Sir, I have placed Order : 13830499 and paid online. The order confisticated by VAT department for non payment of dues on 2nd November. We have than ordered for cancellation of product. But since last 4 days neither my order stands cancelled nor any refund is given to me. Since neither the delivery is given to me nor the payment of taxes, submission of form 49/50 is in my scope I must not be made sufferer by non cancellation of order and not refunding my dues. The GATI courier has confirmed us that the consignment is being confisticated by the VAT department on 02nd November, 2014 for non submission of dues & form 49/50. Secondly they have no information regarding cancellation of Order and returning back it to infibeam. And as the product will not be recieved by us please grant us full refund of our monies. Regarding the above I have called your office several times and made complain several times. Also requested to escalate the issue to higher department. Requesting you to call back your shipment & refund me my dues back at the earliest. Else I'll be force to take action both socially via media & through consumer Court. Thanks & Regards, CA.         Dear sir,
        I have purchased a phone model no. Maxx MX100 Power House (Black) from your website.my order ID is (ID:[protected].I have received the phone.but after two days the phone is not working properly.the display shows blank an (error), even the sound of the instrument is not clear.I had make a call to your customer care on 27/10/2014, the call itself take a lots of time to reach the Infibeam person, and when i get connected to your customer care executive, he says the server is not working so please make a call after some time. Next day again i used to make a call to your customer care but i am enable to connect to your customer care executive.next day on 29/10/2014 again i make a call to your customer care and again your executive says the server is not working so kindly make a call after some time or tomorrow. Then again i make a call on 3/11/2014 and again i get the same reply from your executive and he says you have to put a mail on our site to get a proper replacement of your phone.
        so, kindly replace my product or return my money back as soon as possible.

          Hi, I have ordered a Panasonic 32 inches LED TV from www.infibeam.com with order id : 13719335. At the time of purchase they said only TV stand will be provided with the TV set and wall mount section will be carried by Panasonic service engineer at the time of installation and it will be free of cost. When the service engineer came to our premises, he said wall mount should be provided with the product. If not, we have to purchase the wall mount separately from Panasonic, though it should be delivered free of cost with the TV set.

            I had ordered one of the product from Infibeam at 16th Oct-14. Till date I don't received the product. When I call to customer care first the call itself take a lots of time to reach the Infibeam person. Then last two week they register the complain but still issue as it is now. When today I called the customer care than he repeat the same story again and again. Then I have decide to cancel the order, then he told me again when product was came at their place than after they proceed to repayment. This is very pathetic. Really I am very disappoint with Infibeam. Almost 25 days over for such time my money is stuck and I don't know further how many days they can take for the refund. :(

              I have ordered godrej washing machine. Order number:13705523. Infibeam promised to ship the product on 22nd Oct. Later post phoned to 3rd on Nov. Now its 7th Nov. I called customer care 2 times, but no proper response. Getting product not available reply. I have paid money to infibeam on 10th Oct. I lost interest for my money for one month. I request you to take action on this.

                HI all, This is Santosh from Hyderabad, On 10/28/2014, I have purchased a Canon printer but they are not delivering product and also I have cancelled product on 10/31/2014, till now there is no action on this. I have cancelled the product because there is no product but in site its reflecting available. I request you people to take an action accordingly. I don't think Infibeam should have license to trade there business, it is one of the worst website in online, So I request you people to cancel there license in order not to face any issues by any other customer like me.                   I've received a product id[protected] of 4gb memory card, but I've orderer 8 gb and they also confirmed me over telephone that order. But they mailed me 4gb memory card order instead of 8 gb and that product also delivered today. I've not break the sill and I am felling cheated. Plz return my order and deliver me proper 8 gb memory card of kingstone.

                        I ordered one Hitachi Split Air Conditioner (purchase ID No. 13586632 and Order ID No.[protected] placed and totally paid on 06th of Sep 2014 thru their website www.infibeam.com. As per their website the shipping date was 13th of Sep 2014 and the delivery date is 26th of Sep 2014. I have called and mailed MANY MANY times to customer care but till today 04.NOV.2014 there is NO concrete reply and there is NO change in my order status on their site. After insisting many times we receive a mail that hey CANNOT refund my paid money to my Paypal account. There is NO explanation or communication regarding WHY my ordered and fully paid goods will NOT be delivered …………..??????????????’ I can show all the required payment documents if required.                           hello all, i have purchased 7 watch combo on 13th Oct in magic box, they have promise to ship it by 16th Oct i planed go gift each watch to different family friends in diwali. But even after diwali they are not back on work . . . still today i have not received my watches. why u people are selling those items which you don't have. why you commite promice if you are not fulfilling. froud company based in ahmedabad. order id 13721971 i will definitely file complain in consumer forum located in GOTA.

                            I've ordered Sony Hi-Fi music system on 21-Oct and I was informed that the shipment will be done on 25-Oct. Since then I've been contacting customer service and I was told every time that the shipment got delayed and not to worry, the shipent will be delivered in next 2 days. Today it is 06-Nov and the response is still the same. I've not seen such irresponsible company so far.

                              The website showed that they had the ipad air 2 in stock! I went ahead bought it and deposited INR 59, 900 in their bank account. It took me two days, 8 emails and waiting on the phone for 2 hours total to get a confirmation from them that they had recieved the money. The next day they called and said that the item will only be available in December!!! Anyways, I didnt want to waste my time with anymore, so told them to refund and gave my bank details via mail and phone. They confimed that they recieved the details and would refund via cheque deposit the next business day! Its been 7 days and no refund! They dont respond to mails and hang up when I call and wait for 40 mins!!!

                              I am sure it must have been a glitch due to which product was showing in stock on infibeam. i have always had a pleasent experience whenever i have shopped with infibeam. would have instead of getting order cancelled waited for ipad air 2 to get released in december if it was not an urgent requirement.
                              Emily who are you to tell me what I should have done? I already have the ipad air 2 in my hand from another vendor.

                              Anyways, till date no response about how the refund will be done. They say they have issued a check, but when I ask if they will courier it or deposit, no response for a week!!! I am tired of calling these cheats!!!
                              Ankit, after seeing your post I was just providing some friendly suggestions. It is on you to decide whether to take it or not.

                              I have placed my order[protected] on infibeam on nov 2014 bbubut still not recieved my order subscription. Its the worst experience. Really infibeam doesn't match with its motto.

                                I ordered iPhone 6 plus on 22nd oct and they shipped on 24th. Till 27th Monday Fed Ex was showing delivery date.. since then they are just showing NA I called multiple times and they just say that its stuck somewhere, every day they ask for 2 days 3 days.. I am stuck. I am very disappointed. They keep telling me Fed ex is clearing their backlog of Diwali festive season, and asked for 3 more days. Order ID: 13794376

                                I ordered an iphone 6+ 128gb to be delivered on 17th of october launch date. to my utter delight someone from infibeam management came to deliver my phone at midnight. this according to me is customer satisfaction at another level. would definitely purchase more high value products from infibeam.

                                  Most online shopping portals would not take phone back if it does not have a defect and seal of parcel has been opened. If, it is not working suggest that you contact service center of the brand and get dead on arrival certificate for not working phone. infibeam may then be ready to replace phone for you.

I request to Infibeam please refund my money. Now more than 2 months(60 DAYS). They are not giving any proper reply or responds. I have contacted the customer care service and mailed to them many times, they never get product delivered and there is always one response that we are investigating, give us some time.                                     Bijupunneli, this seem like a one time aberration from Infibeam's end. I have purchased more then 100 products from their end and they have always been delivered within time and in excellent packaging. would suggest you try their services once again. they should mostly not disappoint you again.

                                      I ordered a led tv from infibeam on 12th of september. they were showing shipment date of 16th of septemeber and delivery max by 25th. they shipped the tv by the 14th of september and they were delivered from delhi to hyderabad by 21st of september. well before the estimated time provided by their system. Would definitely purchase again from infibeam for quick shipment and delivery

                                        I ordered 2 books on 18th of October. It was shipped on 20th from Mumbai and the latest tracking information is of 20th itself. They do not reply to mails. Their call center number is always busy (waiting list 25 to 28). Today is 30th and I have no information of the products. There is no option of even cancelling it. I do online shopping from many websites but the experience has never been this bad!
