Respected sir,

I have order a tablet from infibeam.Com with order id: 18949040, but on receiving the product i found that the product received was in damaged condition.

1) there were minor scratches on the screen of the new product that i received (Which clearly stats that the product received was not new)

2) on starting the tablet it didn't started at all, also i kept the tablet in charging for some while but still it didn't started.

Then on contacting the infibeam customer service, they clearly stated that there is nothing that can be done in the case.

So, request to please help on this further and let me help to get the refund of the product.

    I have purchased Stylox Set of 2 Men's Denim, 32 Light Blue and dark Blue jeans(Product ID[protected] on the date of 31 Jul 2016 and get delivered on 04 Aug 2016.I have got cheaper product whose quality is not matching what it has mentioned in the product specs.It is totally useless.I have requested for return and refund my amount, but the infibeam has denied that we are not responsible for this and not taking any responsibility.I have contacted on phone as well but the same result.The mail conversation i am pasting here.Please take action onto it and resolve my problem.

      Bluetooth model has suffix b at end.
      You can also google it in spa 75/94 doesn't have bluetooth
      3. speakers that i have received

        I have booked online at infibeam.Com product callmate bh-703a bluetooth headset - black + free mobile hanger with order id :[protected]Sub order id:[protected] jul 2016 with amount if 450 rs & they sent through courier service:� ibl
        With tracking code:� ibdelmah[protected]a2 (Dtdc), after that they didn't bother about the product whether delivered or not even after 15 days, as i saw on line tracking that shows its at one courier facility, as i went & asked the courier facility, he told by default it has got damaged product so we kept a side. He told & shown the damaged product, as i saw i called for customer care they talked very lightly & told it will take 2 to 3 working days but when i asked them after two days no response from them. They are lifting phone call & cuting the call continuously, so please i request you to take this complaint, see that the money of 450 rs can be returned, so that i can greatly helfull to you...

          Dear manager, I ordered a book (order I'd:[protected] from www.Infibeam.com for rs.982 on 10 jun 2016. It's not yet delivered. It shown that it is shipped on 18 jun 2016 via dtdcdotzot[protected] & reached at imphal jiribam & then waheng leikai courier partner.after that I had sent email customer service, then they reply me that this order should have been delivered to you by now. When I had sent email again since my product had not been delivered to me, there was no reply. I request you that to take strick action against couriers those who are not delivering me the product & give me justice to available my product as soon as possible. Thanking you.             My order ld 18916240 for nokia 2610 and i got duplicate mobile after number of follow up and worst thing was packing, it was wrapped in brown cover and its not in working condition also and anyone can make out its dummy piece and not the original mobile.
            I have celled up customer care and as per their advice send picture to infibeam customer care and after that i called them every and send more then 10 reminder mail but no resolution as of now. Every time i am getting message that it will take more 24 to 28 hours but its been 12 days now and not a single mail or call received from them.

              Respected sir,
              I ordered a set of 2 books (transport phenomena by r. brion bird 2nd edition) on 25th july to be delivered at my address. the site then stated inr 862 for 2 books. i got a blilling total of inr 862 in the email in terms of cash on delivery.

              After 3 days from placing order (i. e. 28/07/2016) i got a phone call stating that i have to pay an extra amount of inr 288 for the order.
              Now as we are already 3 days late for the book and lagging behind in the course, the company is saying to buy it in increased price or cancel the order. it is totally unfair that we suffer from your incapabilities.
              I should get the order in the billing price as soon as possible.

              I bought a 15000 MAH power bank of call mate but only capacity of it mostly. 1800 mah cause my phone battery is 2600 mah but callmate not charge it 65% why?. Please replace.my powerbank

                Hi,
                I've ordered phone (OrderID#[protected] thru www.infibeam.com,
                they delivered on 27th June 2016 however product was with cheap packaging and bad quality so I've requested for refund on same day. Its been a month now that my issue is still unresolved with no proper update, whenever I call customer care +[protected], +[protected] they say allow us 24 hrs but it never ends.

                  I have placed prepaid order on[protected] morning. at evening got tracking awb no of gati courier. i was happy after that thinking it will get deliver to me in 3 days

                  Tracked next day evening gati portal unable show information so called infibeam they said wait 1 more day to show on gati portal

                  I tracked that awb no on 14 july and still unable to get information on gati portal called gati they said wrong awb no.

                  O called again infibeam they said wait more after that i stop tracking awb no on gati portal and set mind to wait till they will deliver

                  10 days passed after getting awb no. my product unable to deliver

                  At 22th july i got call from gati customer care said at there branch end we are unable to deliver your order. so at that night i request infibeam.com my order section. requested cancel order due to delay.

                  I got request id:289432. didnt receive any call, mail or sms regarding this.

                  O next day evening i called infibeam. customer care. they said we wont cancel your order. i said i didn't receive item then why you cant. they said you refuse to get that at 20th july which i didn't. i told them. but they not listening. and said if you want we reship or you will be charged for restocking. i said i don't need product more its to late to arrive just cancel and refund my full money. after long telephonic conversation customer care said wait we will get touch with you soon

                  14 days passed my money stuck and i don't know when will get.

                    I purchased books from infibeam through online. I got the wrong volume and damaged books. I request them to replace only the wrong volume. since June first week I am waiting, they are saying wait, wait for 48 hours. Not yet replaced the wrong volume. they ask a hundred of queries, image of books, everything they ask I did. their courier taken the book back with in ten days but still it is not replaced... I was preparing for my exam.

                      I have booked philips home theater on 7 july and take 16 july.. I found the product in poor quality packaging, looking like 5 to 6 years old product, damaged from the corners worst and dump sound. I call the customer support on the same date when i was take the product.. Now whats the solution i want to return the product or refund.. Why company arguments with me.. Please return the product why company try to make us foolish or mad.. I'm sending the images when i found the product in poor or worst condition

                        I had purchased climate 20000 mah cl-612 power bank from infibeam online shopping portal. after receiving the same found scratches on it and now i had asked for the replacement of the same so they said we will arrange courier person to take the product but still no one has visited. also observed duplicate product it has no charging capacity too this is a fraud done by infibeam

                          I have received panasonic led tv (th-49ds630) against order id[protected]sub-order id[protected]. while placing order on online portal product features was displayed clearly which indicated product comes with 3 years manufacturer warranty. that is the main reason i have gone ahead to purchase this tv from your infibeam as no one else was giving three years warranty. when i have received the tv consignment, there is no mention about warranty period.

                          in mail dated 15.06.2016, it has been confirmed by infibeam customer service team that products come with 3 years manufacturer warranty.

                          when i have enquired your customer service, nobody is giving firm answer.

                          when i have contacted panasonic helpline through mail they are saying “ only one year standard warranty is applicable for this model and no promotional warranty is applicable for this product.
                          it is very ridiculous to see prominent site is displaying 3 years warranty whereas manufacturer is refusing the same.
                          i am not able understand why it is happening. i have written several mail but they are not giving firm reply on warranty terms. but only they are calling and try to convince me that 3 years warranty term was displayed wrongly and same was corrected. this cannot be acceptable. i have purchased and installed tv based on commitments in online portal as well as written e-mail communication from their customer service representative confirming that this product is having 3- years manufacturing warranty.
                          they cleverly removed 3 years warranty display in their site after my complaint. till date they have not resolved my complaint.

                            I ordered a DELL 221H LED monitor from Infibeam. They had promised that they send ONLY NEW factory-sealed items. However, when I got the shipment on 25th June 2016, it looked like it was a returned item from anothjer customer. The box was also missing a part (a VGA cable which is supposed to be in the sales package)

                            When I called Infibeam immedialtely after discovering that a part was missing, their representative assured me that they will set things right within 48 hours. It is now more than 168 hours and NOTHING has been done by Infibeam.

                            My subsequent emails to them have not yielded any results

                            It is totally a crap website.it tempts customers with their attractive discounts but when you receive the product the quality is horrible.The call center staff is also horrible.They are not trained and professional at all.They always find out excuses on how to not return or replace the product.kindly beware of this crap website

                              Hi,
                              I placed an order of voltas 122 lye on april 19 with delivery time of 3-4 business days. They did not communicate anything for more than a week and when i told to refund money (As i wanted to buy laternately from shop and i did) they shipped order on 30th april. When i informed that i cancelled the order they told that they have taken the request and cancel it. Then instead of cancelling it they send it for delivery and i refused to accept the delivery as i cancelled it on may 07. Then since then i am chasing them for refund with interest (As i did payment from credit carrd) and so far i have mot got any refund.
                              I am sure that they keep money from many people and then make money through interest. This is not my first experience with them. Earlier too i ordered a home theater from them which was confirmed to deliver but did not deliver and then cancelled the order

                                I have bought a call mate bh 703a bluetooth. I have received that on 29/06/2016. I have found that bluetooth not support music as i have seen in your official site. A review telling that bluetooth can support if we download mono bluetooth. But all that review totally wrong. I am strongly agreed that review write by infibeam for sell that type of product

                                I have not satisfied with INFIBEAM. They don't resolved my issue. So please interfere in this matter. They don't want to resolved the matter.
                                As i have seen the INFIBEAM complain. Mostly person telling about INFIBEAM. That seller closed the complains as per own wish. Same things happening with me. They writing mail to me, your complained closed how they closed the issue without satisfied to customer. Are they don't afraid from ICCF. Pls teach a lesson to him.
                                I am thinking consumer complaints service not want to interfere the matter

                                  I bought Jockey track pants [ Order ID # 18728074 Sub Order ID : 28341657 ] on 3rd June and received it on 6th June.. But it didn't fit me. So i asked for an exchange using contact us form provided on 6th itself.. After filling in detail i was asked to wait for at least 24 hrs..
                                  Note that in their product page the product status was still not delivered. So there wasn't any return/exchange button that I can click.. Anyway I waited about 1 and half day for reply..
                                  I filled the form again and they asked to wait another 24 hrs.
                                  Finally on 10th I decided to find their email id and send them complaint from my gmail. On 11th I got reply saying that they wont accept return/exchange after 3 days of delivery.. [ Even then on their product page the item was not delivered]..
                                  Then I called them using customer care number.. They told me that they never got any complaints from me on or before 9th June.. So they wont help me.
                                  On 15th they changed the status to delivered..
                                  On June 22nd i just tried to decode why they didn't receive my complaint using form provided.. i filled comment section with rubbish.. i accidentally clicked send button.. But next day they replied to me saying they couldn't understand..
                                  So they did receive the complaint on 6th June and they just lied to me..

                                  I ordered Large size pant [ even though print on it says its large] the product i got is smaller and tighter.. I think its defective..

                                  I need Refund or exchange..

                                    But after 12 days on 29 jun 2016 they told me i have to cancel my order because they have not arrange my order.

                                    I don't want to cancel my order.

                                      17 april order no 18363476 ordered ipad pro and was shocked to recieve a model with a scratch and dents around a corner while opening it.

                                      Raised a complaint immediately for replacement. Was asked by cs to send the images. Sent the images immediatly was asked to wait.

                                      Days passed, weeks passed, called them around 15 times.In three weeks... Nearly after a month got a response saying that they wont replace the product. No resolution, after a month arguing again and again and closed the complaint. Had to use the defective product with dents

                                      Worst after service. So i[censored] expect to face any problem with the product you recieve forget about resolution. They wont help you and irritate you and u will loose your peace of mind. Avoid buying expensive items from infibeam

                                        Dear sir/ma'am,

                                        I have order a lenovo k3 note music edition (Black) on 13-june-2016 and have made online payment with 3 months easy emi option by using my sbi credit card.

                                        And, now its been more than 10 (Ten) days they have no answer as to why my product is not delivered yet and this seems to be like i am cheated.

                                        Kindly, request your help on this as its a big loss at my end as the amount paid was for inr. 9955/- additional emi interest for 14% up to 3 months.
