this is the final notice from my side about order no[protected]
I Order Sony Xperia M mobile on 17 Aug 2014. i had already order many products from your site But always delivery is to late. previous time i received my order after 15 Days. again i am facing same problem.i did not received my order yet .i had already sent you many mail but you are not taking it seriously, i am not in mood to do more mails, reply me in a days. I am not satisfied with all of above and . I want my full money back along with compensation for the calls that I had to make and time wasted on this issue.. I will not buy anything again and will surely stop others too.I will go to consumer forum for cheating me like this . In grief and mental stress infibeam is giving me this kind of mental sufferment which is not a good..I will go to consumer court also a mail will push to cyber cell this is now move to harassment issue also. if this doesn't get resolved in a day. Heights of irresponsibility!!!

    I have ordered Micro max Canvas Fire A104 (Red) 4gb roam at 18th august they commitment they delivered the product within 2to 3 days but still my order not shipped yet.I am also pay the money through CC.I call the customer care they told give some time..Than i canceled my order today..I suspect weather they Return my money back or not

          Hi, To all: First thing Please Dont dare to buy any thing in Infibeam. You dont get any customer service from this site. I have purchased the product HP Deskjet printer on Aug 2nd and i have recieved the product on 13th Aug that too damaged one. Immediately i have noticed to infibeam regarding the same with images. They told me to wait for 4 days to get the re pick up. And it has been 9 days still they are asking me to wait another 4 to 5 days. Also i see there is no single reply to my mail and the are not even updating me the status. I completly wasting money by calling them 2 days once and there is no update as of now. I made a big mistake to buy a product in infibeam other than flipkart/amozon. I have purchased so many things from flipkart/amozon and all done with smile even in case of returns also.

          I have given the order number in subject itself, what more details you required to check the status.

          Infibeam - Order : 13414145 received damaged product
          It is one complete month from purchasing date, there is no resolution as of now.

          What a worst online site, as of now i didnt get single call from Infibeam side this is another superb service that infibeam is providing.

          I am wondering any issue like this Will be in your queue unresolved for one month what your higher department is doing????
          Also no update from one month, mind It, do you people ever felt ashamed for not giving update and keeping customer idle for one month+ time.

          Really feeling bad by choosing INFIBEAM.

          I understood the dificulties to handle this issue but still one month is really not acceptable, that too no update yet.

          I already lost the hope of money that I spent on this product also I lost 400 to 500rs by calling you people. I dont want to loose anymore money in this regard. This is completely my mistake to choose INFIBEAM, I understood.

          I dont want to take anymore headache/tension in this regard, better leave it.

              This website & company is not reliable. Please be aware. I placed order for Rakhi on July 26th & rakhi was suppose to be deliverer on time on August 10th & its already August 20th & they have not shipped rakhi. I just called today & they still says that they have not even shipped. Don't trust this company. They are fruad. They take your money & they don't deliver stuff. People who lives in USA, Dont buy anything from this site at all. RED ALERT! BE AWARE!

                Have purchase Ambrane power bank 8000mah from infibeam on 13 Aug and till now its coming processing you order. when cal CC you have to wait for long que and you get idiotic replies from them every day, they have no updates about your product. only thing they know is ''YOUR ORDER WILL GET DISPATCHED IN 24 TO 48 HRS'' They are such an and making fool to customer by saying that '' WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL AND GET BACK TO YOU'' and they never called up. today is canceled my order and they same automated reply '' YOU ORDER CANCELLATION WILL GET INITIATED IN 24 TO 48 HRS'' UFF... they are really pain.. This last order of mine with them. Same written complaint i am filling with citibank to stop giving points to those CHEATERS... Order : 13486136

                  I ordered an brand new battery for my lap top. But Infibeam provided an reused battery which contains the clear sign of service center mark. This is cheating & Infibeam is not providing any support for my replacement or refund. For further details please see the attached photo.

                    Hi #infibeam, I had placed a online order for a Rakhi to be shipped to USA on the 5th August. [Order No: 13433365] I made a online payment. During an online payment he amount is auto sent to the Payment gateway and is not manually entered. I made a payment for the same. Dint bother to check what the amount is. The order tracking showed the shipment was made on 7th, but it never reached any place till 11th and i wrote back a mail asking the customer care for the same. I got a very illogical reply to the mail saying "You payment is not made" - How can one get a order no. with out a payment being made. I called up the customer care today and had to wait for 25 mins on my international call to get through them, only to know from Mr. Varun Pavagadhi that there was a error in the payment system on the website, cuz of which payment of Rs. 40 towards the shipment was not charged during the online payment. THIS WAS A MISTAKE FROM THE WEBSITE and not my mistake, and they said they have send a mail asking for a payment of Rs. 40. Which i have never received. Its not even there in my Junk mail. *** 1. There was no follow up made for the payment ever on 5th neither after that. *** 2. Order tracking saying its gona be shipped on 7th Aug. Such a misleading statement. *** 3. Why should a customer who has made payment suffer for a mistake that your company has made ? - Who has error in their system - InfiBeam - Who got the payment for the product - InfiBeam - Who dint get the product - The Customer - Whos lost that precious auspicious time - The Customer So who is at loss here, its only Customer, But just a food for thought, - who is loosing a customer from now on InfiBeam. (May be many more customers) You all dont understand the sentiment of that order which was made for a Rakshabandhan day. Its incomparable to the cost of the product. I spend more money in contact the customer care than on the actual product. But after interacting with the customer care executive, it has infact left a very bad taste about Infibeam and realised that you all really don't care about the customer much and just want to make money and not customers. After repeated mails to the customer care, they are least bothered to address the issue, they rather just kept mentioning that my money wud be refunded back. I thought i would rather do Shopping on a Indian website so the money comes to India. But i think others are more professional than the Indian companies. I am sure if it was a company from outside India they would really taken up this matter or at lest would have been professional enough to deliver the item or follow up personally with the customer. But this is super unprofessional from InfiBeam - Vipin

                        I have bought a printer Xerox Phaser 3040 Monochrome Laser Printer, multicolour from infibeam. My Order (ID:[protected]. I had ordered a colour printer but it’s a black and white. Customer Care person receiving my call says multicolour means product will be available in multicolour. But the advertise does not contain any such specification. While ordering I was not asked or given the colour option in the product. As your advertise is misleading and does not contain in specification that it is a black and white printer, you have cheated me. It’s a cheat, you please kindly take it back or otherwise I would have to go to consumer court and would be complaining against infibeam for putting up a misleading advertise and cheating the customer. Its humble request or threat whatever you mean …. Answer me what is your final decision in 24 hours or I will register a complain against you under Consumer Protection Act for giving misleading advertise and cheating me.

                          The reason I shopped in infibeam was on the hope that their customer service would stand behind you. I should have read their reviews before buying. I ordered an acer desktop on July 2nd 2014 which was listed as new(infact Infibeam proudly states that everything on their website is new), on arrival the acer labelled cardboard box that it arrived in had all its seals broken. But i thought to myself, ok maybe they opened the box to verify the contents and so gave them the benefit of doubt. But to my horror on examining the metal cabinet of the desktop, I realized that the cabinet had been opened and shod-illy fitted back. I had paid by credit card and so did not get a chance to examine the contents before paying, otherwise I would have sent it right back. So I have essentially got a USED and REPAIRED computer, when it should have been brand new. Now what makes things worse, is the customer service of infibeam. I contact them and they first insist that the package the computer arrived in was damaged, so straight up they were trying to pass on the buck to the courier company. I had to make 2 calls to their customer service to drill it into their heads that the package arrived without any damage and that it was no fault of the courier company. So now they pretend to be concerned tell me to send them multiple pictures of the cabinet as well as the box and that they would have my issue resolved. I had to email them 3 times with pictures before they could actually find my email. They said they would get back with me in a few days, its been 6 weeks and I have not heard from the, I continue to email their customer service but they choose to ignore me. If I would have to do it again I would not touch them with a 10 feet pole. I say RUN away from them, even if you find their price lower, you might just get a USED and REPAIRED unit. I am not the kind of person to write reviews, but I am writing this now, because Infibeam has frustrated me so much and has essentially CHEATED me here that I thought I should at least warm other people. I have had much better luck with Flipkart only caution while shopping from flipkart is to buy it from the seller WS Retal, which is Flipkart's own fulfilment division. I am in no way associated with flipkart, but their transactions have always left a smile on my face.

                            Hi, I ordered Eveready Rechargeable Fan in Infibeam on July 15th 2014, I received product on 25th July 2014 which is not working, I called their customer care on 26th July 2014 and informed about defective product, they asked me to send snapshots of product which I received, I sent snapshots to their customercare mail address, they promised their logistics team will arrange reverse pickup within 48 to 72 hours, but they arranged reverse pickup on 2nd Aug 2014, so finally I gave it to reverse pickup person on 2nd Aug 2014, but till now there is no response from Infibeam Team. My order id is 13328784 and Return id is 21952. I'm still waiting for Infibeam response and hope they'll refund my money to my bank account. Regards, Yalamanda

                            Update: Infibeam arranged me reverse pickup through Safexpress, I don't know how reliable they are, never heard name of Safexpress earlier,
                            I gave product to Safexpress person by trusting Infibeam on 2nd Aug 2014. That person told me it'll be reached Infibeam within 3-4 working days and Infibeam customer care persons are saying that product isn't reached them till now, when I call Infibeam customer care, they are asking me to wait 1or 2 days to check with Safexpress, I called they more than 15 time in last one month, and no one customer care person is taking responsibility, they stole my money :(

                            What should I do now? Please help me on raising consumer case on these guys,

                            Update: They arranged me reverse pickup through SafeExpress, I don't know how reliable it is, I gave product to SafeExpress person by trusting Infibeam on 2nd Aug 2014 and that person told me it'll be reached Infibeam in 3-4 days, but Infibeam customer care persons are saying it hasn't reached till now.

                            What should I do now? When I call Infibeam customer care, they are saying give us 1 or 2 days time to follow up with SafeExpress from last one month, no one customer care person is taking responsibility, these guys stole my money.


                            Please advice me on how to raise consumer complaint on this issue.

                              I had ordered and prepaid for 2 rakhis to be sent in ahmedabad before 10th.
                              Also the promotion on the website showed 'express delivery before 10th august' promos which is why
                              I ordered 2 rakhis to be sent to my brothers. However they received only one and the other one
                              Was not received. The express delivery claim was a hoax but one rakhi didn't even get delivered
                              This has caused me huge embarrassment and i didn't get what i paid for.
                              Basically this is a fraud website which fools innocent unassuming customers. Refund the remaining amount to me as soon as possible.
                              This has been a very unpleasant and pathetic experience shopping with this fraud website.
                              I would make sure i never shop with this site again.

                                I ordered for a samsung galaxy s3 neo from infibeam on 23 july but not care to deliver.After repeated complaints I cancelled my order and they refund my money on 8 th Aug.They took our money and do rotation, collect interest and refund our money after sufficient time.Hopeless company.

                                  I bought two books from Infibeam which was delivered to me on 4th August and one of the books was damaged. As I contacted their customer care, they told me to send on email with an image of the problem and I did so on 6th August at 9:21 AM. They also mentioned that I should receive the response within 72 hours. Today (9th August) I called them once again at 11:00 AM. They were arguing with me that it was not yet 72 hours then, I do not know how they calculate hours. The lady also told me that I will get a call from them by the evening today, but still I did not receive it. It is 7:23 by my watch. I do not think they have any intention to change the product at all. This is real "CHEATING"

                                    i have orderd a i grasp 24l31 model led tv which is 24 inch and which they have send me its model no. is l2301 which is 21 inch and wery smartly they have send it in packeg is also 21 inche they had removed it by a blade and pasted 24l31 on it they have cheated me, i call infibeam custemer care he say that send the all images we will solve it in 24 hour but from 72 hour i am weiting for his response. i am sending all images to u

                                      Have placed an order with Infibeam on 02 May'2014 for fortune magazine, expected time of delivery of first issue was 20th June'2014, but i havenot received the same, that why i have cancelled my order 30th June, but till now i have not received my money back...please help...

                                        Hi,

                                        I bought Western Digital WD 4 TB Network-My Book Live Duo from Infibeam on 28thof July 2014. They promised to ship the article by 31st of July. I waited till 4 Aug but since no reponse came. I had to call them several time. Later they said, shipping date has been changed to 9 Aug.

                                        Later on 8 Aug they came back via mail and said we cant provide that product so take some other product. They offer USB hard drive instead of network hard drive. I requested them to provide Network hard drive only as alternative.

                                        Their representative kept me on hold for several min and several time. Later they misbehaved and said "We dont have, we cant give the product. You can do whatever you want. Lodge complain where you want. We deal with such thing on daily basis."

                                        I asked them to immediately refund my money then they said even that would take 7-10 days nothing less that that.

                                        I needed that HDD on urgent basis and INFIBEAM troubled nd misbehaved big time. I am clueless about what to do. Kindly help me out with this.

                                        I would never recommend infibeam to anyone since they do fraud marketing and false promises. They are cheaters
