I am not able to reach customer care. Please let me know my order status. I have ordered fans for my new house. My guest is coming now. We have house warming. Still fan is not reached at my house in bangalore.

    I ordered "logitech mx anywhere 2s" mouse from infibeam.com on 7th april, 2018 and they took 6 days to deliver through their pathetic logistics partner. After opening the package, i found out there is not middle click in the mouse. I work in 3d/cad softwares and therefore my work is such that it needs middle click 90% of the time. So, this mouse is useless for me and i immediately called their customer care cell and it wasnt available for full day. Next day i tried again to initiate a return. To my surprise, since i generally use amazon or flipkart... They asked for pictures of the product and to mail it. I was very bummed with this process but i sent it anyways since i thought maybe its an extra verification. Later, they called me back and asked me to take it to nearest service center to check. Why should i take it for repair, its not my job.in this highly competitive market this is really a very very bad customer service. They also asked for doa (Dead on arrival) certificate from service center. Turns out they cant provide it since it wasnt dead and couldnt repair it since it was sold by infibeam.com. Now i am stuck with a rs.5000 mouse. I will not tolerate this and continue to call and mail them until they refund my money.

    I got call and now they simply denied to accept the return. The product information on their page is incomplete and doesnt state any crucial information about the button configuration of the mouse, which is the only thing people need to know when buying a mouse. The guy on the call said its not my problem and you should know before buying. I dont know how the hell are they still operating. Fraud companies like this should have been closed by now. Please take action.

    It should be possible, its your fault after all. Your website should should provide all the information. Moreover your website mentioned "Free and Easy Return". SO i dont see any point of not accepting this product. The website has misleading /incomplete info. It doesnt matter if it is a fault/feature problem. What does the image say? Your company does totally opposite of this.

      I have ordered order no 20769416 sub order 30493286 Rs 331/- UGC net/slet paper 11 English literature 01 edition (paperback) book but I have received UGC net/slet philosophy edition (paper) book. Regarding it have send randomly some pages of book pages as per your demand. I have attached the pages. I called to you picked up the book and refund it. But your customer service executive told me I have received same book. I concern it.i have experience so worst to you. I teach a lesson from your app don't purchased anything. Your service is BAKWAS! BAKWAS! and only BAKWAS.

      In this regarding I registered a complaint in consumer cell. One thing in your way you have left to purchase shopping a good loyal customer who payment to you before the order. I don't have shopping to the app.

        Just cancel my order and refund my money back.. My order id is 20743366.. I just want my money back.. Its a book panchayati raj vyavastha by ritu rani.. Cancel my order and give me my money back so i can order from other seller.. They even does not prepare to ship my product.. They said they ship my order on 16 march 2018.. I placed order on 12 march but now its 17 march and i didn't get any information about it..

          Dear Sir,

          I have ordered Callmate LED Portable Projector (black) from Infibeam on 9th Feb 2018 and received same on 15 feb 2018.

          On the portal they wrote Callmate brand LED Portable projector, But I have received duplicate china made product. Which doesn't have any brand name on the box nor on the product.

          On 16th I have sent a mail regarding same and requested for product return. But they have called me back and saying on portal product image there is no product name mentioned, So they wont accept any return.

          Please check below url, you can see clearly they have mentioned product title as Callmate LED Portable Projector. Showing this they are selling duplicate product and now they are not accepting return.

          Do you mean to say, You are openly accepting that you are selling duplicate products?

          Use the common sense at least. Have you seen anywhere a branded product do not print its logo or brand name on box or product?

          There is no brand logo or name on box nor on product and not even on the product using guidelines paper. It is clearly written in Chinese.

          And about product return, When I have purchased product from you then whom should I ask for return. There is no brand name or call center number to contact.

          This is the last time I am requesting, If you do not accept product return then I am going to file legal complaint on my nearest police station.

          @Consumercomplaints: Please look into this issue and help from these fraud eCommerce store.

            Dear sir i have ordered 30000mah callone power bank on 20th december but i canceled the order because they did not ship to my address or on pincode is un serviceable for the item. Then order canceled by infibeam but refund not added to the account yet. The customer support said that refund is issued by us. I contacted with bank customer service with the reference number 208261 given to me infibeam. The bank customer support said there was no refund issued by anyone. And also i checked my bank account there are no refund added in the bank account yet. Order id 20611955. Total money i have paid rupees 3425. I want refund my money.

              Dear sir i have ordered two times 30000mah callone power bank on 28th december 2017. But don't need the order i want cancel these orders and refund money fast. I ordered two times 1st order id is 20623298. And 2nd order id is 20623301. I want both these orders canceled and refund the money. I have paid rupees 1177 for both these in double transactions total rupees 2354 refund money. I am not interested in the product cancel the order.

                I ordered 30000mah callone power bank on 20th december but i canceled the order because they did not ship to my address or on pincode but the refund was not initiated by them and also didn't received by me. I have paid rupees 3425 for the order. Order id 20611955. I want my refund. Infibeam not so good customer support please improve your service to make easy for customers.

                I ordered 30000mah callone power bank on 23rd december but order canceled by me because they can't ship the product to me on my address. But the refund was not initiated by them in given time. I am extremely upset about infibeam service. Order id 20617773 and amount paid by me 1177 for the order. Please refund my money. Please sir refund. Please sir my pincode is un serviceable please.

                Dear sir I have ordered 30000mah Callone power bank two times on 27th December 2017 but I want cancel these orders and refund the money because my pincode is not serviceable and you can't ship the item to me. These are two orders with two order id's. No 1 order id is 20621943. And the 2nd order id is 20622140. Please cancel these orders and refund the money. I am extremely feeling sad because u can't ship item to me.

                Sir infibeam company is cheating with me because they did not refund the money. they give a reference number to check with bank customer care but there are no records and data in bank. Bank says there have no money added to the account yet.

                  I have ordere 30000mah power bank callone at rupees 1177 but they can't ship to my address or on pincode is un serviceable but i cancel the order but they didn't refund money.                       Order id 20589171. I have ordered 30000mah callone power bank on 5th today is 11th december but they didn't ship my order in these days worst service from infabeam. When you have not availability of products then how can you process the product. And i want refund my money. I have very worst experience with infabeam because they are not good enough for customers.                         Delivered item after after 4 days..
                        But battery is missed.. I complaint but no response / call.
                        After i called 3 times they said : we will send missed item.
                        After 25 days finally i got the battery.
                        Now problem is : car tires moves while its up side down but when wheels are on the floor it does not move even a little bit. Wheel motors sound but tires does not move.
                        Many my money back

                          I'm very sorry to say that your services are very poor. I ordered a few books through your website on 22nd september 2017 and was supposed to receive them by 29th of the same month. But to my utter dismay, i did not receive the books even by 1st october. Since the books were required urgently therefore your website did not meet our requirement. This disappointed me a lot.

                            I order pack of 6 amlaan bedmi poori masala two of the lots on 8th september with order id nos. Below:-

                            And requested the people of infibeam the same day i ordered that product i. E on 8th september 2017 that if possible make the delivery of the product on or before 12th september and the customer person assured that it will be delivered to me as per my said time as that product needed to be carried abroad on 12th. And the product was delivered way after the scheduled delivery date ie. On 22nd september & 24th september respectively and the scheduled delivery date was 15th september and on 2nd october i made a request for return back of material on customer care as it of no use to me due to person who was to carry this product abroad had already left and the person i spoke to on customer care on 2nd october said that they will raise this concern to their team and will respond to us within 24 hours time of the next day. So, waited for respond on 3rd & 4th of october but didn't get the response, so called up on 6th of october and the customer care people said that they haven't received any response from their team yet so it will take 1-2 days more to respond me. What the heck... Are you fooling your customers? How would you except people to shop on ur site i[censored] would cause delay in these procedures and making your own excuses. So, would request to look into this matter and taken necessary and immediate actions. Otherwise i need to take some necessary actions

                              I ordered recently 2 logitech gamepad cost me 3018. I brought it as a guest and no updates have been received till now. Please refund my money!!!. Since i ordered it as guest i cant even cancel my order. When i call the customer care all the incoming calls are barred what is this???
                              Are you guys a fraud??? I have also sent a coupple of mail from my account as well. Do refund my money asap!!!. Dont cheat people if you dont have the product put it out of stock why the hell are you cheating???. Why cant i even log in to my account. It says wrong info put in!!... Seriously???

                                I ordered one iphone 7 from infibeam on 07th september and as per email confirmation received from infibeam i was suppose to get it on 11th. But till today (20th sept) i have not received anything. Even the executives sitting there on helpline
                                Are not in position to tell me the date by when i will get it.

                                They are not even cancelling my request. My order number is[protected].
                                I would request to all please never choose infibeam for any service.

                                I raised my concern over the email also but did not get any revert on email also.
                                Infibeam has done a degree in unprofessionalism and cheating the customer

                                  These infibeam people are the biggest fraud i have ever come across in my life. I had purchased an iphone 6s in april 2017 with an offer that i will get a cash back of 7000 exactly after 90 days (I. E in june 2017). I have been constantly contacting them on their customer support regarding the matter. But every time they turn me away saying that the processing of that cash back is in it's final stages. I had this intuition that they are lying about the cash back processing, so i called up my bank (Sbi) to confirm. Even they also said that they were part of any such scheme which infibeam is talking of. This was the first time i had shopped with infibeam only due to the fact that they were offering that cash back. Also at that time i had paid rs. 46000 for 6s 32gb version which was way more than what other vendors were offering. But now when i haven't got the cash back, i feel cheated and also mentally harassed by these frauds. But i won't let them go away so easily. Will try my best to expose them before the world and prevent others from getting looted by infibeam. #infibeamfraud

                                    I ordered (Order id:[protected] jbl xtreme on 19th aug for which i already did the payment, now this irresponsible site processed my order by 26th aug basically they took a week to process the order and i don't know about the time for shipment still because i haven't got my order still and the shipment from 26th is still there in mumbai. So imagine what a disgusting site the infibeam is. So basically if person has time for a month then he/she can think of ordering the product from infibeam. Although company provide approximation day to deliver product by 8 days and that is maximum.

                                      I paid 38268/- on 2Aug17 against VU 4K 43inch LED TV, which was delivered on 9Aug17 against order no 20299517. VU company engineer came for installation found it broken, which mentioned in his report on 10Aug17. Since then, company is indulging in delaying taktics. Today, they asked me to wait for another 10 days. I feel cheated as I am suffering with no fault of mine.Why didn't they told before placing order that a faulty product delivery shall put customer at receiving end. I want my money back. Not want to deal with site like Infibeam.

                                        My order id : 20143660 and email : [protected]@gmail.com, i have ordered a magazine 'OVERDRIVE' from the site INFIBEAM on 4th of june and company said to deliver on 24th july'17 and now it's 12th, Aug'17 just complained for about 10 times now just only get reply that we will get back to you in 48hrs and they havnt get back to me now. So please help with my refund or get me my monthly magazine with me. Now just get irritated now so much..
