Myself Sareen Bhaskaran. I booked a Micromax mobile on June 4th, 2014 through Infibeam, paid through my credit card, with an assured delivery date of 6th, 2014. But till now I have not received my phone, when I checked with them, they do not have any clue for mobile. Daily I am checking with them, I get an answer be patience, etc. Can you please help me for the same. Below is the receipt for the same

I have contacted the customer care service and mailed to them many times, they never get product delivered and there is always one response that we are investigating, give us some time.
On 22.10.2014. they call me and say product not available you will alternate buy to product and after they always say forwarding to cancelation your request no. 146871 but it never update my order status and refund my amount till date.
Please help me...!!!
