    The worst support i have ever had! I ordered the book and found one of them is misprinted and requested for return and they advised me, please return the book and whenever you buy new one please make the COD we will manage the amount on next purchase comments as follow "In regards to your concern for refund, we request you to kindly place a cash on delivery order on our site.We will apply the balance amount on your purchase from our end.Please get back to us with the Order Id, so that the issue can be resolved." I believed on them and ordered for the new book. You know what, there is no balance amount I found.Even I have to pay whole amount for new purchase. I again complained and till no response. order id 22527630

      i ordered infibeam a Padmini MAGIC Juicer Mixer Grinder dated 12.12.14. i got my product deliver on date 22.12.14 and same day i raised the complaint of damage product. from that day i am waiting for a resolution, i am calling infibeam care daily but no response from them. they are such a useless persons. now almost a mont is going to be over, but they are still sleeping.

        Hi This is regrading Order ID : 13799530 for Samsung ML 3310D Duplex Mono Laser Printer, multicolor + free Samsung backpack worth Rs.1599. The product under order ID :[protected]sub order ID:[protected] had been shipped on Oct. 27, 2014 and It was delivered to me on Nov. 04, 2014. But I have not received till date free Samsung backpack worth Rs.1599 which was to be dispatched for above Order ID. Then I had several times telephonic conversion with customer executive on[protected] about not receiving free Samsung backpack worth Rs.1599. I had been advised to send photos of Printer and the dispatch packing box. Then I had sent scanned photos of Samsung ML 3310D Duplex Mono Laser Printer, dispatched packing box and and a paper, having address and product details, pasted on the dispatched box. But I have still not received free Samsung backpack worth Rs.1599 even after more than 2 months of delivery of printer. I wrote many email to Infibeam customer care but each time I received replies in following words : "We are in process of sorting the complaint that you registered with us. Please give us a little more time for an update.We anticipate your understanding and patience. " OR "As per the update from our concerned team we are still investigating the matter would request you to wait for sometime we will assist you further.Your patience will be appreciated in this matter." OR "We are in process of sorting the complaint that you registered with us. Please give us a little more time for an update. We anticipate your understanding and patience. " But till today I have still not received free Samsung backpack worth Rs.1599 even after more than 2 months of delivery of printer. Now I am compelled to say that Infibeam has cheated me and made a fraud by not sending free Samsung backpack worth Rs.1599 with Samsung ML 3310D Duplex Mono Laser Printer (Order Id :[protected].           I had placed on order for VOX FH-15 portable fan with 2000w heater, order No. 14091041 with infibeam. I received this product on 27th Dec' 14 in defective condition though outside packing seemed to be intact. The product makes rattling sound as if something is loose inside (probably the motor of blower). When I plugged & switched the product ON, the blower does not work. I immediately contacted helpline & was advised to take photographs & send to customer service explaining the nature of defect, which I complied with. I received their reply asking to give some time in sorting out this issue. I was also provided emailid of shipper of the product: [protected]@alpharadios.com and asked to forward details at their address, which I have done on the same day. I have not received any reply from them.Till today I receive only polite promises from infibeam but no action whatsoever. FYI I had made payement of Rs. 841 in cash on delivery. Request your assistance in resoving this issue. Thanks in advance.

          Infibeam contacted me & asked to send the defective product back by courier. Product was dispatched on 16th Jan & now awaiting confirmation of receipt of product & refund of money.

            Hi, My name is Junaid, I made a purchase from infibeam.com on 28-12-14 which was promised to be shipped on 1-1-15. Its been 10 days since the purchase and the product is not shipped yet. Everytime i send a mail to the infibeam customer service, all I get is some false promises. They do not even respond with the reason for the delay. my purchase ID is 14228357 i kindly request you to solve this issue. Thank You

              The worst mistake of my life I made was to buy a backpack from Infibeam which they claimed to be Targus bag (MRP 1999 and selling price 299). Link here http://www.infibeam.com/Computers_Accessories/dell-new-entry-backpack-15-6-inch/... The product id is 14064693. I received product which was no where near the description. It was a cheap fake imitation of the actual backpack. So i requested a return. The product was picked up on 26th of Dec 2014. I had specifically mentioned to customer care and in emails that I need the money back into my bank account. And not as pre-paid credit. They said it will take time. Even after repeated emails, now I received the amount back and that too as pre-paid credit. Now again I called up the customer care and they are so rude and so impolite they keep you on hold, do not listen to you and keep arguing. They also deducted 20% in the name of restocking fee. (That I agreed to pay since I was very much frustrated with the company). I need my money back to my bank account. They first delay in product delivery, then delay in return and again delay in refunding the money.

                  I had to depend on irresponsible company to claim my points. Though this is the nth delivery delay, this time it has crossed all its borders. I booked a mobile phone and yesterday was the last promising delivery date. When i track the consignment it is not showing any data in it. When i called Infibeam, they are saying it is still in Delhi. When i expressed by anger, they said the courier number is wrong and they are not able to track. Only the converned department can track. I dont know why they keep the online store running? I dont know if I can go to consumer court? Please help.

                    Dear All, Order Id : 14105138, I booked some book which was supposed to be shipped by 24-Dec-2014 and delivered by 26-Dec-2014 but as of today 29-Dec-2014 the book is not properly shipped yet. The delivery of Infibeam Product is pathetic. There was no intimation from their end proactively about the delay in dispatching till I contacted them. Customer Care worst of any online Shopping. Horrible Service from Infibeam. Will delete my account from Infibeam. Cheaters!!!... Customer Care was not ready at all to put me across to his higher up which is again a bad practice. INFIBEAM have confirmed that Customer satisfaction is their least priority. They are not trustworthy & I got the shock of betrayal of trust. Regards Arbind

                      My order id is 13988384. Ordered a room heater on 2nd December, 2014. After 26 days, the product is not yet delivered. We had to purchase another room heater to face the December winter here in Assam. Worse part is that Infibeam is not even ready to return my money. Everyday I keep on calling their customer care and talk with a new random person. Every time they promise to deliver the product in next 24 hours and nothing ever happens. Infibeam is a total fraud. Do not ever buy anything from them.

                        Infibeam.com is the worst online shopping in terms of customer satisfaction. I asked for a replacement for a product, but they said that they can't replace it and they didn't credited my full amount. They deducted some amount and sent partial amount to me. When I contacted them again, there is no proper response. Cheating Online Shopping...

                          Purchase Id :14064140... I ordered a sunglases from infibeam.com on 12th december 2014... It was to be delivered on 22nd december 2014...my shipment is not delivered yet so i called their customer care and they don't know anything about the status of my shipment...after 2days got a email that my shipment is expected to shipped on 26th december... No follow up regarding my order yet...

                            Order 14096237 was placed by me on 15 Dec 2014 after making 100% upfront payment. The product was XOLO Opus3 mobile phone. I was tracking the shipment almost every day. For reasons best known to them, the product has not been delivered to me till the end of 6th day. There was no intimation from their end proactively about the delay in despatching till I contacted them. They wasted the whole day & called up in the evening just to say that I need to wait till Monday to recieve the product as their courier team were not working over the weekend. DISGRACE ON INFIBEAM & THEIR COURIER TEAM. They failed in fulfilling my request of delivering the product by the evening of the 6th day. On my request, the customer service executive transferred the call to her higher up. Despite hearing to all my complaints he had only one answer which bluntly said "I can not help you as it is a weekend". I'm totally disappointed at the way INFIBEAM handle customer escalations. He was not ready at all to put me across to his higher up which is again a bad practice. INFIBEAM have confirmed that Customer satisfaction is their least priority. For no fault of mine, I could not honour my commitment made at my end though I made 100% upfront payment & more over kept my faith & belief on INFIBEAM. They are not trustworthy & I got the shock of betrayal of trust.

                                I have ordered a LG TV 3months back and waited for one month for deliver which supposed to be delivered with in a week time as per the site, cancelled the product and still waiting for refund after 3 months . No response from Infibeam, when i called, the same response " we will escalate to concern team and get back to you with in 24 hours.

                                  Ordered ASUS Zenfone 5 with Infibeam on 11th December, 2014 and It was supposed to be shipped on 13th December, as I required phone at the earliest, I shoot them email that please ship the order on 12th December or earliest, I even told them I can collect it from their office it possible.(As I live in same city as infibeam is base on(Ahmedabad)). I didn't received any response from them on this mail. After 13th, when I checked my dashboard under my orders, order was not correct. I was pheeewwww... I have already paid them in full and still under my orders, order was not correct. I called them and they said issue will be resolved in 24 hours, and phone will be dispatched soon. I called them on 14, 15, 16 December and to my surprise, no one cares for us, they only make false promises. They said as you are not able to see correct order on infibeam, they sent correct order id with details on my email. Email was sent on 15th December and it showed maximum delivery date is 16th December. Called them on 16th December, and they say that they don't have phone at their house, they have placed the order with Asus and it will be available in one day or two and will be shipped soon. I asked how soon, they say don't know exact time...Again false promise of one day or two. I have been pissed consumer at Infibeam.com. I don't know whether I will get a phone or I have to cancel order with them...Giving them two more days. They will be doing amazing business, using consumers/customers money for 6-7 days, if they do it with 100-200 customers, see how much they will be making just by using that money. #Infibeam #PatheticService #PatheticCustomerService. Infibeam fails on 1) User Experience 2) Website Issue - Wrong Order ID shown 3) Customer Service 4) Making False Promises (Multiple Times) 5) No Satisfaction at all. I think this the first time in my online shopping experience I have faced these many issues. Infibeam Team, you need to realise it soon or you will regret it later.

                                      I have purchased a mobile beyond 67 Purchased Id 12565079 Tin No. [protected] Invoice date 06 feb. 2014 through your site. But this mobile give some problems after some months. I have sent this mobile two times in Chandigarh smart service centre. But problem did not solve and sent back as it is. I have complaint infibeam company. He promised that your problem will be solved soon. But not reply has received from infibeam company.

Your complaint comes under the category of E-Commerce Section and in case you have to approach the consumer fora then the jurisdiction will be at the place where you have recieved the product. Please send us the details of handset (IMEI) (Model) with the copies of Bill, COD Reciept if any and with the photograph of the box.
