I ordered a sandisk 16gb ultra pen drive (Usb 3.0) at 30 july and the shipping time show me when i ordered this is within 3rd august but today is 4th august and the order is still not shipped yet, now i want to cancel my order and refund my money. I contact with them 3 times about this matter but no reply from them. Order id # 20288872. Please help me about this matter and refund my money as soon as possible. Infibeam service is worst.

    My name is roopesh yadav, i bought a bag from this fooling site (Infibeam.com)
    The bag was defective and the very day i registered a return complain, first they took 13 days to pick up their faulty product and now it has been 7 days after pick up, i call up and email them daily but they are least bothered, they are neither returning my money nor replacing it. Please consumer court help me.
    It has been high time, they are easily cheating people and nothing is being done against them.

      Hi,

      This is with reference to order no [protected] dated 24/03/2017, which we placed through infibeam against the offer going on citibank credit card for cash back of rs 7000/- for corporate employees. It was told to us that within
      3 months we would get this refunded by bank. However when we contacted the bank, they refused this offer. This is really unethical and unprofessional on your company's part.

      Kindly arrange for the cash back process at the earliest because based on cash back offer for ibm employees we have purchased this phone.

      We have clearly mail from infibeam stating of cash back offer and validity till 31st march. No body in infibeam is now taking the issue seriously and due to that we are loosing. We cant expect such a attitude from the company. The company should be blacklisted for doing such kind of misleading business to consumers.

      Even my friend has same problem and its not yet resolved. I can't understand why such a reputed company behave so cheap? They promise something and do not follow.

        I ordered from infocus brand site. Infibeam company couriered the phone. M680. Camera quality they say is 13mp. Picture quality in actual is just 1mp. The same day i got this crappy phone, i have been asking them how to return it back. This is a fraud company. They give low quality chinese products and they don't accept it back. I want my money back. This fraud company is not giving me my money back

          With reference to order id 20121201 and sub order id's 29809325 and 29820150still i haven't got the amount of rs. 410 is refunded. The status in the item is showing as cancelled. Please refund the amount at the earliest. The items were ordered and payment done on 27-may 2017. Initially it was showing as pending refund but unfortunately now still the refund isn't initiated.

            With respect to order id 20121201 and Sub Order id 29809325 it asking for uploading photo id which I think is senseless. If you don't have stock, refund the amount but don't irritate again and again. I ordered the item on may 27, 2017. First they asked for uploading the id proof. I tried to do that also but isn't working. finally I got the order cancelled by infibeam and now awaiting the refund.

              It is to mention that I ordered three books on infibeam.com on 27 may, 2017. Out of three one was delivered. For other two books they are asking for photo id which is inappropriate as I've never uploaded any id proof for online shopping so far. That uploading too isn't working. The customer care number is no more valid! The Order ID is 20121201 and the sub order id which are undelivered are:

                I purchased the Symphony Air cooler Ninja on 01 May and received the faulty product 12 may 2017.
                In this connection I several times contacted the customer service team, but nobody resolve the issue of refund, cheated to me by giving faulty product.However during correspondance I attached the service engineer call report, but nobody bother about the customer grievance.

                  Seems like you people have no idea about out of stock.

                  If you people have no item in hand, just put as out of stock and let the customer buy from somewhere else. Taking money from customer and buying item and committing for a shipment date that you cannot stand by is unacceptable. And no ecomm takes shipment date as easily as you guys. And your customer service says"we are working with the concerned department and get back to you in 24 hours" and no info afterwards!. Pathetic service guys.

                    I purchased one android mobile phone model " byond B67" through infibeam on 1st feb 2014, by paying 4449 online, till date i am getting lots of problem with phone service, there are no service centers for this brand in bangalore, but when i bought the mobile at that time infibeam promised that they will suggest the service center, but till date they havent given a single service center number for my mobile, i called them once they gave me a wrong number which is not working at all, right now my mobile is not working, battery is dead, i need a new battery to start the mobile, i have important contacts, images, videos, documents in side how would i get them, i wanted to make case on infibeam that they not provided me product service info.

                      raised on line order request and paid through credit card where in defective mobile got delivered where the battery drains fast with just 3 or 4 calls and the system get heated while getting charging. Raised the request with the infy beam custcare and provided all the required documents. they are asking for a DOA from the center which is not ready to give. they just given the service receipt where they clearly mentioned that mobile is having issue.
                      But the custcare of infybeam is demanding for DOA without which they will close the Service request.
                      The service center which 35 kms away from my residence (one way) that incurs Rs.600/- taxi charge which i had already spent.
                      Desirable solution : Refund of my money.
                      Spoken with their custcare head -Mr.Jiger who assured to provide the solution within 3days where in today received a call from Tarun who spoke rude and interested in closing the SR but helping me.

                          I have made an order of Apple iPHOne. It has been more then two weeks the delivery is not initiated. As per the company policy Iphone is about to get in4-5 days. Customer care only gives tentative time of 1-2 days but they are not able to procure. INFIBEAM doesn't deliver as per their committment and it is huge loss of money and they use to hold the money without giving product

                            First of all they sent the completely wrong product. It was entirely different than the one described int he website and when raised a return request they denied to arrange pickup. At first the customer person agreed to arrange pickup but later they have been denying and forcing me to send the product with my own expenses by spending alsont the amount equal to 30% of the product itself..This is what they mean when say EASY RETURN POLICY

                            Even after more than dozen email and voice call follow ups nothing happend. I am not forced to wear **** T-Shirt with two small holes at the bottom.

                            WORST online shopping experience I have ever experience.. this site should not be active BIG cheater company. worst people too deal with..

                              EAN[protected], Order ID 19600580, This book was ordered on 28 December, 2016. Infibeam.com showed that book will be delivered by 9 January, 2017 but did not delivered this product yet as of 4 March, 2017. On 9 January, 2017 the Infibeam changed information that book will be released on 31January, 2017. Then on 3 February I contacted Infibeam as no book was delivered, then Infibeam said to wait till 28 February, 2017 for book's release . Today 7 March, 2017 when I requested an update the Infibeam has changed the date again and asking me to wait for book's release date till 8 March, 2017 for delivery.

                              This is not the complete picture of the call. Someone named Supal called me around 8.00 PM IST on 8 March, 2017. He said that book should be delivered within 2-3 days and he will need to check about the final status. He said will call me next day 9 March, 2017 to inform the final delivery status as per last launch date which was 8 March, 2017 and will also check with the management for compensation, but no call. So I checked my email account and found the same lie again with updated timeline that product will now be launched on 15 March, 2017 and no other information. No one has bothered to call me to provide an update or any form of compensation. Ridiculous service.

                              It is not helpful and I am not happy.

                                  I purchased a Power bank from infibeam online before a week. My complaint is about the product is available with less information on site and when i got it, it is much more bigger than i expect because of no information about size of product at site and also damaged product they sailed to me. I want to return the product and my money back. I am strongly unsatisfied with the service of the company and feeling shame to become the customer of the infibeam. i ll never recommend the company to anyone.

                                    Every time i ask for the status of the replacement/ refund.
                                    They replay like
                                    * With regards to the above id, kindly note that we have received the product back in our warehouse and now our experts shall do a quality check and also send it to the service center/vendor. Hence, we shall let you know the further course of action post the Quality check report is received from the service center. It may take about 2-3 working days more for us to get an update on the same. we will get back to you shortly. (replay got on jan 23rd)

                                    *Please grant us a 2 to 3 working days time for a revert. Hope you understand the same. We will soon get back to you with the resolution of the concern.(replay got on jan 29th)

                                    today feb 1 no replay from them.

                                      I ordered a power bank with order id[protected], when the product was delivered it was defective. I called them and asked for replacement but they denied but finally after an argument they got ready to take the product back. After a week's wait the product was collected, which was on 16/11/2016 and now its more then 15 days but no update on it whenever I call them they ask me to wait. They are neither refunding my money nor offering me replacement. I dont know what needs to be done now I am really pissed of by this situation. This was my first and worst experience with Infibeam

                                        I ordered a power bank order number 29099133 when the product was delivered it was faulty. Even it's in the return policy time frame I was asked to contact the brand which I did and then brand told me to send the product and they will offer me replacement. But when I told infibeam to get the product picked up they are delaying unnecessarily. Everything is done from my side and they even cant pick up the product . I am being asked to send the product at my own cost I don't understand why should I pay for it is it my fault that product is defective
