I ordered philips 5.1 channel speaker on infibeam on 10 October which got delivered on 17 Oct. On checking them on 18 October I found them not good and called infibeam for their return policy. I was informed to send an email with all details and then a person will come and pick up the product from my place. I have received Samsung Note 4 today from Infibeam. However when I opened the box, I was totally surprised, looks like an old phone.
