    Hi,

    This is bobby from hyderabad.
    I purchased a callmate power bank form infibeam website
    The product is not working, i requested for return.
    The product is returned and i dint get any response from the infibeam customer service.

    I have all the details of the product and all the mails which i received from the infibeam
    As they said they will analyse the problem and get back to me within 2-4 working days.
    But it is more than 15 days, still i dint get any response from the infibeam.

    Simple kept the product with them with acknowledging the problem.
    And also the product when i received it was without user guide and warranty card.
    Infibeam recommend non branded products which sucks all the money like the branded one
    Till they wont even provide good service to the customers.

      Dear Sir,

      I had ordered on Callmate 20000 mAh CL-613 Power Bank with Two USB Ports with order no: 18651070 on 23 may 2016 on infibeam same received on 31 may 2016, that time on official tour and return back on 4 june 2016 and collect and charged the power bank till full charge of battery and use my smart phone, which was capacity of 1950 mah but it makes only 3 half times only do the charge and switched off the power bank, so i will contact to infibeam but i don't get proper response so i want my money back or exchange the good product.
      Tthis power bank i think lower capacity below 8000mah but mentioned on 20000mah), so kindly support and solve this issue on ASAP.

        Hello,

        I purchased iphone 5s 32gb costing 26000 on 1/06/2016. I found damage around it and raised return on 02/06/2016 and i have no response from them. They are not at all ready for replacement and they are saying apple should replace your phone. When i visited apple care as well as spoke to customer care, they are saying where you purchased the product they should only be giving replacement. Both are not ready to accept the fault and there side.

        They are just giving reasons and they are cheating me.

          Am a very dissatisfied customer reason.
          1- I ordered the product and did not receive the product.
          2- when I called customer service agents were very rude.
          3- when I asked for refund no refund received more than 10 days have passed.
          4- when I called for refund again false commitment's and the agent shonali was so stubborn that even after asking for supervisor n number of time did not transfered the call.
          5- you are waiting for the product to comeback to you which will never happen because your courier partner has either lost the product or the product is robbed.
          6- so why should I suffer if I have not received the product my patient has reached the saturation level if I won't get any refund I will have to go to consumer forum and would also drag infeam in the court.

            This is jeeten thakkar,
            I had booked an iphone 5s on 19/05/2016 by making immediate payment online. Order no. 18635423
            The product was supposed to be delivered by 24/5/16 but till date i have not received the product.
            The product had reached gati bhiwandi godown (Docket no.[protected] on 24/5/16 8:53am and after that it is not traceable by them.
            As per gati, this info has been shared with infibeam by 29/5/2016 but infibeam is still negating that they don't have any info, nor are they trying to get status from gati from there side.
            These are only the tactics to avoid refund process.
            I would like to take legal action action this fraud and also for the mental harassment which i am made to go by infibeam.

            Kindly help me as to how asap i can get my refund from infibeam

              My name is yashpalsinh barad, i ordered lg 1.5 ton 3-star split ac through infibeam site, and my order id is #18400483 dated 14th april 2015 (Sub order id :[protected] amount rs.26666/- with 6 month emi and address mentioned kosamba (394120) and they displayed that it’s a serviceable area this ordered expected delivered me on 22nd april 2015 but they not delivered this product on this time so i call customer care for status they told me that wait for 2 more days product will deliver soon after 2 days product not delivered i contact gati courier, they informed me that they not delivered this product on this particular area or pin code (394120) and also mentioned that product partly delivered (Indoor unit on courier ware house and outdoor unit in ahmedabad ware house), after that i again call customer care and told him all this and i cancelled this order for not status this product from infibeam site, after that they informed me once product is come in seller ware house they refund my amount. After all this next 7-8 day i called customer care for my refund status they told me product not delivered on our ware house, and told me wait 2 more days, in between i refer courier company for product status they told me product still not return and product already show in courier ware house and all this matter i informed to infibeam senior supervisor and they commit me that resolve this matter as soon as possible but still no process or initiate my refund, overall this matter spend my 1.5 month and for all this credit card company charged me emi interest for this even i cancelled this order.
              I suffered this matter last 1.5 month i request to resolve this matter, my amount is blocked and i really need it.

                Hello,
                I had ordered an a/c with infibeam on 3rd may 2016 after having paid full amount of 25k. They have lost the shipment as confirmed on 10th may. From that day, i have been following up with them to get back refund till today (27th may).

                They are not paying refund and they are blaming their courier agency for the same and making excuses. I have tried all options including sending notices, following up with them on everyday basis but they are not cooperating.

                Please advise what legal action i can take to get back my money.

                After many delays and multiple escalations, finally I received the refund. The company did not co-operate or help me in any way to recover the amount. I had to call them daily and follow up with multiple individuals in Infibeam to get back my amount. This is a lesson learnt and I have resolved not to purchase anything from Infibeam in future.

                  I have ordered symphony tower cooler-diet 8i, multi-color on[protected] because it mention that ships in 2-3 days, i don't receive further update from that site regarding the order, so i made a call to customer care on 09-05-16 they give different statement for (Ships in: means it will be process to deliver in 2- 3 days after that it took 3 days)

                  Post 4 days i again made a call to customer care dated on[protected]. They repeat the same scenario you have to mail 4 more days, so i initiate them to cancel the order on same day[protected].

                  They told that the payment will be refund as soon as the product reach back to the hub till today no update regarding the refund process.

                  I try reaching over the mail asking about the status of the refund twise, they not even had an courtesy to reply to that mail.

                  I request you consumer complaint board to help me to get and refund with compensation.

                  For reference i am attaching the mail copy which i sent to them and what i receive from them.

                    I ordered kaspersky internet security 5 users antivirus cost of Rs. 1850/- at infibeam.com on 16 may 2016.

                    but after 4 days they are saying the product is not available in our stock and does not give sufficient information. about the product. i had lost my important data.

                    this is the worst website i have ever visited .

                    customer support is very poor even they don't know about the process of website.

                    today on 20-05-16 i call them they are saying we will tell you on tomorrow if we deliver the product or not.

                    they don't know the value of time of the customer.

                      I purchased philips iron on 2nd may and was delivered after 10 days. When i opened it, it was defective and i raised the complaint immediately. Asked me to email the images of the prod and packaging. I emailed and waited for couple of days. No response. Every time we need to make std calls to reach their customer service. I called at least 6 7 times, now they are saying contact the philips directly to resolve the issue. When i first called philips they said contact infibeam as you purchased it from them.

                      There is no return policy. And now saying cant help. So, once we purchase the product, that's it. We gotta deal with your vendor directly. You play no role here. It's a complete headache.

                      I had to purchase another iron from amazon as it's been more than 20 days and now saying cant take return. Now i have to live with 2 irons worth 4000 rupees.

                      Now again contacted philips and waiting for resolution. Complete waste of time, and added stress.

                      This is my first and last purchase from infibeam. Worst service ever seen from any online merchants both in india and usa.

                            After reporting the compliant in this Consumer complaints continuously receiving the fake calls/ online fraud related to ATM Debit card/ Credit Card/ Bank accounts.

                            Till now 20 calls received on my cell number as well another number which written over here in the complaint.

                              I have purchased the "voltas 18v iy 1.5 ton inverter split ac" from infibeam website on 29th apr'16. Received the product on 7th may'16 from gati courier, when i opened the indoor unit of the ac found defective and damaged piece.

                              Immediately i called up the customer care and shared the pics with the defective ones. Customer care team requested me to drop an email and it will be taken forward.

                              On 8th may'16 the installation person from voltas came and said the compressor is not properly fitted in the outdoor unit. And needs the outdoor unit to be opened and fixed. After checking with infibeam, technician went ahead with the installation, and after the installation found the compressor is making lot of noise. He given me the job sheet and said senior technician will come and attend on the problem.

                              On 9th may'16, senior technician from voltas came and found the compress is faulty and making lot of noise. He handed over the job sheet and took both the indoor and outdoor unit along with him.

                              I'm really very unhappy with the product, its a new inverter ac which i have purchased not the refurbished. I have dropped several emails and no proper response from the infibeam on this. Please don't cheat the people with the fake products.

                                Purchased a product orient cooler tornado grand ch6002b from infibeam on 28th april, 2016 and get delivered on 02nd may, 16 but still i have not received a tax invoice.

                                After writing a mail for invoice copy twice but no response from there.

                                Also, received a damaged product. Raised a compliant but response from there side.
                                Send the images also but getting no response.
                                Even i received a mail, that you will receive a invoice copy within 24 hours but yet not received. I wrote a mail on 04th may, 16.

                                i also move lucknow to kanpur to xiaomi customer care they opend the mobile and said that the handset is used and seal is broken . and IMEI code of mobiles not registers on their data base. I m hope less please do something for me

                                  Infibeam is cheating customers by sending shattered LED tv.they send broken TV after taking money from the customers .the money will be with them.they take minimum one month for delivery and after delivery since its shattered they won't take the product back.its been one month since I lost more than 40000 Rs.

                                  It's been one month and still no update from Infibeam regarding delivery of shattered smart LED TV.

                                  It's been a very unpleasant experience from their part.

                                  1. We ordered the product on first week on April
                                  2. Got the faulty product on 18 April (after a long 15 days)
                                  3. Only one delivery guy who brought this TV to our flat.(either product must have broken on the way or infibeam has purposefully packed a faulty product and sent .
                                  4. We are suffering for a mere profit of some 3000 rupees.
                                  5. When called the customer care they told that they have to take the product back hold an Enquiry then only we will get the product or money back.the return of the product will take another 20 days (the product is not taken from our place till now, it's been one week after the delivery )

                                  6.they are telling us to wait for another one month for solving it and not to watch television till that time??
                                  7.I asked the customer care executive to send a new product and take the old product after inspection by infibeam executive so that the time factor reduces, which they refused.

                                  Similar experience here. Still waiting for pickup. They have complete horrible service. delivery system/partner is also bad. I'm waiting since a month I received TV. Thankfully, i had my old TV.
                                  They have finally arranged pickup for tomorrow. I hope it works in next week and refund will be processed in 2-3 weeks. 2 weeks is max what one can expect looking at their service.

                                  advice to all: Never ever buy any electronics from them. Buy only book if you don't have option. Pathetic service. shameful company is even listed on NSE/BSE looting stock money from crowd.
                                  It's setup by some gujju in Ahmadabad. They all cheat in the name of business.
                                  Also note, do NOT believe on their product ratings and offers like 6% off and 5% off. It's just a honeytrap,

                                  Those ratings are written by themselves to attract people. If you ready all ratings, you will understand it.

                                    I had received a faulty product (a book) for Infibeam which I returned after they accepted. After they received the return, they asked me if wanted the money to be refunded or a new copy of the book to be sent to me. I opted for the book again. This happened on April 26th since when I've not been receiving any communication from their side ever after four follow up mails. I don't have much idea about what I should do now as they haven't been responding to my mails.

                                      I have placed an order on Infibeam on 17th of March of Onida Smart TV.
                                      My order ID is: 18185333. They have delivered me product 4 days delayed & that product was totally damaged product. After that i have done lots of tele call with them & talked with their senior executive Ms. Priyanka. They have given me commitment of arrainging pick up within 2-3 days but after around 15 days they have arranged pickup for me & then they told me that once we receive product within 2-3 days we will refund your money. But its more than 11 days they received product still they don't have any updation of product. No one is giving me proper answer there. I want my money back.

                                        I have ordered an AC at infibeam.com. the product is not yet delivered to me, inspire of frequent reminders - both to the courier company and infibeam. It's been more than three weeks, I ordered the product . it's more than ten days of the expected delivery date they had promised. I have not received the order till date. Gati is the courier company.

                                        am having the same problem too. but did you try the ecommerce customer care of gati in [protected]??
                                        It is not yet delivered to me. They have closed the above order stating the product has been lost while transit.
                                        They had placed the second order for the same product. I am sure that even that will not reach me. I have cancelled the order.
                                        Now the new issue is, I have not received the cancellation confirmation from them . the cancellation was done by me nearly 6 days ago
