    I placed a order of Hitachi air conditioner on dated 31march and payment is been made on that time but till now I haven't received my product yet as some times back Gati courier called me that ur order will not be delivered at my location but my area pin is applicable for delivery so as of now I didn't get my product I called several time to call center.

      I have purchased a LG Vacuum Cleaner on 18/02/2015 from Infibeam with order no.[protected]sub-order id.[protected]. They updated the ordre status as shipped with gati courier with docket no.[protected]. But it has not been delivered and showing wrong and contradictory statements in shipment status. I have contacted infibeam several times via phone and email. But they are not showing any interest to resolve the issue. I insisted to cancel this order. So they took the cancellation request on 24th March but the money is not returned. Its now more than a month I am fighting with infibeam to resolve this issue and get my money recovered but they are not giving any certain answer. I don't want this product anymore and get my money refunded. Please help.

      Money returned for order no.14736000 after almost two months of followups. Thanks to consumer complaints for escalating the issue. Infibeam should improve their customer support, product delivery deadline, returns policy. This is the worst experience I ever got with any online shopping and probably I will avoid infibeam for ever.

              Dear Infibeam, I was very excited to purchase your product, but my experience has turned out very poorly. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with your product in hopes you can help remedy the situation. Below is the description: I ordered an Apple iPad Mini with Retina Display Wifi, silver, 32 GB with order-id 14985829 on[protected]. Before ordering the product I confirmed from Infibeam customer support person, after getting assurance I placed my order. In delivery information, it was written it will be shipped by[protected], from[protected] till[protected] I have many conversation with customer support person to get the information regarding the delivery process, as I was so excited to get the product. But unfortunately I got a call from customer support person on[protected] evening, and told that my product has gone Out of Stock, so please choose the alternate product. I was really surprised to get this information, as it is a but obvious thing we place an order only if it is available otherwise we are not able to order it. Also if this is the situation, might be some system problem or anything else, the time period between the product I ordered and I was informed that it is out of stock is 9 days, in between I was getting repetitively assurance from customer support persons, that it is in processing I will get the product very soon. At this point of time they are asking me to change my product. Buying an expensive product from infibeam and getting such a response is really a great disappointment for a customer. Hoping a positive solution from Infibeam I am writing this complaint in this forum.

                This is with reference to my purchased ID No: 13102181dtd:[protected] and order ID no: 2261741 from Infibeam online shopping for 1no kitchen pro roti maker multi colour . This roti maker was shipped via Infibeam logistic with taking code IBDELMAH 709350AF59 and received by me on 29.05.2014. After opening the box it was found that the Thermostat ofthe Roti maker was not working and there was no control on temperature. The issue was immediately takenup with Infibeam customer care since it was having 6 months warranty period, and vide “Return merchandise authorization (RMA)-21535 it was returned back to Infibeam, Gurgaon center on 17.7.2014 for replacement .After replacement the product was shipped back to me. After receiving the product back I opened the box again it is found that the Roti maker has still problem now with fault in its plug. Plug is having only 2 pins instead of 3 pins. The issue was again taken up with Infibeam customer care and this Roti maker was again sent back to Infibeam, Gurgaon center vide : Return merchandise authorization (RMA) 22482 by Indian speed post .But unfortunately the Infibeam Gurgaon center rejected the parcel and this product has been returned to me by Indian post saying that the parcel is not accepted by Infibeam. The shipping cost was Rs 116/- which is still not paid to me even though there is no mistake from my side. Immediately the issue was once again taken up with Infibeam customer care for resolution but Infibeam customer care did not resolved the issue till date. The customer care always quotes as follows by E-mail. “ we have forwarded your concern to the relevant department for approval, we will have a response for you soon, please give us time for revert” Therefore I am very much upset the way the customer care is handling this issue. Because of customer care delay the roti maker is still lying with me and has to be picked from my address for replacement /refund. In this context I would like to brief the following, 1. This roti maker was supplied by M/s Alpa Radios. First time they sent me the faulty roti-maker whose thermostat was not working and there was no control on temperature. 2. Second time againt hey have sent a faulty product whose plug has only 2 pins instead of 3 pins. 3. This clearly shows that M/s Alpha Radios cannot be believed since they are only selling faulty products. Hence I want to get read from this supplier and hence requesting refund amount from Infibeam. To resolve this issue once for all I kindly request the following I) Infibeam has topick up roti maker from my address immediately . II) Infibeam has to reimburse shipping charges of Rs.116/- already paid for Indian post for sending this product vide RMA 22482, and rejected by Infibeam, Gurgaon center. III) After receipt of the product Infibeam has to refund amount of Rs. 699/- paid by me to purchase this product. This will resolve the issue once for all . Hoping for positive action from you considering the seriousness of the issue.

                        I ordered a Lumia 930 on the 5th of March. Full payment for the product was made. Promised delivery date was the 11th of March. The phone is yet to be shipped. . Today is the 12th of march. Complaints about the same are ignored, fall on deaf ears. Customer service is terrible. How does one hold the company accountable?

                                  Hi Team, I had ordered for a book 'Kimball R, “The Data Warehouse Toolkit”, John Wiley, 2nd Ed., 2002.' Sunday (8th Feb, 2015).It was supposed to be delivered in my address by 13th Feb, 2015(Friday).I received message in my cell no that the book has already been delivered to some person name 'Cantu' and not to me.which I came to know after having conversation with your customer care team. I didn't even receive any call from the delivery boy that the book has been delivered in my address(Plot no 1, 7, 8 & 9, Block DM, Sector V, Salt Lake City, Colgate, West Bengal 700091) and that too to someone whom I don't even know.                                     Last Monday i.e. on 2nd Feb 2015, I received my product (Dell New Entry Level 15.6 Inch Laptop Backpack) from Infiebeam. As soon i opened the box, i found that the product is damaged. On one side of the bag's rim, the stitching is damaged (~2 Inch), there is a hole and the cloth has come out. This bag is not in a usable condition. So i requested them to either exhange the product or refund my money back. They then asked me to send pics of the damaged product along with the outer box pic. Same day i emailed those pics also, but till now i have received any communication from them, regarding the refund or exchange. I have send then 3-4 emails also but to my emails reply they just send the standard reply, which doent not have information about the product. Now my last hope is the consumer court, where i am planning to give my complain.                                       Hi, I had made a mistake of shopping with Infibeam for a Tab. After the getting the delivery I realised the device features were not what I had expected and decided to return the tab to Infibeam. I called up Infibeam and informed them of the issue and they agreed to return it and asked me to pack the tab and wait for their call as they have arranged for the pick up. After waiting for 2 days I called them up again and this time they said they havent received any call and hence the device cannot be returned. On my insistence they agreed but with a re-stocking charges of 20% to which I agreed. Number :- 11982 Pickup Date :- 14.01.2015 Proof of Pickup :- #6124 Runner :- Rudra Prasad Das Ext-ID :- IBKLKTOL6157P AWB :- IBKLKTOL10434082F-P Now this is to inform you that the Customer Service Associates of Infibeam.com, whenever contacted over telephone ([protected]), informed that to get my faulty product replaced by Infibeam.com I was supposed to lodge complaint within 72 hrs. from the time of delivery of the product at my end (08.01.2015 at 17:23 hrs). If the time of complaint goes beyond the said span, I had to contact to the HCL authority within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery to get the faulty product replaced with a brand new one. I lodged the complaint regarding the aforesaid issues within 13 (thirteen) hrs. after delivery (09.01.2015 at 06:45 hrs). I urged for refund of my hard earned money as service of Infibeam is very poor, time taking and unreliable. They took my money (4500.00/-) as COD on 08.01.2015 and picked up my product too on 14.01.2015 against a pickup receipt. Infibeam did not bother to update me through phone/e-mail with progression of the process to resolve my issue. I had to call them frequently to know the latest updates. The calls used to get finished with a request to me from the representative of Infibeam to wait with patience for more 3-4 days to get the issue resolved. But I cannot sit idle with gigantic stock of patience any further as my money has got invested on Infibeam.com. Recently (3-4 days ago) they proposed me a deal i.e. to accept the serviced/repaired product with 10% additional discount on the net paid amount (4449.00/-). The representative wanted me to confirm that deal immediately to fix my issue instantly. But I refused the deal as I am eligible to get a brand new product replacing the faulty one. But I do not trust them any further. So, I urged for refund of my money. Registering the request the representative suggested me to wait for 3-4 days more. After waiting for the said span I called them again to know the status. But they, making me amazed, informed that I will neither get refund nor a brand new product as replacement and the whole matter will be fixed by HCL. The representative (Sneha Paul) did not forget to inform me to wait for 3-4 days more. But I want this hide and seek game between seller & a consumer to be finished soon. I am afraid of the thought that I have been cheated by a net marketing agency/company i.e. Infibeam.com. In this present circumstance, I would request you to kindly take appropriate measures to resolve the said issue and bring justice to me as an Indian citizen as well as an Indian consumer.
