I had pre-ordered an ipad air 2 from Infibeam. However on the day of delivery, they informed me that it will be delayed by another week. I cancelled the order the sameday. It has been 16 days and I have still not got my refund of Rs. 42, 900. They did not even have the courtesy to inform me the delay. I called them today (12/15) and they informed me that it will take one more week. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. I WOULD NEVER SHOP FROM THEM AGAIN...
