order ID 13317946: NEVER THOUGHT THAT THE HARRASSMENT WILL LAST SO LONG!! THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF 31, 340 WAS REFUNDED IN MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. HOWEVER, WHILE PUCHASING THIS PRODUCT I OPTED FOR '12 MONTHS EMI' OPTION FROM INFIBEAM WEBSITE. INFIBEAM HAS NOT CANCELLED THAT EMI REQUEST YET AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAS CHARGED THAT EMI AMOUNT. I WANT YOU TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS AND INITIATE THE EMI CANCELLATION PROCESS. THIS IS REAL FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE AGAIN WITH INFIBEAM AND NOT SURE HOW YOU CAN CHARGE EMI AMOUNT FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NOT EVEN PURCHASED, BIG INTEGRITY ISSUE FROM YOUR SIDE.

    i ordered for a mobile 0n 5th sep 14 and it was to be delivered in a 2-3 working days and even after 15 days i have not received it. such a [censored] all service they have. I tried speaking to so called customer care executives, but i think they all need firing and infibeam in totality needs a closure. such a filthy pig's company. SHUT IT DOWNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

      I ordered a Micromax 32T4200HD TV ( Order id:[protected] and paid cash via netbanking. After regular phone call to their customer care for 1 week, they told me that the product was out of stock and I needed to select an alternate product. I choose a TV with SAME specifications, but different model name(Micromax 32inches 32TFK18HD), But they needed additional 560RS. I paid the additional amount and now waiting for the product. Its been another one week, still they haven't shipped the product. They sent me email for my queries which was actually copied and pasted again and again with no relevant details.

        I had order a HP laptop with order no 13583991 even after 3 weeks it is not delivered and the customer service i hopeless as the only reply that they give is they have forwared the same to the concerned department and will get back to you . But the last part getting back to you never happens. Never ever make online payments for your products with infibeam because, first you will not receive the product and second their time to refund the money back to you card is about 20 days and you will have to run a lot to time and phone as many phone calls to get back the same only if you are lucky.         Infibeam customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I had placed an order for a combo pack of Sandisk Cruzer Blade 8 GB Pen Drive (Combo Pack of 2) on 14 April 2015 online which has not been delivered to me till now. I had told their service supporter but no satisfactory response from their side. They said that you will receive your order within one or two days. But i haven't received it yet. My order ID is 24782684.
        I received message of confirmation(SEE THE PROOF ATTACHED) in which there was written that "it will be delivered to you within 4-7 working days. Two weeks gone, the order has not been delivered to me till now.

          Order ID:13568192 sub order nos 22772481 and 22772482. These orders were booked on Sep 1st 2014. Payments were made upfront. After lot of followups and exchange of mails the order[protected]a Belkin extension box) was delivered after 13 days! it was committed while booking for 3 to 4 days!! Now my turmoil started for the second order order no 22772481. When I was tracking the order it was showing the movement of the product in a ridiculous way without any logic. After many follow ups the courier Gati comes to my place and asks Rs 499/- to deliver the product. When I informed it is already paid for he refused to deliver and went off with the product. Again I emailed my complaint to them ( they have a standard reply for every complaint and no one responds further!!!) I made couple of calls to their call center and they said they will look at it and need 24 hours to get back!!! Till now on 16th Sept 2014 at 5 PM my product is to be delivered.

            Hi I am Tushar, I have an order(order no[protected] with Infibeam.com on the date of 04/09/2014, still now it is not been shiped/dispatched. and the expected delivery date was 11/09/2014 shipping date was 08/09/2014. I have given complaint to their customer care more then 06 times, but they have not taken any action. So please help me to get my product as soon as possible.

              I had placed an order for 'Panasonic EH-KA81 Hair Styler Hair Straightener ' vide order number[protected]sub-order number[protected] on Infibeam.com. I had paid the sum of Rs. 2, 617 using my Citibank Reward Points on 24-May-2014. They cancelled the order citing lack of inventory. However they have not refunded the amount till date. They sent an email on 18-Jun-2014 stating they have initiated a refund and it would take 5-7 business days to reflect in my card. When I responded to them on 6-Jul-2014 that I have not received any payment, they kept repeating that they have initiated a refund. After numerous emails, they stated on 7-Sep-2014 that they had initiated payment on 26-Jul-2014 with Payment id 25400984. I contacted Citibank at least 4 times to check on the payment status and I kept an eye on my monthly statement to see if the reward pPoints have been added. But nothing so far has been initiated by Infibeam. I believe Infibeam department that is concerned with refunds processing is a big cheat! They lie and do not keep up the commitment. Infibeam management team is inept to not take any action on consumer complaints. I have reported my grievance to Cyber Crime Police Station, Bangalore and would move to consumer court if no action is seen.

                Written many mails to infibeam Team to resolve my problem .Even after providing all the required details and clearly explaining my problem o[censored]nable to place the order by redeeming the Gift coupon which I have received from them as a part of my Organisation's incentive scheme, no one from infibeam Team has called me nor reverted with the proper solution .My Gift coupon is getting expired within few days and please do let me know to whom this should be escalated so that my problem gets resolved as I don't want to get the gift coupon expire with out proper utilisation .Tried many a times to reach INFIBEAM Team members on the said contact number, but everytime I am getting a pre recorded voice informing that I am in queue and my waiting list number is 9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1 and then disconnecting with out any of the Staff attending the call .                     Updated the status in infibeam site as delivered.

                    But we have not received any product from professional courier.

                    Really infibeam team is misleading the problem and cheating the customers.

                    I called so many times regarding my product status

                    On 18th Aug 2014 at 10:14am i called to infibeam customer support and complain that the sub order number you provided that is professional courier number is not working. when i ask professional courier they said there is no product with product. i complain the same by making a call to infibeam customer care.

                    On 21st Aug 2014 at 2:17pm i make a call to infibeam and asked about the my order status and complaint the status. infibeam support replied that they will trace the order and inform to the respective department to take action on it.

                    On 22nd Aug 2014 at 10:24pm i make a call to infibeam support team and asked the status. The support team member replied that it is shipped and will be delivered soon. Immediately i asked about the complaint that i have given on sub order number. he said that is not infibeam problem, the problem is with professional courier.. When i ask professional courier they said they dont know. then who is responsible.
                    Immediately i asked the infibeam team to cancel the order immediately (Since there is no option available in infibeam). They said they have raised a cancellation request for my order and it will be Canceled in 48 hours.


                    On 25th Aug 2014 at 5.25pm i make a call to infibeam support and asked about my order status. She said the status is in transit. i asked about my order cancellation request. she said it is under process. i replied that i have canceled the order on 22nd at the time infibeam team said it will be canceled in 48 hours. she ask me to be on hold to know the status. i am on hold up to 4 mins but no reply. After that the call disconnected.

                    On 27th morning that at 4.25 am i got a mail with subject as product has been delivered. I am shocked when i saw that message in my mobile and a mail to my mail id.

                    immediately i make a call to infibeam support at 6:58am and asked about this mail and message. he (Mr.Nasir) replied that the product is delivered on 20th Aug 2014 but the status was updated today only due to some delay. one more shock from infibeam support team. I told him the whole story and also informed him that we did't receive any product at least a call from courier service. He kept me on hold and raised another complaint, he said it will be resolved in 30 to 40 hours.


                    But it is not resolved. Whenever i make a call and asked about the status they are raising complaint. but not resolving the issue.

                    They are simply playing game.

                    I request your involvement on this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                      Dear Sir, I have order this a Eveready Rechargeable Table Fan RF 03 (AC-DC), multicolor FAN with order number: 13537332. I have order it on 23rd Aug 2013.11 days back I had purchased though online, today is 2nd Sept 2014 . They have taken the payment of Rs 2994 and had mentioned in site to deliver in 2 days. Still I have not received the product. I have many times contacted the customer care and they are giving false assurance that the product will deliver soon. Requesting for please take immediate action if not resolved with in 2 days I will complain in consumer court. This is a my last communication, either deliver the product immediately or return the money immediately. Other wise I will go to consumer court as well as police for cheating people.                         i was ordered an apple ipad mini with the total value of rs 45000 with the order id 13509232, before ordering they show me the delivery time 4 to 5 days but once i complete and make the full payment it shows me 25 to 30 days, dammmm 1 month for an ipad?????? then i immediately canceled my order and waiting for refund for more than 18 days, plz aware every one to keep away from infibeam.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, This is inform you that I have not received the copies of Touriosity Travelmag (English, 1 Year) for the month of Jan, April, May, June, August 2014. I had suscribed for the magazine in December 2013, but never received the magazines on time. Every month I complain to Infibeam, but of no use. My money for magazine subscription is wasted. I have received only 3 Issues till now (for February, March, July 2014) after a lot of effort. I wrote a mail directly to Touriosity magazine, but I did not receive any reply. Please help. Having a lot of trouble receiving the suscribed magazines. thanks and regards, Siddharth G

                            Hi Team, I Ordered my sony xperia sp from Infibeam on 21-Jul-2014. After getting a faulty product, immediately I requested to take it back. I returned the product and Infibeam recieved the faulty product on 6th Aug, 2014. After waiting 1 week I asked the status and got a reply that the product is in quality check department. After that no status change and today is 30th Aug, 2014 and they are telling that product is still in quality check process. I requested for refund and wanted to close the matter but still they are not ready to refund my money and not even replying to my mails with any particular status change.Please find the below details with attachments.                             Hi Team,

                            Thank you for your reply. I want to
                            share that, after your reply, I received a call from Infibeam in first
                            week of September. They were asking for the replacement of the product
                            but I don't have trust on them so I want a refund only. When I asked for
                            refund, which I already mailed before there replacement arrangement,
                            they are saying that they don't have a refund policy so they can only
                            give the Infibeam credit as refund or if we want refund in our account
                            then they will deduct 20% of the total amount. Kindly suggest
                            that should I go for the consumer court to get my money back or take the
                            replaced product. Please find the attachment of there refund policy
                            mentioned in there website. Please reply soon.

                              Based on my experiences with www.infibeam.com in August 2014 with Transaction Id:13465439, my observations are,
                              1 )It is an Organization with a team of NON-PROFESSIONAL members.
                              2)A Customer cannot see any CUSTOMER POLICY in www.infibeam.com
                              3)They are not caring to provide prompt service to their Customers.
                              4)When, One Customer is placing an order, www.infibeam.com getting the full money. With that money they are purchasing items from their local vendors. They have not any constant mechanism to deliver the ordered product in time.
                              5)In most of the cases, the Shipment of the ordered items are indefinitely delayed or denied.
                              6)Such Organization cannot provide any type of After-Sale Service.
                              7)They have not any toll-free Customer Care Phone. All Customers are automatically forced to wait a long time to get connected with their Customer Care people. Such waiting and listening pre-recorded dialogues are in Customer’s expense. Even if one got connected with them, they will respond with some ready-made answers or apologies .They cannot solve your issue and no follow-up can be expected from their Customer Care.
                              8)Usually they will not respond to your Emails.
                              9)After collecting the full cost of the product in advance they are trying to keep that money with them as long as possible. They are intentionally delaying the shipment or delaying refund process.
                              10)I am not considering www.infibeam.com as reliable or loyal or trustworthy. Such organizations will shut down automatically. At any time www.infibeam.com may be vanished from web if they are continuing with such services.
                              The only positive side noticed in www.infibeam.com are the offering of some products with less price. But the delivery of such products are not prompt. Anyone can see a number of serious complaints in web and they are No.1 online shopping site in India which is receiving(but not solving) maximum complaints. So with this Domain Name(www.infibeam.com), I am not expecting that they will develop as No.1 in providing good services. Based on my present experience I will not recommend them to anybody. Flipkart is very best in their operations and one can experience a professional management in all of their operations.

                                This is in reference to the item with order ID: 13454946. I purchased the item( HP 450 laptop) from Infibeam on August 8. The amount of Rs 28950 was paid in full. After that, there was no response from them about the purchase. The order status was saying: in processing. After 2 weeks of purchase, they told me that the item is not in stock and will process refund. Till date the refund process is not inititated and it seems like some fraudulent activity. They seem like cheating the customers with listing items which are not in stock and not refunding the paid amount.

                                  I have purchased one blackberry z3 mobile from infibeam by paying 14199/- online on 6th august and received it on 11th august. Since purchase it was creating some technical problem like speaker and etc. I went to authorise service centre of blackberry at kolkata. They kept my handset for 3 days and after that issued one doa certificate(Replacement of faulty handset by blackberry). I have contacted infibeam they collected my item on 25th august by their own logistic. Sicne then there was no feedbck from their side. Whenever i have called their customer care they are playing same record again and again that wait for some time it will get resolved. Now as per doa certifictae it is mandatory to replace the fauly handset with a new one. But i doubt infibean is trying to handover the same handset by saying that it has no fault. Please look into the matter.

                                    On Aug 20, 2014 7:42:22 PM, I have purchased LG G Pro 2 D838 (Black) (16GB) from your online store using debit card. The Purchase confirmation ID is 13525586 and Sub Order ID is 22725250. It is still showing "Your Order Has Been Approved For Processing" on your website's View Order Status. Till now while I am writing to you, it has not been shipped and at the time of billing your site was showing that it will be delivered within 25th of August. If you are not able to ship the product till today then how is it possible for you to deliver me within 25th of Aug??? i have called twice to your customer care help line but the representatives also don't know about the shipment of the product. I am not happy with this long waiting scenario & wanna refund my full amount to my bank account as I have already paid the full amount through my debit card. Please initiate a full refund of INR 32, 367/- to my bank account as early as possible.

                                      I Order Sony Xperia M mobile on 17 Aug 2014. i had already order many products from your site But always delivery is to late. previous time i received my order after 15 Days. again i am facing same problem.i did not received my order yet .i had already sent you many mail but you are not taking it seriously, i am not in mood to do more mails, reply me in a days. I am not satisfied with all of above and . I want my full money back along with compensation for the calls that I had to make and time wasted on this issue.. I will not buy anything again and will surely stop others too.I will go to consumer forum for cheating me like this . In grief and mental stress infibeam is giving me this kind of mental sufferment which is not a good..I will go to consumer court also a mail will push to cyber cell this is now move to harassment issue also. if this doesn't get resolved in a day. Heights of irresponsibility!!!
