I am Rahul patel. My order (no:[protected] is placed on 21-Apr2014 for mobile (Blackberry z10) .They emailed me that my product will shipped on 2-May2014 and Delivered on late by 15-May2014, When i called them on 1 May they told me that your product will probably shipped on 3-May than after I called them on 6th may they told me that the product is out of stock and shipped on 15th May probably, and i got mail on 15th may tentative date of shipping is 18th may . Please take action as early as possible.

    I have placed an order through online shopping in http://www.infibeam.com/ on 02/May/2014 and it was supposed to be delivered on 05/May/2014. Even after 15 days the order was not delivered. I am doing follow ups to the customer care and sending mail to Infibeam, but am not getting a good response. The Order no is 13008162. Added the attachment of the order history for proof.

      Order no: 13019812 Product: Micromax Funbook P255 Tablet Price: Rs.3990 I ordered the above Product For gifting on May 5th 2014. The site said it will Ship by 9th May but the date exceeded and even my plan for gifting on the exact date failed too. I Emailed to Cancel the Order and refund coz there is no need for it. But, still now they haven't updated anything about that and the My orders page has no updation or changes from the date of my order. I need my money back soon. They are sending the same email response as "we have notified the Concerned department for it". Its really bittersome to speak with them. Please Help me ASAP Regards, Prince Gladson

          I have buy a mobile handset GIONEE PIONEER P4 from infibeam.com on 06.05.2014. but they are not shipping my product. i have paid money through axis bank credit card( EMI option).

          initally they have given me the shipping date is 08.05.2014. but till that product not shipped.i have many time called on website's cutomer care but they are only telling that we will inform you the status in 24- to 48 hour . on 10.05.2014 i have got a call from them they told that your product will be shipped up to 12.05.2014. when today i called them they are telling for more 2-3 days by giving reason of stock problem.

          i also send many mail but no proper responce by them.

          my complaint is that if they do not have stock of product or there vendor does not have stock of product why they still selling the same on website. i have taken a screen shot of website showing product in stock .

          My name is Junaid k.a,
          I made the purchase on 28-12-14 and the promised shipping date was 1-1-15, and now its been 10 days since the purchase and the product is not shipped yet. Everytime i send a mail to the infibeam customer service about this, all i get to know is their anticipation of my understanding and still no reason for the delay, they say the product is ready for shipping everytime but no shipping yet.

            I have ordered Auto-Kart Car Body Cover for Honda Amaze, silver with order id 12775537 as on 11th march 2013. As infibeam team was unable to deliver the package within the time period, order will be cancelled on 21st march 2014. i contact so many times with infibeam care support but they are useless. in the end, with so many effort with icici, i got my refund as on 10 april 2014. but same amount is debit on 05 may 2014 . icici said that merchant have claimed that amount . i had already mailed so many times to infibeam but they are totally useless .

              What is happening at your end?? I already called you 5 times apart from this I have mailed you lot mentioning the complexity of the product I want but still there is no proper resolution made by you all... every time the representative picks and says something different to me…is this is your service...is this is Infibeam working tactics?? There is no update regarding to my order in your website and it is stucked there at saying "Your Order Has Been Approved For Processing" from 6th of May...as I have already told you that I need this product at a very high priority but I think that you never understand the customers requirement and your services is getting down towards your customer...Also now I came to know that Infibeam sucks as all the review about you and your services are saying that you guys don’t work properly and you don’t understand the feelings and the requirement of the customer. If this is really your service I will never ever suggest anybody to shop from you, I think I made a big mistake ordering the item from you as I heard that your service is very fast...but after seeing this I am afraid that I will have to change my opinion about you. Snapdeal, Flipkart, Shopclue are far far better than you you cannot touch the level they have made right now in the consumers heart because they understand the consumers and they provide ultimate delivery option to consumers.                 I ordered a book carrying the title Mechanical Behavior of Materials by N. E. Dowling whose ISBN no. was[protected]. It cost me Rs. 2416/-

                The book was purchased with the procedure as demonstrated in the enclosed series of photos (Photos 1 through 5). These photos were captured later after the dispute came to light and that time the price value was not equal to Rs. 2416/-

                The cover page of the book was known to me before placing the
                order as it may also be checked that it bears ISBN as[protected] in the
                'photo 2.png' file. However a wrong book with ISBN as[protected] has been
                delivered.

                The matter was pursued with your customer services cell of M/s Infibeam.
                They kept claiming that the ordered book with ISBN as[protected]
                has been delivered. The delivered book is with me and bearing a wrong ISBN no. whose order was not placed.

                It is really unfortunate that I have dealt with Infibeam first time and got such a bad response.

                When I asked them to replace the book, they kept claiming that the book had been specially ordered and imported for me and would not be changed at all.
                This is not the book that I ordered and my experience with M/s Infibeam certainly draws this conclusion that it is not the strong player in the online shopping market and makes its business of making money by such fraud cases. Such small players may be learned a lesson not to cheat their clients and they should be resposible of providing an ordereded item to the client.

                I have the substantial evidences for the book I ordered and the book which was delivered to me (bearing wrong ISBN no.). It is requested to Consumer forum that this matter may kindly be settled at the earliest as this event has already caused lot of mental harassment and a big loss to my official hours. A message may be conveyed for the awareness of public who are buying the products from Infibeam.

                  I had ordered a Yamaha Home Theatre System and paid 34399 by Credit Card on 7th April. They promised me to ship the product latest by 14th April & deliver latest by 18th April. But despite my repeated follow up they failed to ship the product till 24th April and were not even able to tell when they would be able to ship it. So, I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They said that cancelation would take 24 to 48 hours and then refund will take another 7 to 21 days. But again they failed on their commitment and have not even cancelled my order even after 72 hours rest aside the refund. I would urge everybody reading this not to ever think of buying any product from infibeam.com or you would curse the moment when you thought of it.

                    Ref: Purchase ID – 12757373, Order ID – 21883801 Product – Yepme Sports Shoes – YPWFOOT4011, black, 4 (P-foot-[protected]) Dear Concerned, I received the above product on 18.03.14. However, the shoes received of “size 4” are small and does not fit my son. It was no-where written on your site that the Shoe size “4” is the UK 4 or US 4(as written on other similar online websites) and this may primarily be the reason for ordering wrong size. When checked from a recently purchased Bata sport shoe, the correct size was found as UK 4, US 5 & EUR 37. I communicated the same at your helpline number [protected] on 18.03.14 at 20.29 PM well within the 72 hours of receipt of shipment. I requested for the replacement of the shoes, but found the attitude of the executive attending the phone extremely negative and rude. He completely denied that the shoes cannot be exchanged. As per the exchange policy at your website it is clearly mentioned that the shoes can be replaced. I also forwarded around 4-5 pictures of the product, the receipt of which was also confirmed by your customer care executive. I also complained that there is no mention about the shoe size according to country (UK, US or EUR) on your website but no reply was provided by your customer care. This need to be replied. I have contacted your customer care people lot of times for the replacement of shoes, but found that none of the staff has clarity of the exchange policy. Every time I have to hold the telephone line for quite long to listen to their inadequate replies. As per your mail dated 07.04.2014, you have mentioned that you will be deducting 20% as re-stocking fee. Please note that it is clearly written on your website that even if the customer has placed wrong order and wants to return the product, the customer might have to bear logistic / re-stocking cost upto 10% of the product. The screen shot of the exchange policy as available on company website is attached. Further, there is no clarity among your staff as to who will bear the courier cost for returning the wrong product. This all shows highly unprofessional attitude of the company and company staff blaming the customer for placing wrong order and charging high re-stocking charges. Now I am not at all interested in replacement of shoes. Please arrange for the collection of the product and provide the store credit of the amount after deducting the re-stocking charges upto 10%. I will utilize the amount for buying Organic Tea for once and will close the account. Thanks a lot for such a bad experience in dealing with your company. It has further worsened after reading so many customer complaints about you poor services and pathetic exchange/return policy on the internet. Hope for an early closure of the case.

                      Last tuesday I was ordered AOC monitor. I called them before purchasing and they said they will deliver in within 5 days. So, I ordered. But still I didn't get. This is my order id: 22082391. There is no proper response from customer care. I will cancel my order if I'm not getting tomorrow... Infibeam is Irritating beam...

                        What ever date shown in the website is fake. Order : 12939400. Website shows Ships By: Apr 18, 2014 even today (23rd April). I called Customer service many times. Complaint number 118841. They don't have any details about the shipment date. Please do not order product if you don't want to waist money and calling customer service for many times with no proper response.

                          I bought an Iball mobile model No: Iball Andi 5H Quadro from www.infibeam.com website vide order Id: 21877748.

                          The delivered product was defective.

                          A complaint about defective mobile set was sent to Infibeam through email (kindly see the attachment). In the reply for replacement of defective mobile set Infibeam asked for dead on arrival (DOA) certificate from the company. I contacted IBall service centre at Jammu on 14th March 2014 for repair. Also service centre said incase the set is not repaired in 20 days company will replace the defective set with new one. More than a month has gone but my defective mobile is neither repaired nor replace with new set by IBall. Also the Iball is not giving Dead on Arrival (DOA) certificate so that I may get replacement from Infibeam.com.

                          Despite of my several phone calls and email the company IBall is not giving any satisfactory reply to me and is not bothered for wastage of my money in its defective product and wastage of my time. Even customer care executive do not pick the phone.

                          I request you to take action against www.infibeam.com for selling a defective mobile set as well as against IBall for not providing the service.

                          Requesting for your quick action against IBall and Infibeam to provide justice to an exploited customer.

                            I purchased huawei ascend G610 on 06 feb 14.Item was delivered on 12 feb 14.On 05th march it become u/s.it is not charging.battery showing 0% charging .I contacted infibeam and you advised me to contact huawei service center.Service center changed battery on 15th mar14.but problem remains same.After that service center demanded PCB 2 or 3 times but demand is being closed repeatedly.I am also fed up going to service center daily.It is going one month and a half.my order No[protected]/21699675.invoice no-BT[protected].

                              I bought an annual subscription of 'Business Today' magazine with the order # 12350825. The order was placed on 1st Jan 2014. I have not received even a single copy of the magazine till today. I have tried several times on the contact centre but to no avail. The response from the executives is horrible and rude.                                 Dear team, I've purchased a Blackberry Z10 from Infibeam.com on March 6, 2014 by order no 12747927 on EMI, which was informed to be shipped on March 15, 2014 as per the details sent over email from the company. I received a mail on March 27, 2014 that my order will be shipped on April 9, 2014 after many queries to the customer support. Finally my order was shipped on 4th April, 2014. Since then i have received no update regarding the package from Infibeam or from the logistical partner. The customer care of infibeam has not been of any use at any instance. They never properly answered the queries regarding the status of my order and I as a customer is deeply offended by such unprofessional attitude of the company and its customer care team.

                                  I have purchase Gionee M2 vide Infibeam PO 12882684 on 2nd April. They made me April Fool by ordering to them. They never despatched, nor given the correct status of this order. Hence I sent mail to cancel this order and asked refund. For that also, their response is very pathetic and slow. If I have ordered through any other online seller, I would have received the phone the very next day. Hence kindly arrange arrange to refund my amount immediately. Ravi

                                      I've ordered micromax led tv in infibeam.com as they mentioned the shipment is not dispatched as on april 3rd. Everyday i m calling/mailing to customer care service but everyday im getting same response from them it will be processed with in next 24 or 48 hours its didnt get processed as of now. finaly i got fed up and disappointed with the service so i decided to cancel my order for that also im not able to cancel order from my login so again i called to customer service they told it will take 24 to 48 hours to cancellation. bad experience in my online shopping ever i didnt have like this.

                                        I have ordered Micromax LED TV in infibeam.com i've placed order on 31st March 2014 and they mentioned expected shipment date is 3rd April but still now i did not get any update regarding consignment even i called to customer service they used to tell only we have logged your complaint against concerned department and it will be resolve in 24 hours but still not more hours passed than they told and most of the time they put call in hold or disconnect the call. even dropped mail to customer service they will write reply it will be sort out soon but still now i wrote 4 mails to the customer service.
