilvered to me by infibeam. As i opened the box, I was shocked to see that a defective product (with 1 body part missing and three capacitive backlit buttons not responsive) was delivered to me for the amount of INR 11981 paid by me. Withing 10 minutes i contacted infibeam and informed my issue to infibeam and demanded for full refund because a defective and incomplete product was delivered to me vide mail dated 26.09.15. On 28.9.15 I received a mail from infibeam telling me to get some DOA certificate from service centre because a defective product was delivered to me erroneously by infibeam. Is it customers duty to resolve a mistake committed by infibeam? What is customer's fault? I can not waste my working hours for a mistake committed by infibeam. I told Infibeam that I want full refund as soon as possible . Infibeam has stopped responding now. For my every mail they send a very general reply like it was system generated e.g. " your complaint has been transferred to relevant dept. It's been 10 days now and i don't have my money or any product which i can use.

          Beware of products offered on Infibeam website. They are showcasing products in lesser price compared to other competitive shopping portals.. I booked a home theater from their site on 21-Sep.. and have still not received delivery. Customer care is rude & not providing satisfactory responses. Don't opt for buying products from this site.. This company is operating from our own dear prime minister's home town :-)

            I have ordered videocon led tv ddb model(27884)on 09sep & received it on 21sep but the model is different (pixus plus) (23900)tc was installed by videocon representative, when i got info that the tv was not ddb then i raised a complaint to infibeam and the inform that the tv was installed then we cant replace it and provide u rs 500 in infibeam account. Kindly have a look and please healp

              I made purchase o[censored]BISLATE 3G7 from Infibeam via Order ID no. 16673820 on 26.8.2015. I received it on 28.08.2015 afternoon. The product was NOT FUNCTIONING. It also HAD LOT OF SCRATCHES. It looked as if it is a second hand or used product. 29.8.2015 I interacted with the Service Centre of DATAWIND over phone on 29.8.2015 and tried to switch the device ON ( Full chargining, rebooting, hardware reset). Inspite of their suggestions, the device did not work. I spoke to customer care personnel of INFIBEAM at 18.30 on 29.08.2015 and sent a mail regarding the scratches and non-functioning of the received device. The Photographs of the product and the box were also sent [protected]@infibeam.me. 2.9.2015 On 2.9.15 I again called up INFIBEAM and asked the status of the return of the product. I was told that the complaint has been lodged to DATAWIND and I need to visit the nearest service centre to sort the issue. The product was finally collected on 7.9.2015 after many follow up calls to Infibeam and the courier associated with them for pick-up. 12.9.2015: The product was received back by Infibeam (see below) 15.9.2015: I received call from Datawind asking what issue was faced in the device and were it is presently. I got so bugged up. What is this happening? What co-ordination or the chain is this?? Why are these people working in isolation?? I told them that the product has been returned to Infibeam from where the product was purchased. The product had lot of scratches and is not atall working. The product has been returned to Infibeam. 22.9.2015 Today after waiting for ten days after non working and scratchy UBISLATE was received back at Infibeam on 12.9.2015, I again wrote email asking as to what has happened to the same Immediately I got response as below: “As per the quality report, we are glad to inform you that the product is working fine. There are scratches on the screen guard but not on the product. The product is ready to be reshipped as we are unable to pull out any issue. Please get back to us with the confirmation upon reshipment, so that we can dispatch your product. A quick response from your end will be appreciated.” This response really made me go insane. Then I spoke to customer care and I was shocked to hear their response. They told that they received quality report which said that the product is working fine and scratches were on screen guard and not the device itself. They told that screen guard was pre-applied on the screen from the company itself which had scratches.” No document regarding any quality report was attached with the mail. The complaint was done by Infibeam to the Datawind “INFIBEAM lodged complaint regarding the faulty product to DATAWIND via ticket ID GL0831UP54711 on 31.8.2015” I need response from Datawind only for the complaint and not by any of your local quality checkers. Only report from Datawind is acceptable saying that the Device is functioning OK and no scratches are there on the device but only screenguard. Simply getting checked by local people and sending the device back will not work and is not acceptable to me. Also, if the quality check was done on 12.9.2015 why didn’t Infibeam responded to me since then, Only after I wrote today, am I getting such response. I asked for the Quality report but was told that only status in system is given and no such report exist. Why no transparency is there?? They are selling faulty products and then fooling customer into a never ending trap. This was my first purchase and offcourse it will be last also, since I cannot keep long term relationship with such unethical organisation with no morale and good business rules. Just getting customer and having full money but delivering faulty product. Also not agreeing to replace or return though its sure that the device is not functional and with lots of scratches, they are trying to prove its fresh. Sheer making fool of customer. What use it is if a new product is bought and then sent back and with minor repair ..etc, it is being sent back. Then it should be charged for second hand product and not first hand. I repent my decision ot buy from Infibeam and I am making sure that no one of my known ciricle buy from Infibeam due to these unethical practicies.

              True.. same thing happened with me. I received defective product and it's been 10 days now and no one is coming from infibeam to collect it.

                I have ordered BenQ Monitor on 19th. Its 22nd and am still waiting for dispatch. They do not have any decision making customer care executive. Repeating same thing again and again. Not able to resolve the issue. Asking us to wait 48 Hours for the response. and nobody takes responsibility!!!

                    So I purchased a phone (Xiaomi Mi4 16GB amounting to ₹10, 997) from Infibeam.com on Sept 11, 2015. And paid the amount via online banking. They were supposed to dispatch my order by 16th Sept, now that the time frame has passed. Customer care has no trace of my order and I am stuck without any information about my order.                     They were late to dispatch my order, after regular follow up they eventually delivered my product and I have no complaint now. Only thing I'd add here is never post your email and phone numbers publicly. I did it and I got fake call. That person said he is from Infibeam and the product I ordered is not in stock, then he said he will refund my amount. He tried to make me fool by asking me to login to his Mobikwik account and transfer money to his account (he insisted that it won't deduct money from account instead I will get money in my account, Oh My God! he must have extorted money from so many people. Fortunately I was alert.)

                    One of infibeam customer support executives named Rohan Kumar contacted me now and said we do not have the product in stock and we will refund the amount.

                    He tricked me to login to their mobikwik wallet and said we will refund using this wallet into my account. He then asked me to add money (trying to fool me saying that by adding money I will get refund from their mobikwik wallet to my bank account)

                    Realising I am being fooled I asked him some question about him and later he assured me to refund full amount via bank transfer. According to discussion I sent him my bank account details and waiting for my refund very eagerly. My money is stuck with them for no reason. The product is being shown in stock all the time, even if you check now its still in stock. I am done with their lies.

                      I am writing this email regardin the order I placed through Infibeam with an order ID: 16747716. AMBRANE P[protected] mAh capacity) Power Bank, black . This product got delivered on 13th Sept 2015. I was not at home till 15th Sept 2015. When I reached home I first charged the Powerbank to get it 100% charged as it was charged only 33% and on morning 16th Sept 2015 When I charged my Phone whose battery is 2110 MAH immediately the Ambrane Power Bank battery got reduced to 33% again. Today I called Infibeam Customer Support and reached to Mr.Subal Gupta who was adamant doesn’t let me finish didn’t let me talk and immediately informing that he cannot do anything as I had to inform within 24 hours. Is it the way to speak, Is that the customer service Infibeam provide. It is the worst customer service experience ever I had. Mr.Subal was least bothered to hear my concern instead he was rushing to end the call. His behavior was totally unprofessional. Despite explaining him The battery itself takes 24 hours to charge 100% he was not ready to listen. My request to Infibeam is to please arrange the reverse pick up for this product. It is all packed with all the document and accessories came along with it. Please take this back. And if possible give some customer handeling training to Mr.Subal Gupta who is very adamant and doesn’t listen the customers which is very bad. Look at the Amazon, Flipkart customer service and where Infibeam Customer service stands. There is no comparision at all. I was stupid who placed an order through Infibeam. It was my first and last order through Infibeam. Mr.Subal might forgotten he is representing Infibeam and not working for the local shop. Infibeam I thought a Shopping brand and hence placed an Order. I never thought would get such wearied and rude response from Infibeam support after raising the concern. Kindly expedite and escalate this concern as the product you sent is not satisfying the expectations which was mentioned. It doesn’t charge the 2110 MAH phone even for 2 times what to say for 5 times. It is my request to Infibeam to ask their representative to raise there standard to speak with the customers. They are not aware to whom they speaking considering the customer listen everything. We took work in the customer facing environment where in if the customer complains us against our product we take it sportingly and do the needful. I am not talking about my company but the every brand who are customer facing will work practically without saying anything blindly. Mr.Subal Gupta need vigorous training about being courteous and helpful so as the customer may think about purchasing through Infibeam. But the way Mr.Subal spoke is not at all accepted, I for sure will not deal with the Infibeam anymore nor refer Infibeam to anyone for anything rather I may put my review and experience with infibeam to my group. If you genuinely want to assist then please be practical to understand the issue and arrange the reverse pickup. I am very disappointed with the experience received by Mr.Subal Gupta who represented Infibeam

I sent an email to the company to express my dissatisfaction & requested them to take it back.                             I had ordered a cell phone and my order id is 16279157 and i had cancelled the order because of no response for delivery status. So i had cancelled my order and i had received a text from the company on 07/07/2015 that the refund amount will be deposited in my account back in 5-7 working days but it is almost more then two months and i have not received any refund yet. Make my refund as soon as possible or i will have to take some legal action agains this company.

                              Hi, I placed my order on 25th of August with Infibeam with Order ID 16663666.I already made the payment also through netbanking the same day. However, I have not got any information regarding the whereabouts of my order.When I am trying to contact the customer service care, they are not responding properly. I, therefore, request you to please look into the issue and do the needful.This was my first experience with infibeam and I am already disappointed with its service. I am also considering to post this on various social networking sites. Kindly deliver my order as soon as possible as it has already crossed the stipulated time of 4-5 days. Thanks and Regards

                                        Hi, I have purchased a (Maxx 3000mAh Power bank SCP-30, black ) order ID: 25462575 on 15 June 2015. in Infibeam.com but the product received was a old damaged prodcut. I have filed a complaint in their customer care they ask me to return the product. So I return the product on 30 June 2015. But I have not received the refund amount yet. I have contacted customer care 7 time, whenever I call they are saying It will be refunded in 48 hrs but It is almost 45 days went by I have not received the refund yet. Kindly help me in the case.
