I purchased the Samsung Diet 22T cooler from Infibeam online. I received the product on 13th April, 2015 at 1600 hrs. I opened the parcel @ 2230 hrs, found that there was no remote in the parcel. Having the remote was my foremost criteria. Before placing the order for the cooler, I called up and spoke to the customer care executive that whether the remote will be there in the product or not. He assured me Yes, I will get the remote too. The reason why I had to call the executive was due to dubious statement about the product on the place order page (product description page). Which at one place said its without remote and other place it said the cooler is loaded with the remote. After the confirmation by the infibeam executive I placed the order. BUT NO REMOTE RECEIVED IN THE PARCEL. Hence I did not unwrap it and cseal the box as it was received. After Seing that there is no remote I called up the Infibeam and told them the detail. They said that this model doesn't have remote then I told them about the conversation I had with the executive before placing the order, and that he confirmed me that there is a rmeote also I told him that the company is doing fraud with the customer as they are writing double statements one that the remote is there and second that there is no remote. He checked it for himself that actually the site said the two statements and he apologised. And On the same day I clicked the pics of the unpacked cooler and sent it to infibeam to process the refund. This was on 13th, I was told that pick up will be done in 3 days that the pick up took place after 21 days and for those 21 days I had to send 5 mails and call them 6 times for pick up request. Every time I got the same answer the pick up will be done tomorrow at 12 pm. In these days they also sent a mail that they are offering Rs 500 as a compensation. This was heights o[censored]nprofessionalism first of all they cheat customers with double statements and wrong description about the product and then they offer money so that the cusotmer doesn't raise voice. Its 20th May today. I have sent 22 mails and called up Infibeam 8 times but they never take the pain to give a proper answer. They reply to the mail saying the request have been forwarded to the concerned team. And when I call they say again the same thing that the concerned team will take 2-3 days time and revert back. But I have never received a single call from the Infibeam. They not even send the mail. I have no idea of my refund status. Since last 10 days they are giving the same reply that the product has gone for the quality check. What quality check when I did not even open the parcel. It was all packed as they sent it to me and I have all the pics. When I saw there is no remote it was useless to open it. They have a landline number and everytime i call them they put me on hold for 8-10 minutes and reply that the concerned team is working on it. I have no option but to sue against the company for their fraudulent practices of selling product with wrong information and then not replying to the customers. They have harassed me so very much.

    I had ordered Philips Home theatre on 16th Apr 2015 vide order Id:24796183 with Ref No.IBDELMAH982874DCED. They had shipped the item through SAFE EXPRESS Courier vide Track Id:85512863 Dtd 17th Apr 2015. After several days, there was no response from both the parties. So i had rised a complaint on 02nd May 2015 to Infibeam customer care. They told us to wait for one week. But till now there is no response from Infibeam. Kindly resolve the problem at the earliest.         I had bought an i-phone 5c with exchange of the old phone, vide order # 22222031. They were to give me a cash back on the amount of Rs. 2500, after the completion of the EMI. The EMI was completed in the month of February, 2015; and only after incessant follow up had the confirmed to me that the amount is due back to me. Around the 25th of March, they sent me an email saying that the money has been deposited vide cheque in the account, and it may take a couple of days to reflect. Today, after 45 Days, nothing seems to have appeared or happened. As per banking norms, a Cheque if deposited should be credited to my account in Under a Week. So does this mean that Infibeam is lying to its customers with false information and no cheque has been deposited at all. Or is Infibeam going Bankrupt and their cheque has bounced!! After continuous follow up on email, the trail of which exists to prove their absolute ineptness; they have no answer, and they seem only to be escalating the issue every time. Escalating to Who ? With the number of times, I have heard the term "escalating", I am sure the case must now be with the President of India !! You call them, and they hang up on you.. The Supervisor is to busy to attend and the person in charge has the same repeated answer – We have escalated the Issue !!! How difficult can it be to track the Cheque or the case in this day and age of Computers and Automation; or do we have monkeys in the back office who cannot track the details. The money rightfully belongs to the buyer, under what pretext do you hold back the money for such an inacceptable amount of time !

          I ordered Surya flame 3 burner LPG Gas Stove on 9th March 2015 (Order No:[protected] & still I didn't received it. I contacted customer care several times but nothing happened. I already informed that I need that product to be reshipped & asked you to send courier other than Gati because they have no service in my area (Pincode 638 402). But you sent via same Gati Courier & it stuck up with Coimbatore Gati for more than a month. And finally I found that the pincode entered on the parcel is 600001 which related to Chennai & it was booked from Ahmedabad to Chennai. I didn't understand, how it reached Coimbatore even pin code is wrong. Some one entered my pincode wrongly which gives me more trouble. I need the product to be shipped to Sathyamangalam (638 402). I'm waiting for more than 2 months. Hope, this will help me to solve this issue.

              I have purchased lenovo p70 from infibeam.com through card . They ensured delivery within 2 days after shipping. This guys delayed shipping by 2 days asking for id proof and ownership certificate . They provide a tracking id which show product got shipped from delhi through flight. It has passed 6 day and still havent update the tracking status and now asking 3 more days time for delivery. Fast delivery was the only factor for choosing product from infibeam.com and they havent yet delivered me.

                      Hi, I have purchased apple Iphone mobile with insurance on line from Infibeam under corporate program. The date of invoice is purchase is 28 October 2014.The Invoice number is BT[protected]. Last month the mobile got damaged badly in one of the incident. Hence I wrote email to Infibeam on date 23.03.2014 to claim insurance. 1. First they said that the insurance is not given to you. When I told them that Infibeam offer was with Insurance they replied that they will come back on this matter. It took 13 to 15 day for them to come back on what is action by them. During this period I was in continuously in touch with them on email &amp; call. 2. One day a person from the Infibeam call me (Navin Joshi [protected]) & said that we have forgot to Register your mobile insurance after purchase &amp; now tell us how to do ahead. He gave offer of 50% cost sharing of repair or replacement. Which I denied &amp;amp; said it is Infibeam mistake &amp; I will not share any cost &amp; 100% cost needs to be given by Infibeam. After discussion with that person he said to get the cost of repair from Apple Authorised service provider &amp; will pay the cost. 3. I gave my mobile to Apple Authorised service provider RSG Infotech Pvt ltd. As per RSG Infotech the mobile can not be repaired as per apple policy they will replace it in Rs.22, 500/- Same quote given to Infibeam. 4. After submission of this cost to them they took their time &amp; replied on 14.04.2015 that they will share Rs.10, 000/- &amp; balance need to be shared by Me. Which I denied &amp; asked 100% cost share by them. 5. After this email I called there person told it was discussed that Infibeam will pay 100%. He said please provide our A/c details we will do something. This was on date 14/04/2015. I provided A/C details at the same time &amp; date to them. 6. On 16/04/2015 I got email from them saying that the email is transferred to concern department &amp; give us time. After my follow up with them they reverted with no solution &amp; told that they can not pay beyond Rs.10, 000/- Where as the insurance terms &amp; conditions are saying 100% payment. I lost lot of time &amp; inconvenience to take follow up &amp; call them. My mobile is used for official purpose &amp; hence I am loosing time official work also. Please help me to justice with me.                         I have placed the order (Order ID #[protected] on 31st Mar. Inspite of agreeing delivery on 3rd April, till date (23rd April) product is not delivered. Till date I made multiple complaints to them, no response. It seems they faced some octri issue while delivering the product, but none other company (amozon, flipcart, bigbasket, snapdeal) faced any problem in delivering the prodcut at my address. Now they are saying it will take another 10 days to refund my money. Worst website . Never buy product on Infibeam.

                          I have ordered lg 42 inch tv lg42 lb6700 order id : 24300121 and followed up daily to expedite the delivery. I was always negative about infibeam but due to some 2 k less price i went ahead and gave the order. Now the mental agony started and after continuous followup they didn't do anything and everyday i was almost harrassed with their one line reply "we are working on it and reply back"

                          After 14 days they changed the product without my confirmation and now new tv model was being updated online and i was not contacted before. I was really damn angree as how can they changed the product??? Anyhow i was convinced to take the new item but then another mental agoney started and they didn't ship new model also even after a week, so almost after a month what i had in my hand... Nothing.

                          Anyhow i was able to cancel my order and got money after 1 more month back to my card. They used 100000 money from my card and i got nothing so guys pay some bucks extra and never go to these and they will never care about service, customer responsibility and no sense of humanity even.

He said please provide our A/c details we will do something. This was on date 14/04/2015. I provided A/C details at the same time & date to them. 6. On 16/04/015 I got email from them saying that the email is transferred to concern department & give us time.04am. Till date not reply or action. I lost lot of time & inconvenience to take follow up & call them. My mobile is used for official purpose & hence I am loosing time official work also. Please help me to justice with me.                                   I ordered Bajaj mixer grinder Sub Order ID : 23200467 and received the same without any of the lids. Have been having a harrowing experience since. This incident happened in November, and till now neither I received the new product nor is my money paid back. Really pathetic suppport services. Have shared all details for refund but still awaiting payment.

Till date (20 April) neither it was shipped nor there is any confirmed date for shipment given by customer care. Customer care is also not cancelling the order.                                       I ordered a book called Ramanujam's Last Note books on Apr 07. I paid Money on Credit card. I received the pack on 17 April around 2 in the Afternoon. When I opened the pack; I got shocked; Except cover it was all full of Blank pages. Immediately I called their Customer Service; They asked me send the proof. I sent the video clip on Apr 17 @ 2:20 Pm. They told me that with in two days, Representative will come and pick the Material and the amount will be refunded. After Some time I received a call At April 18 I have send the pics of the book also. At April 18 I have send the pics of the book also. Still no one has come to pick up the book. Customer care told that they haven't said like that. Moreover they have mailed to the Vendor for the clarification. I replied I perched from Infibeam; not from any vendors; I paid Rs 3603 for the book Order id : 15339527. My due date for the Credit card is 25 th April 2015. If I not the pay money; late fee + financial charges will be occurred. I agree they purchased the materials from vendors; Packing has been done from Infibeam only. How can they seal the book without checking? I enclosed the photos of the book I received. Kindly help me to get refund quickly.

                                        I ORDERED A BEANBAG ON 31ST OF MARCH 2015. I PAID IT THROUGH MY DEBIT CARD AS THERE WAS NO CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION PROVIDED. IN THE WEBSITE IT WAS MENTIONED THAT IT IS LIKELY TO DELIVERED BY 9TH OF APRIL. I STILL HAVE NOT YET GOT MY DELIVERY INSPITE OF GIVING SEVERAL REMINDER. THEY DIDNOT SPECIFY ANY DATE OF DELIVERY AND DIDNOT GIVE ANY SOLUTION TO MY QUERY. MY ORDER ID IS 15182274. I ASKED THEM TO RETURN MY MONEY BACK, BUT THEY REPEATEDLY TOLD ME TO CO-OPERATE AS THEY WILL COME BACK TO ME WITH A SOLUTION . BUT THEY DIDNOT TURN UP. PLEASE CHECK AND HOPE TO GET A SOLUTION SOON.
