    Ordered Samsung galaxy S5 (white) through infibeam.com using my HDFC DEBIT CARD on 3rd june 2014 and me recieved an e mail on 5th june - content was-
    The following items under order ID :[protected]sub order ID:[protected] have been shipped from our warehouse!

    Later on 9th june 2014 me also recieved an sms in my phone ([protected]) -

    delivered to you in 4-7 business days.

    Till today i have not recieved any courier or packet from any courier service.
    Please help me to get my product as soon as possible.. I have already paid for my product through my debit card. plz do reply based on my problem..

      I booked a Air Conditioner on Infibeam.com on 22nd of May, Order Id[protected]. The Product was supposed to be delivered at Patna, Bihar address . Today, it is 11th of June and till now the product is not delivered.While booking the product the expected delivery was shown 7-8 working days, but today it is going to be around 16 working days and product is not delivered. |While calling to customer care executive, Every day they are saying the product will get delivered soon. I don't understand how much time more they will take to deliver the shipment. It seems they have booked the product with their preffered vendor Book my Packet.com. I even had a talk with them and not getting any proper response from their end. Also, Lodged a complaint with book my packet, complaint # 11985150.

      This is been quiet pathetic following up with Infibeam and Book my packet.Request, please take proper action against both Infibeam and Book my packet .com

      On 22.10.2014. they call me and say product not available you will alternate buy to product and after they always say forwarding to cancelation your request no. 146871 but it never update my order status and refund my amount till date.

      Please help me...!!!

        Unethical practices

        Infibeam gave me the worst online shopping experience. They accepted payment from me even though the product was out of stock. I am highly disappointed with the service. My order id was 12929339

            I ordered a book carrying the title Mechanical Behavior of Materials by N. E. Dowling whose ISBN no. was[protected]. It cost me Rs. 2416/- The book was purchased with the procedure as demonstrated in the enclosed series of photos (Photos 1 through 5). These photos were captured later after the dispute came to light and that time the price value was not equal to Rs. 2416/- Photo 1: Showing the cover page and title of the book Photo 2: Showing the cover page with title of the book and ISBN no. of ordered book Photo 3: Connecting to Infibeam Photo 4: Infibeam site showing the title and ISBN no. of the book Photo 5: placing the order The cover page of the book was known to me before placing the order as it may also be checked that it bears ISBN as[protected] in the 'photo 2.png' file. However a wrong book with ISBN as[protected] has been delivered. The matter was pursued with your customer services cell of M/s Infibeam. They kept claiming that the ordered book with ISBN as[protected] has been delivered. The delivered book is with me and bearing a wrong ISBN no. whose order was not placed. It is really unfortunate that I have dealt with Infibeam first time and got such a bad response. When I asked them to replace the book, they kept claiming that the book had been specially ordered and imported for me and would not be changed at all. This is not the book that I ordered and my experience with M/s Infibeam certainly draws this conclusion that it is not the strong player in the online shopping market and makes its business of making money by such fraud cases. Such small players may be learned a lesson not to cheat their clients and they should be resposible of providing an ordereded item to the client. I have the substantial evidences for the book I ordered and the book which was delivered to me (bearing wrong ISBN no.). It is requested to Consumer forum that this matter may kindly be settled at the earliest as this event has already caused lot of mental harassment and a big loss to my official hours.               Infibeam the worst service i have ever come across. My order no 13089310 worth 47000 rs videocon tv was placed and i asked for delivery date as it was urgent, they confirmed it to be delivered on 30 th may, on 31 may they are telling me that the order is not even available that too when i myself called them, till then no communication from there side .i called 3-4 times before also to confirm if everything was fine and they ensured it will be delivered on time .now my order isnt available and worst it late.

                I placed order for a Z10 mobile set on 22 April 2014. Assured date of delivery was 26 April 2014. Infibeam.com shiped late on 25 April 2014. The courier delivers the item late on 29 April a delay of 3 days.I needed the item on 26 april so when I did not receive the item on time I lodged a complaint with their courier co. and even offered to collect the item from their office, but with no success. As the item is delivered late so I was not able to check it immediately as I was busy those days.The Blackberry mobile when checked had problems in calling as manufacturing defect, it does not develop defect on use.When I lodged a complaint on their site they said that since 72 hours have passed so mobile set cannot be replaced, this was despite the fact that there was deficiency on their part as item was delivered late by at least 3 days.They suggested me to contact blackberry support, so I called on their support no. [protected] more than 15 days ago and after knowing the IMEI no. of the mobile set they replied that warranty not available on this set as it was not imported through them. Now neither they are ready to replace the mobile set nor the are ready to inform me that who will provide support during the 1.5 years of warranty period.

                I have provided you the blackberry service centre contact number, you yourself call that no. and verify if their service centres all over India are ready to provide 1.5 years warranty on sets sold by you?
                And if they are ready, you provide me in written that they will give warranty on sets sold by you.

                And what about replacement of the set which reached late due to deficiency in your service, you fail to answer about that.

                In my opinion you are cheating all customers and not even answering questions raised.

                    Order[protected] order via [protected]@gmail.com) It is Birth Day Cake By all means every one expects by 09 00 AM So, the spl instruction it was clearly mentioned that event of delivery to occur between 09 00 and and 10 00AM. Having accepted the order and payment by you in advance, till now it is not delivered. When contacted your executive over [protected] we were told that 1) he can only lodge the complaint with vendor via other dept and he cannot instruct to deliver even by 1400Hrs. Also cannot give feed back to me confirming the delivery by 14 00hrs. Pl investigate and organise for immediate delivery ( before 1400 Hrs today) Incase you could inform the vendor contact we can also follow up on your behalf to speed up the action. Delivery any time before 09 00 PM is totally not acceptable. Rgds

                      I purchased a Lenovo A390 android smartphone on July 12, 2013 from Infibeam, order ID 20186672, purchase ID 11207281. I am facing a battery charging problem and was searching for Lenovo service centers in Hyderabad on Lenovo website. I also searched for Warranty validity date and was shocked to see my mobile warranty activated before my date of purchase. The Lenovo website shows warranty start date is 25 April 2014, 3 months before my date of purchase and warranty is expired now(screenshot attached). It means I got a used mobile from Infibeam. I have contacted Infibeam customer support 15 days back and they are not giving me a proper reply whether the mobile is new or used.

                        I had ordered an LED TV (Order No[protected] on 17th May that was to be shipped by 24th May. When I called up, their representative confirmed the availability. On 24th May, when I followed up, they mentioned that they will need 2 more days to ship the item. On 26th May, when I called them up again, they mentioned that the item is not in stock and need 2-3 days more. Taking in to account negative reviews online, I decided that cancellation will be the best option. As per Infibeam, they require 2 days to confirm a cancellation order. However, I still have not received a confirmation for the cancellation till today May 31st. They also have mentioned the reversing the amount on my credit card may take up to 21 days. The product that I ordered still shows as "In Stock" and the Order Status still shows as "Shipping in Progress". I will advise everyone to avoid Infibeam as their website and representatives do not show the true picture.

                          I had ordered “Sony Neotank Speakers” from Infibeam.com . Once I received the speakers I realised it is too big for my house and I wished to return it in exchange for something else. I kept the package unopened. The FAQ read “In case, you've ordered something incorrectly and wish to exchange it with something else. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. Opened or used products will not be accepted.Infibeam will issue the store credit to be used to buy the desired product. Account refunds cannot be processed in this case. “ According to this I am allowed to exchange this item for something else as long it is unused and unopened . The website states that I can place the request for return/exchange within 72hours but when I called I was told I have to do this within 24 hours of delivery. I spoke to the customer executive who asked me to send pictures of the shipment and told me she would revert next day. Next day I was informed that they would not exchange the speakers as it was not their policy. They sent me a link to Terms and Conditions which read that they will only cancel if they are informed before the shipment is delivered. Then on speaking personally to the senior executive I am informed that the policy of return is not valid for heavy items which is not mentioned on the website. Further more he said that the above quoted policy is not mentioned on the website . (http://www.infibeam.com/static/help/payment-returns.html) The information on the website is inaccurate and they did not disclose all the terms and conditions. What they say and what is written on the website do not match. It’s a way of taking advantage of the customer and looting us. They are running a scam where they are taking money from consumers and not delivering the required services. All other websites such as FlipKart, Snapdeal etc have clear return policy.I only wanted to exchange this unused and unopened speaker for something else and they could not accommodate this request.

                            bought a Samsung PlasmaTv, 51F5500 from Infibeam. They took entire Money in advance and delivered the TV after 23 days that too after 10 calls from my side with no responce. They have given a TV where the Remote control, IR receiver and other accessories are stolen and some useless accessories are inserted. After Multiple calls to Infibeam they just keep saying they have not got information from concerned department. Complaint has been given 17 days back.

                            In days where commerce is striving to fulfill order in few hours and extremely cautious not to upset a single customer, Useless people like Infibeam who have no values and consider customers to be beggars. I advice people never to visit this site which displays false offers and cannot fulfill them after collecting your money.
                            They will mention shipped in 3-4 days while display and this information changes to shipped in 15-18 days after you pay. Till these first 15 days the customer service will rudely answer that they have no information and we should wait for those 15-18 days. If you ask for refund they day it will take minimum 4 weeks to return our money. They have no sorry mails, no calling us to say its late. We have to dial STD Ahmedabad Numbers wait for their IVRS spending our time and Money to get no information from their useless customer service.
                            Finally they steal parts from the New Tv as they cannot afford they offer given on site and send you they box with its accessories stolen. 17 days they don't call back, or inform what has happened to the complaint.

                            Its a useless site, good for nothing bunch of people. Thieves who want to loot the Junta.

                            My advice to all, do not even try to see the offers they posted as they only want to use your money to pay their salaries.

                              Hi On 18th-May-2014, I ordered a Samsung E1200 Guru (Blue)mobile phone from the website www.infibeam.com. I ordered this for my dad's birthday which was on 25th-May. But it has not yet been shipped/delivered. Have contacted the customer care ([protected]) many times and filed the complaint as well, but they are just asking me to wait. Below are the order details: Order (ID:[protected] Samsung E1200 Guru (Blue) Ship By: May 20, 2014 Deliver By: May 23, 2014 Amount: INR 1, 190 While ordering it was clearly mentioned the item will be shipped by May 20 and delivered by May 23. But its has not yet been dispatched by the seller. The infibeam customer care is saying that we cannot do anything as the seller is different and they have not dispatched it yet. Have told them that the order is place on infibeam, so I am not concerned who the seller is. I promised my dad (70 years old) to gift him a cell phone, but infibeam has spoiled all my plans. Kindly look into this matter and help me in getting compensated in the right manner. Thanks

                                Infibeam has the worst customer care service I have ever seen in my life. They are just making fool of the customers. I ordered one phone via order-id: 13056554 on 12th May and it was to be shipped on 14th May 2014 and should have been delivered to me by 17th May 2014. Today is 21st May and there is no status. In spite of continuous mails from my side, I hardly got any response. They keep on writing the emails, but do not have time to call me. I called them many a times and asked them to schedule a call for me from their representative, but in vain. I could not tell my frustration regarding their service. I have been fooled with no reason. The rate of the similar product is dropping day by day but they are just saying - 'Give us some more time'. I do not know when they will respond finally. I have asked them to cancel my order and refund my amount. But I want compensation for all the efforts I have put and for their late and ineffective response. They just breached their policy of not delivering the product on time and fooling the customer. Please help me in filing a strict action against this frustrating e-commerce business. My plan for presenting a birthday gift is ruined. I have called them many a times and spent lot of money contacting them. Kept on waiting daily for their calls. No acknowledgement mails from them. Fruitless service from their end. Lot of my time has also been wasted just because of their interrupted and vained service. I want compensation for all the efforts I have put and for their late and ineffective response. They just breached their policy of not delivering the product on time and fooling the customer. Please help me in filing a strict action against this frustrating e-commerce business. Finally they have cancelled my order and here goes my final mail to them:- Hi Team, Thank You so so much for your devastating service. After the series of around 10 mails, you finally cancelled my order. You are the sole reason for my frustation at this time. Can't even trust this INFIBEAM at any span of my life. But, but but... nice to hear the response from you - We regret to inform you that your item(s) with order ID : 13056554 is placed in cancellation due to stock issue. When there is stock issue at your disposal, then why your website is showing IN STOCK here:- http://www.infibeam.com/Mobiles/sony-xperia-m2-dual/P-mobi-[protected]-cat-z.htm... Atleast think thrice before giving false excuses to the customer. Anyways, will surely lodge complaint in the Consumer Forum regarding this devastation you have caused to me.                                   I have bought Sony Xperia ZR phone, Order No: 13024911 on May 06, 2014.Product was to be shipped by 8th of May 2014, still I'm waiting for the shipping of my phone.                                     I had bought a sony xperia sp phone, Order No: 13056183 & Sub Order NO: 22211298 by May 12, 2014 10:58:32 AM And there was mentioned ships by 14 of May 2014, still I'm waiting for the shipping of my phone. I have already talked to customer support 5 times they always assured me that I'll got my phone today but today will never come as yet. I've already pay via credit card, I'm really very disappointed & going to file a complaint again Infibeam in local police station if I'll not got my phone in next 2 days.

                                      This is for the order no which I have Placed : 13016071 which I placed on the 5th & was advised on confirmation email that it would be delivered by 14th May. The order was never shipped & infact no one even informed us about the delay and finally after few days of delay I requested them to go ahead & cancel the item & they mentioned that it would be dispatched on that day & I should have it in next 2 days. Again I waited for 3 days but it never arrived & later on I called Infibeam & they mentioned that product has landed in my city & should get delivered in 2-3 hours & hence again waited for 5-6 hours and it never arrived. Thank god I cancelled it finally. But was surprised that we have customer services for 24*7 but when it comes to atleast inform the customer about the delay or even drop a single liner on the delay no wants to go ahead & do that. Surprised & just don't want to deal with this company anymore.
