Hi, I ordered a Vox 93 Refrigerator from Infibeam but did not received the equipment on time. The last date of delivery was 14th June but did not received the refrigerator on that date that's why I cancelled the refrigerator from Infibeam and bought a new from local market. Now, I called the a number of times like 20 to 25 times for money refund in my account but did not received the money as well. So, please help me in getting my money back. I talked to them but they do like they don't want to refund my money. I want that you will take a quick and harsh action on them because they did these type of work with many customers earlier. I am providing the names of all the agents, supervisor and floor manager they did not helped me. I want that you help me in getting my money back and i need that all the employees whom I talked earlier in Infibeam regarding my money will terminated from the company.       I have ordered a TV in infibeam the shipment date was promised on Aug 6th but they didnt do it and now when i call them they say that they will do it in another 2 days. [censored] off i want my product to be delivered as promised. please help me

          I placed order with infibeam for zardosi rakhi on 24th of July 2014..The order id is 13371450.. I had made the payment through debit card.. It was supposed to delivered by 29th of July.. Everyday I am giving a call and spending a lot of money calling them and still the order hasnt been delivered.. The rakhi is supposed to be a gift for my brothers and still they havnt received it.. This is the worst service I have ever come across..

          NEVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM INFIBEAM, EVEN IF THEY ARE OFFERING IT FOR FREE coz you never know if the order will ever reach you or not.

          I recently happened to order a sony xperia z1 compact from Infibeam as it was available on a decent discount.
          On their website, the phone was in stock so order was made, it stated the delivery within 4-5 days, i.e. 9th Aug 2014 (I ordered on 4th Aug). Order tracking link was sent to me by email but it didn’t show any progress on the order status.

          Customer care executives are useless and instead of helping me track my order status, the executive was more
          keen on cancelling the order and Infact said that the phone was not shipped as it is out-of-stock. I got the same cold response from the online complaint system they have.

          GOD knows why I ordered from such a useless site that has no regards for their customers.

          The occasion for my gift had already passed and I had to face embarrassment as my gift never got delivered on the day…After several follow ups and long calls with Infibeam customer care, i got the package the next day.

          SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE...

            order no 13042353 i ordered a pan in the month of may.it was delivered defecitve..after lot of calls and mails, i got it picked up on 1 st of july!!! and now when infibeam has recieved the package, i am still waiting for my refund and whenever i call them, i get only one reply..process is going on!!! i dont know how come infibeam want to compete with other e commerce services with such a pathetic service!! i have never witnessed such a pathetic service from any e commerce service provider who makes their customers wait for months to provide basic service

              Dear sir, I am karthik from tirupur i have purchased a new micromax Unite2 mobile - white color, dated June 12th 2014. But infibeam people make me wait for 10 dys and informed me that white color is not available and also they forced me to purchase grey color so i did. I received mobile after 1 week and i am shocked once i am opened the mobile. the mobile display had a dot which is clearly visible during usage itself. so i have informed them and they told me to get death on arrival certificate from micromax service center and as the service center is far way from my town i told them its not possible, so they told me to send the product to them and they have arranged for repickup also. after this repick up they took around 1 month of time inbetween they have told me that they have received update from micromax service center that there is problem with the mobile so they are arranging for an Payback coupon but i have denied for that and asked for refund since i was fed up with their service. but they took time and now they are saying its impossible for both refund and Payback coupon and again they blaberring some stupid things pleasehelp me in this case. and i feel that they are trying to hide their mistake each and every time.

                  I booked a Toshiba LED TV on 16th June 2014(order id[protected], as promised in website (fake promises) it was not shipped in 5-6days, in fact it was shipped after 10 days after many calls from my side to Infibeam. And I received the product from Gatikwe courier on 30th June 2014. Its terrible I received damaged product. I immediately called to Infibeam customercare and informed about the damage, they asked me send the pictures. They asked 72 hours to revert, but not actually revert me even after one week. I raised a complaint with Gatikwe courier also[protected] on 4th July, since I Infibeam suggested to co-ordinate with Gatikwe. And the same given to Infibeam to follow up Gatikwe further. After 4 days of my complaint, almost everyday I called Infibeam & Gatikwe the only answer from both is 'they are working on it, they need some time'. After 20 days Infibeam asked to register product with Toshiba, I did that Toshiba engineer confirmed to Infibeam about the damage. Finally on 23rd July Infibeam people told me that I don't need to call anyone, we are taking the TV return. I return the TV and received by Infibeam on 29th July, and they will do quality check for the TV. Till now I don't have any update from Infibeam, even they are not replying to my emails as well. A final word is, why customer should suffer because of damage in Transit. Why did you asked to raise complaint with Gatikwe courier and Toshiba? Yes even I did that. Who is going to pay my loss office hours and mobile expenses? The worst experience I ever faced from Infibeam, I don't refer any one to buy products from Infibeam.

                    I have ordered Dell mouse (Dell MS111 USB 3-Button Optical USB 2.0 Mouse (Black)) along with other items on 23rd July. I have paid 313 rupees for this mouse. I received this product on 28th July. when I saw the mouse box and printed MRP on it, I shocked and felt cheated. MRP was too low than what I have paid. Today, I have talked with your customer service representative about this issue. They have checked the current price of this mouse and started giving me explanation that - As current price of mouse (that is now showing on website) is 299 rupees and price mentioned on box is 299. Now it's irreverent for me to know what is current price. What is important for me is- What I have paid for an item which have less MRP than I paid. Below are few details:- Order number[protected] Sub- Order number[protected]As there were multiple products) As everyone knows, a Product can't be sold at more than MRP printed on it. So now my simple question is - Why I am being cheated by Infibeam by such wrong practice of selling a product more than MRP. On 29th July, I got a mail from Infibeam- 'In regards to the order, we have already raised a complaint to the concerned department.In regards to the complain, please note that we will need the images of the product you have received, the outer package, and the inner package in order to process complaint." I have provided them product and product box image through mail. I have provided clearly visible images of product box from 3 sides. It almost 3 days has passed and I haven't heard anything from Infibeam. It's just one customer issue and they couldn't update me even after passed 3 days.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I bought 5 pcs USB 4 Port HUB vide Order ID:21996372 on 29th March.Received the product on 6th April. I found that three pcs out of 5 pcs were not functioning at all.I contacted the customer care.They said they will look into the matter.But a month passed no updates from their side. Finally I mailed them on july 4th 2014. I was shocked to receive their reply stating that the product is end of life so no replacement will be given Now i find that all the five units are not functioning.I feel I am cheated.pls help

                        Pathetic service over all if i had the rights to stop any company infibeam would be my first choice...i placed an order on 21st of june 2014 and its 30th july 2014 i have not got my shipment and i ask for refund they just say if we get our shipment back we will refund u...thats it now its like totally 2 months and still this loser pathetic company infibeam send no reply...

                          Hi Team, This is regarding order of book(IBPS RRBs Gramin Bank Officer Scale- I CWE Practice Work Book) placed through infibeam on 22-07014 with order no[protected]. While placing the order, It was mentioned that the book was in stock and would be delivered by 28-07-14. After a number of follow-up with infibeam telephonically, they come up with the information on 29-07-14 that it would take more 10-15 days at least as the book was not in stock and had gone for reprinting. At the same time they dropped a mail stating that it will be shipped by 01-08-14. Every single day is crucial for me to prepare for the coming examination for which I had ordered this book, but infibeam doesn't care at all as it seems. I am feeling as being cheated as I could have bought this book from other seller, If I had right information of shipment date.

                          07-08-14: They cancelled the order saying they are unable to arrange the book.

                          I had some plan for the preparation for upcoming exam, after these 16 crucial days, I am forced to plan differently, as I don't have enough time for the preparation. Just answer one thing that Why do I have to bear the brunt of loss due to untidiness of 'INFI BEAM'.

                              I have ordered a product from Infibeam site and paid in advance for my product on 22nd July 2014, after completing order i got an acknowledgement mentioning the shipping date as 25th July 2014 but which was not done. so, I dropped a complaint by contacting customer care, then i was assured to get product in 48 working hours but even after 72 hours also it was not shipped. Then again I contacted care team for details, this time they started saying some reasons to excuse for the delay mentioning that.. team has to follow site rules, it is not false shipping date, product has to be delivered from Delhi...                               Worst online service ...same problem I waited for almost 8 days and cancel the order...they could not able to find my order packet with their owned courier service provider for 3 days.I booked here as there are some 100 Rs difference from other online site ..but its proved me its wrong...My personal advice its not advisable to place the order here...its worsts...
                              The customer service people also didn't speak very nice...
                              Worst eCommerce company... waited for 12 days and I got the wrong book... They took 20 days to exchange the book... impossible to reach costumer care.
                              Worst company. Cheated me. Told me to wait for some days, when i contacted customer care, no use. They just made apologies. They are playing with others money and time. Never go for that.

                                I am left cheated while we are in year 2014. Quick Heal Total Security 2012 is being dumped on me while my requirement was for QHTS 2014 - 2 users 3 years. How while confirming of the order this message popped up.
                                I therefore promptly cancelled the order in question within minutes of interaction by your official that I am cheated. Inspite of trying to interact with your company officials 2 calls with 2 and 3 seconds o[censored]sage got disconnected and call charges of Rs.1.50 ps as call charges got debitted from my account.
                                While I placed the order on airtel how come it went to infibeam i.e. your agency who all are placed at Ahmedabad.
                                Further despite cancellation how you are attempting to despatch the same through GATI Air for delivery within 2-3 days
                                Please recall it back and do not waste my time and your time since I am not prepared to accept it and shall vow to refuse the same which please take note. as in Mumbai due to non-availability of net due to heavy monsoon and sending many sms how the despatch yet made is a sorry state of affairs from your ends

                                  Hi, I ordered Callmate powerbank 5600mAH from infibeam and i recieved the product . I charged the powerbank for the whole night and i used it next day to charge my mobile which is 2000mAH . It dint even charge once but the charge in the powerbank got drained. I checked for the next day also but i got the same result. Then i called customer care and complained about the issue and the assured me for a reverse pick up. Its been around one month but still no call for reverse pick up . I am not able to use the product and not able to purchase a new one also . I am stuck inbetween . I called infibeam customer care more than 5 times but the always say that they will call back after checking with concern team.

                                      I have order a Sony LED 40" TV Model No: KLV-40R482, black on 17.04.2014 from Infibeam online Store. The same was delivered on12.05.2014 after lot of follow ups and reminders to the vendor.
                                      When the same was delivered it was found broken and the screen was shattered from various places may be because of careless handling by the courier.

                                      A request of reverse pick up was put on the same day. Again after regular follow up and lot of persuasion the product got picked up in the month of Jun.

                                      After reverse pick up neither I've received the refund of the product nor the product against the replacement scheme.

                                      Its been more than 3 months and no one listening to the problem. No one providing contact details of higher authorities only customer care email id is taking the calls and replying.

                                      I have blocked my Rs.48635.00 and nobody is bothered in resolving the issue. Who is going to bear the interest and cost of harassment against this.
                                      Kindly guide and help me.

                                      I have ordered[Order : 13375100] a Nokia Bluetooth Headset BH-118, on 25 July 2014 and it was supposed to deliver on 29th July, i didnot get any response on the same even calling to them(customer care number) and sending mails many time. Product was available when i ordering but when i tried to enquire repeatedly i got reply as its out of stock. Same story went till AUG18, finaly i fed-up off by this and told them to cancel my order, i enquired many time after cancellation about refund.., its 23 September 2014 today still i didn't get my money back.

                                        This website is totally fake, fradulent and very irresponsible. I had made an order for Amzer Kristal tempered glass screen protector for my iphone 5c on 13/07/2014 and made the payment. It was mentioned that the order will be dispatched from infibeam maximum by 17/07/2014 and will be delivered maximum by 21/07/2014. The order id is 13318800 I called up the customer care many times and each time they register a complaint and raise an issue about it which is utter nonsense, because i doubt the customer care dosent even care about its customers. Nothing has happened even after so many complaints from my side. I sincerely advice anybody looking to shop online must blacklist this website infibeam.

                                        Immediately after posting it here, i get a call from infibeam (some guy from bangalore) called up saying itl'l take 65 days for you to recieve the order as there is no stock available. I asked why did you take the payment if you dont have the stock? He replied saying that is not my problem and rudely asked me to talk to the customer care if i wanted a refund immediately as of today if i cancelled the order and chucked the phone on my face.
                                        This is how this website reacts upon a customers grievance. Now you guys decide whether or not to blacklist this website for yourself.
                                        This is just a single story guys.. Think about the list of sufferers of this website.

                                        I will wait till the evening for the response from infibeam. And i have decided that i will go to the consumer court to resolve the issue.
                                        I have all the recorded conversations with infibeam customer care and the screen shots as the evidence.
                                        I have seen hundreds of people facing similar issues with this worthless website. I feel very bad on myself as i couldnt realise this earlier. INFIBEAM has surely tought me a lesson.

                                        Well guys.. I could see a significant improvement in the way infibeam has responded to me after posting it here on consumer complaints. The attitude of the customer care has also changed towards me, altough they are acting in a way that they dont recognise that rude executive who spoke to me yesterday.. Nevertheless.. Its now i see some progress made on my order as i can track it to see that the order has been shipped and is in transit. Thank you guys on consumer complaints here. Its only because of you guys im getting my product.
