I had pre-ordered an ipad air 2 from Infibeam. However on the day of delivery, they informed me that it will be delayed by another week. I cancelled the order the sameday. It has been 16 days and I have still not got my refund of Rs. 42, 900. They did not even have the courtesy to inform me the delay. I called them today (12/15) and they informed me that it will take one more week. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. I WOULD NEVER SHOP FROM THEM AGAIN

    Dear Team, I booked a courier on GATI COURIER from infibeam.com on 2/12/2014 and my Tracking Code is: IBDELMAH[protected] and my order ID in infibeam is:[protected]sub order ID:[protected] but after a long time waiting it has reached to my place On 11th Dec 2014 and I got the call from the local office of GATI in Bongaigaon that we have received the courier today and so can you collect from my office but when I refused, he said that he will deliver them. But it is not them today's problem they only say the same thing everytime and if they are also visiting my place 1 to 2days after shipment is arrived the person who delivered the product to me asking money to reach me any thing Rs. 10, Rs 20 etc. and if I refuse to give then they saying that your area is not in our free service area and other excuses. In fact, I ordered from ebay. In and from snapdeal.com another two other products on same they 2/12/2014 through DTDC and BLUE DART it has reached to my place On 6th Dec 2014 and reach to my house door directly and give it to me and not asking for any extra money too because our place is situated middle of the city. The above problem is not only my problem face everytime, Everyone my known person who ordered face the same thing what is going with me. Which is ruining the reputation of infibeam.com in front of other internet shop's reputation. GATI and late delivery is the reason which makes the people in the Bongaigaon move toward the other internet store like ebay.in, amazon.com, snapdeal.com, flipkart.com etc. in camp to infeabeamcom. And my friends also advise me not to order from infibeam.com for their late delivery or for their tie up with GATI COURIER company. But as I am an old customer of infeabeam.com I was not listening all this and also don’t care course companies' negligence, but this time I ordered something not for me its for my sister’s birthday, but this late delivery ruin my all plane which make me convince to write a complaint to you. I want to ask, Why you send items through GATI mostly. Please never send a courier through gati? Why every time So late then other internet shops? Ask Gati To deliver my product without any complain? I am constantly following up since 10th Dec' 2014 for this and see the kind of service This is pathetic, I have ever gone through with no customer centered approach. I have ordered a product through this courier which was required for my sister birthday and see the delay happening because of you worthless people. If possible get the resolution to this problem for me. Because I have no time to argue with you on this matter or to waste time on writing a mail to you so please if you can resolve my problem Kindly resolve it my Tracking Code is: IBDELMAH[protected] and my order ID in infibeam is:[protected]sub order ID:[protected] And I suggest to you change your tie up with GATI and send your product as soon as possible ‘fast delivery’ if you do so again Bongaigaon, Assam people love you as a few years earlier and want to ask why so late then other courier company every time.       We have ordered LG 42lb6500 LED Tv, which supposed to ship max by 8th, which was not shipped and there is no proper response from our e-mails . I have sent couple of e-mails asking product description on vain. I heard Infibeam is cheating customers by keeping money with them for months and supplying refurbished products. The proof is, we dont have option to give our feedback/review on their website so that people can verify before going to buy any product . Their refund policy is not good and we cant return if the product is damaged. Guys i suffered alot opting Infibeam, it is upto you still you want to go with them . Dont be fool by seeing offers . all are trash.

      I have purchased several products from Infibeam over the years and have found their services to be quite excellent. they always deliver product within stipulated time frame. Your order seems to be a one of scenario would recommend that you wait a few days they will definitely resolve your concern

      Shipment details still not received

      i ordered a laptop in inibeam website on last tues day ( 12th Aug ) but still i not getting shipping details. In the infibeam website they given 3 days for the shipment but i ordered i week before still not the details received .

        Order Id[protected]. Placed order on 25th October 2014. Got the product on 10th November and it was not working. Asked for a replacement on the same day and it was turned down as Infibeam has no replacement policy. The product was shipped back. QC department found no fault. When i asked them what exactly they have checked in the mobile they were clueless. Due to my pressure the brand new phone was sent to the service center. Now today somebody called me and told that product is working fine. They have found no fault. Now the product will be grandly send back to me. No idea what will happen this time. I regret the purchase that i made at Infibeam. Most unprofessional company with zero customer service. If a customer gets a defective product then customer should not be harassed. See the harassment they are giving me. I paid the money on 25th October 2014 but I am yet to receive the mobile. Shameful and regretful. Will never ever buy from Infibeam again and would request all others to be extremely careful with this company.

          Hello, I have ordered from Infibeam Order ID : 13872518 since a month. I use to take follow up from them on regular basis 2 to 3 Days. They are always says the same reason that customer address was not proper as per courier company. Order is returning to ware house but not yet returned since about 25Days. Now, About customer address. Normally courier company calls me if they not found address properly. I didnt received any call from courier company. I have given orders from many other sites too they got my address easily. Infibeam is looks like cheating on me.

            I have ordered brand new Blackberry Q5 from Infi beam on 25th July 2014. Phone was not recognizing the Sim card. I went to blackberry service center to get my phone repaired but service center rejected to repair and asked to follow up with Infi beam itself. After logging a case with Infi beam collected the blackberry handset and sent it for repair and after one month they returned back the mobile saying issue is resolved. But the phone was still not recognizing the Sim card and I reported issue back on the same day I received the phone from Infi Beam and they collected the mobile from me on 11th Oct 2014. After one month they replied saying that "The repairing charges may be 80% or more than product value. If you agree upon above we can get the product repaired on chargeable basis. Else, we can reship the product back to you and you can get the same repaired from the service center in you area." I have not used the phone for a single day from the day of purchase. Its more than 4 months completed now. There was never an immediate response from the customer service team.Only after follow up asking update the team used to respond. Phone should have one year warranty from day of purchase but its not being accepted in local blackberry service center and Infi Beam is mentioning its chargeable basis which would more cost than phone cost. Kindly look into this and arrange for a compensation at the earliest.

              I ordered a mobile phone (Order :[protected] and made payment in advance by credit card. they said that oeder would be shipped on 19/11/2014. when they did not ship on 19, I called the customer service and they said that shipping date is changed to 25/11/2014. I waited till 25 and was very frustrated to see that even on 25 the order was not shipped. Now, I have cancelled the order but there is no information about my refund. I'm extremely frustrated with Infibeam's way of dealing with customers. thanks,

                Ordered a monitor on 13/11/14 (order id :[protected] supposed to be shipped by 17/11 and deliver by 24/11. Inspite of late delivery i ordered because of the discount available ! Now here reflects the discount.. i.e product was shipped on 21/11 (aftr 8days) and still the product has not delivered!! (Today 30/11 )(17 days already)!! From 17/11 (shipping date) till today there's not a single day i havnt called them because i need the product urgently and their reply is so amateur - "just another 2-3 days"!! ive spent more on my phone bill calling them than the product discount they gave me & im afraid to cancel the product since they told itll take 7-21 days for refund!!! Such careless, annoying and amateur companies gambling with people's hard earned money must b taken into account seriously!!!

                  I bought panaonic led TV through infibeam.com order id: 13931877 on 20 November. Payment done through debit card on same date.I received mail after placing order that the product will be dispatched on 24 nov. and will be delivered on 29 nov. As product not shipped till 27 nov I called customer care and registered cmplain.complain id: 151377. As I did not get any information about shipment there after I repeatedly called customer care of infibeam but dId not get satisfactory answer. My product still not shipped on 30 Nov. I asked for contact of senior personal of infibeam but they are not ready to give contacts.so please do needful as I am shifting to another city in 5 days. Thanking you... Dr.ankur Prajapati

                    I have the a complaint against infibeam for my order no : 13725668, i had ordered a set of 7watches. The MRP shown on website was Rs.7500+ and selling price was Rs.959, This is fraud advertising. Watches shown on website are totally different to what are Delivered, all the watches are super cheap in quality not even worth Rs.400 in all, all watches have plenty of scratches, two out of seven are damaged with internal parts moving, i have raised complaint with infibeam but they are not in mood to help, i have made so many calls and emails but they keep ignoring my complaint, infibeam is a fraud company looting customers hard earned money, I want my money back

                        Information placed for a product - Combo of 7 Watches (3 Imported Metal Watches+ 3 Imported Strap Watches+ 1 LED Watch) - falsified. Product was over valued at 7600 (approx) while products shipped were cheap fakes with overall worth no more than 1500/-. One product was damaged during shipping. No replacement was provided, no response from team to solve issue just requests for more time. Been over one month. Feel cheated that product actual price is nowhere close to price or type described on the site. Damaged product not even replaced after calls and emails. Pathetic customer support from the company. Product needs to be removed from the site's listing so no one else is cheated. Or proper price and description to be provided for the same.

                          One Sukuma Printed Blanket, green booked on 11.11.2014. Delivery date was 20.11.2014. But still not received the item. DTDC Courier did not attend the phone. Order ID :[protected]sub order ID:[protected]. Track details at DTDC_DotZot[protected]. I have seen that the item already was reached at Jamshedpur on 17.11.2014. But still they did not send to Chakradharpur. Why you choose DTDC, I can't understand.

                              My Order Id 13711469 & Suborder Id 22930531. I purchased a Maxx MX200 Mobile Cum Portable Powerbank (Orange Black) on 11th OCT 2014, but still I am not received the product & status on web portal showing Delivered. I am continuously co-ordinate with Infibeam customer care which is number is charge me STD, but still getting answer that next 24 hours we will be update you the status. Really BAD service from INFIBEAM & i suggest that don't buy anything from INFIBEAM cause the service is so poor & no update from infibeam end, when you call at customer care then you get update. SO ONCE AGAIN DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM INFIBEAM.

                                Hi, I have ordered a wrist watch on oct 18 rated Rs 699 as i could see that it was available on Infibeam official site. So i placed the order and order was confirmed. Tracking shows that shipment had to be done by 18 oct . It is 18th Nov now and after calling multiple times i get an update that i need to wait for 3-4 days and now i don't want the product, but my money is not refumded after calling many times. It is the very bad experience of my online shopping from infibeam. i need quick refund and response from ur side otherwise i take the serious action on ur website with the help of social websites facebook and whatsapp. How can u say distributaor not find the address even he dont call us a single time. Your calling assitant told that the product is on the way -from last 15 days . You have no control on your distributaros? Your website is very poor for shopping.

                                  my original order dated 18 oct.14 was for Asus Wireless Modem Router DSL N12U, black price R 3149 since this wasn't available, i was given with option to buy D-Link DSL-2750U Wireless N ADSL2 4-Port Wi-Fi Router (Black)price R 1, 940 . which i accepted. BUT SO FAR THERE NO MSG AS TO WHEN THIS PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED.

                                    Hi, I have ordered a Mac mini on Nov 4th as i could see that it was available on Infibeam official site. So i placed the order and order was confirmed. Tracking shows that shipment had to be done by 8th Nov. It is 11th Nov now and after calling multiple times i get an update that i need to wait for 1 more week minimum and i MIGHT get the product. (No assurance that i would get it). ONCE THE PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE ON WEBSITE AND ORDER IS PLACED, I ASSUME YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKECARE OF AVAILABILITY FROM VENDORS. IF YOU DIDN'T, ITS YOUR MISTAKE. first things first, INFIBEAM cannot give a false message that Product is available when they don't have it (Website said it is available and hence i could place the order). They took 57K from me and what about the Interest to that money? Also, if you hadn't given a false message that they have it with them, i stopped looking for alternatives to buy that product. Now i am sure i would not get it anywhere as Apple stopped production of that product and very few pcs were on sale. So, INFIBEAM has not only taken my money, but made me loose my opportunity to buy that product somewhere else. Could we do something about this. I need the product as soon as possible. If they dont have it and want to return my money back, i dont buy it. They need to pay more for their mistakes. Please let me know how to go about it. Thanks, Sridhar

                                    Just got an update that they dont have the product and hence they cant ship it. Instead they will ship an alternate product (not sure what that is). My question is how can they put something on Sale if they dont it.? As i told already, if Infibeam hadn't given a false message that they have it with them, i stopped looking for alternatives to buy that product. Now i am sure i would not get it anywhere as Apple stopped production of that product and very few pcs were on sale.
                                    What is the best way to deal with us acts.

After repeated attempts they got back saying it will be dispatched on 7/11/14.. Till date after repeated attemts to contact them no progress. Pls help.

                                        Sir, I have placed Order : 13830499 and paid online. The order confisticated by VAT department for non payment of dues on 2nd November. We have than ordered for cancellation of product. But since last 4 days neither my order stands cancelled nor any refund is given to me. Since neither the delivery is given to me nor the payment of taxes, submission of form 49/50 is in my scope I must not be made sufferer by non cancellation of order and not refunding my dues. The GATI courier has confirmed us that the consignment is being confisticated by the VAT department on 02nd November, 2014 for non submission of dues & form 49/50. Secondly they have no information regarding cancellation of Order and returning back it to infibeam. And as the product will not be recieved by us please grant us full refund of our monies. Regarding the above I have called your office several times and made complain several times. Also requested to escalate the issue to higher department. Requesting you to call back your shipment & refund me my dues back at the earliest. Else I'll be force to take action both socially via media & through consumer Court. Thanks & Regards, CA.
