I have ordered a huawei ascend g700(Black) mobile phone from infibeam online store in the name of my wife on 19th january. Still i didn't get it. I have mailed them regarding my order again but they told me they will talk to their higher authority and get back to me but still there is no response from that side. I am highly bothered.

    Dear Sir,
    I have purchased the mobile Micromax MAd A94 Gray-(P-mobi-[protected]) from you. Under Reference
    Number- [protected], Purchase id/Order ID : 12476262/21576093, but unfortunately the product has a problem the speaker of the mobile is not working
    i.e. what I say in the mobile the other side they don't listen what I say.

    So, please give me a suggestion what should I do with the product, should I send the above said product
    back to you or you give me a suggestion & call me urgently please.

    I hope you will take the matter seriously and do the needful at the earliest and obliged.

      Dear Sir, I had ordered a chopping board for my mom from infibeam.com, Order No. 12282198 and it costed me for Rs. 140.I had received a defective product so i had told them to refund the money.Order was placed on 21 DEC and I had returned the product on 2nd JAN.The company had told me that they will return my money within a week but now the company is not ready to return my money.Its being more than a month and i have clled them 10 times and they say that we have not received any information regarding the product.You are kindly requested to please help me out with this matter and help me in getting my money back. Its a humble request.

        I ordered a Nokia Lumia 525 with the order no:12518403 on 23rd, Jan 0214 and was scheduled to be delivered at 29th Jan, 2014 and as of 27th Jan 2014 the product is still in processing and I have mailed them and still got no reply back as of the AWB no. Now their customer service is the worst and I had to call their non-tollfree no. in which i had to wait in que and when finally it was my turn their voice was blurred by noise and disturbance and he cut the call.This is the worst experience ever by a online website.

          My order no. 12353411 for "Huawei E8231 Wi-Fi Data Card, white" was canceled by Infibeam, without any prior email intimation. Furthermore, the customer care exec sent me an email saying that I was not available for confirmation, so the order was canceled. This is white lie, and unethical. Lastly, no refund has been issued - which is illegal. So I am planning to take this up with online forums before considering serious litigation action infibeam.

It contained two books. one of those books is delivered on 21 th january sub ID of that was 21545788. But the other one that is "contemporary of abstract algebra " is still now is not shipped. What is this? Sub order Id of this un-shipped item is 21545787.               Hi, this is Binita Brahma. I had purchased a gift item (1 of New Born Baby Care Hamper (Multicolor) worth Rs 2750) from infibeam website on 26.12.2013 (order no.[protected] for which they had confirmed and given an estimated delivery date of 03.01.2014. The address given was for Guwahati and was addressed to my brother. It was confirmed by their website that they deliver for pin code 781014, only after which the delivery was placed. The courier they had assigned was M/s Professional. On 04.01.2014 the Guwahati branch of the courier called my brother on the mobile number given along with the address and asked him to personally pick up the parcel from their office as they stated that they do not have service for the given pin code and they refused to deliver the parcel at home (which was the address on parcel). It was mentioned home delivery in their website but the courier person refusing to deliver at home. If at all there is no service for that pin code, it was not mentioned in their website when I checked it under “check delivery in my pin-code” box? However, I complained about the problem to infibeam customer service two days in a row both by calling and by e-mail. I was told on phone that I will be contacted soon which has never happened and reply to my email was never received. Not even a confirmation ticket that they have received my email complaint. As my brother refused to pick up parcel from the courier's given location, there is no trace of the parcel as yet. On 09.01.2014, I wrote a message to their Facebook page to which they replied that they are escalating the delivery. But today it's 15.01.2014. Still no one from Infibeam has tried to contact me or tell me the status of the parcel. Kindly consider my problem. Thanks.

                Infibeam does not sell New Phones. It sells Re-Furbished Phones. Please read below my experience ...I bought Samsung Galaxy Grand I9082 on[protected] from Infibeam.com Within 10-15 days it start giving sound problem. Music sound of phone goes off intermittently. When I contacted Samsung Service centre in NOIDA they told me that one part of the phone is missing however phone was never opened earlier. so it is due to manufacturing defect. please let me know how to get my problem re solved. My Phone details are as below: MODEL: GT-I9082EWA INU Serial No. RF1D42TFMAF ([protected]) order ID: 11063783 / 20095423 Invoice No. BT[protected]. ...This the mail I put to Infibeam. I also contacted Samsung and they are saying that Infibeam has sold re-furbished Mobile phone. However I paid the full amount for new phone. Do Not buy from Infibeam as they are selling re-furbished products.

                  GETTING MONEY AND NOT SHIPPING ITEM

                  Hi, sir, my name is ibad, i have placed an order at infibeam.com on dec 14 for a samsung washing

                  but they didnt shipped it . i conatcted them many times and each time, the give me fake

                  promises like it will be shipped in 2 days, 3days etc. 5 days back i got a mail that they will

                  ship by dec 11 but they didnt. now today dec 12, still no updates.infibeam.com has took my money

                    I had ordered a Orpat Room heater on 21/nov 2013. ORDER ID :[protected] The product delivered was Faulty .And i had launched a complaint against the same on the same date when i received the product "to replace the product or do a cash back " Infibeam Promised to get the product collected within 2 working days but the collection was done on 6th December "which was already 13 days delayed " pickup id IBDELMAH322787 / p After collection of the product, i was given the time duration of 7 working days to get a new fresh product as Replacement . I have contacted Infibeam thereafter consistently to either deliver the product on time or do a cash back . The last time i spoke was on saturday 21/nov/2013 and spoke to a supervisor who was very rude and when i asked for a cash back !! he straight away said it is'nt possible, do a complaint if you want to at the consumer court, we wont arrange a cash back !! neither can we provide you details of when will we deliver the product .It simply deopends on the vendor "Orpat" when they can arrange the product . It has already been more than a moth that i had placed the order and still there is no clue when Infibeam will repalce the product . There is no use of this product to us if not delivered within a day or two, " Its a room heater which can be used only in this season . Please do take a Strict action and if possible arrange a cashback With interest as per the policy . Which Infibeam is denying neither want to confront .                       I had ordered WIFI USB ADAPTER on 12-oct-2013. Order was shipped on 19-Oct-2013. And subsequently order was returned to merchant back on 25-Oct-2013, as my address was not serviceable for courier partner. Still to save own skin, infibeam updated wrong info on their website, as shipment return date 15-Nov-2013 and reason as "Delivery Failed".

                      Now I am following up with customer care of infibeam since 15-Oct-2013 for delivery of product and then refund for that non-delivered order.

                      Customer care guys just keeps telling, that our refund department is working on it and will start refund in 24 working hours.

                      Guys keep away from these fraudulent people.

                        I have ordered two books from infibeam on 21 dec 2013. The confirmed delivery date of the shipment was 27 dec 2013. On 28 dec 2013 I called up infibeam customer support on [protected] at 15:00 hrs. The customer care representative Mr. sanjay had no idea of where my shipment was and politely said that he will call back in two hours. There was no call from him till 23: 30 on 28 dec 2013. I again called up the same number and Mr. Manish Picked up the phone and requested for 24-48 hrs to know the status of the shipment.
                        In addition to that he said, he will let me know the reason for delay after 24-48hrs. I would like to withdraw my order and like to be compensated for the phone calls made.

                          I ordered a product on Infibeam online on 15/12/2013 and paid the amount via credit card. They told the prodct will be delevered on 23/12/2013 but till not I not got the LED TV of Sony.

                          Everytime I call then they say that it will done tomorrow. Finally I have canceled the order and want my refund.

                          My orer number is 12249646. Please assist me in getting the refund as they are really providing pathetic services.

                            Infibeam are totally unprofessional company, when i placed this order for a gas burner, they told me that your area is not under delivery area, hence cannot be delivered, however they shipped the product without informing me, as i had already brought the same chulha I returned the shipment and i was assuered that I will be refunded the money, this was in start of Nov 2013, and till date i have not received my money. when I call up these guys say they are still waiting for the shipment to be returned to wharehouse. Totally pathetic treatment of customer and inspite of promiese everytime i call even after 1 and half month my refund has not been initiated, pathetic. totally shameless!!

                              I bought two Stainless steel vaccuum flask-double walled from infibeam.com. When I tested it by pouring hot water, its not holding temperature for even 3 hrs. When i complained, they escaped stating I reported after 72 hrs, so they cant take up the complaint. I reported the second day I got the product. Courier people marked it as "delivered " when they got it on their hand, and not when they delivered it to me. Isin't the site responsible for delivering quality items to their customers? Don't they value other's money?

                                I received the Laptop on 30/oct/2012, on Openining the Packing,

                                After Opening the Package the Laptop Box Seal was Open, the Cover, plastics to avoid scratches on the Laptop were missing,

                                There are scratches on the Top side of the Laptop, and It seems to be not a fresh but a used laptop, which has been cleaned and see the scratch marks on the Screen and Top Side,

                                The Back Panel of the Laptop is loose as if some one has opened the Laptop to remove or replace parts and not fitted properly,

                                I want the laptop to be replaced immediately, I have already contacted your customer care and the executive on the phone has logged my complaint and said that i will get the call on the same by today or tomorrow .

                                I am not at all satisfied by the same and want an action to happen immediately and i will not accept any delay on the same.

                                Loged a complaint on 31/oct/2013 and sent a mail (above details )

                                Followed up daily regiriously for the resolution till 19 november 2013
                                19 days of continous follow up for laptop of my hard earned money

                                after which they said they will send the gati curior to pick up the stale laptop which happned on 27/nov/2013 after almost 1 month of daily follow up they took the laptop back after i sent them the photos for the proof

                                on 27/11/12 i was told that with in 1 week i get a proper resolution either a fresh new laptop with same model and config or full refund this what ideally to be done

                                after i week ie by 3 or 4th dec 2013 they were supposed to be coming with a resolution but no turning up no communication as they have been doing since 31oct13 when i loged a complaint they never communicated properly for any thing

                                till today[protected] i call them every day they are just fooling around no commitment or confirmation on what are they going to do either give my laptop or full money back

                                on the customer care they are just giving me dates after dates or every day a simple no reply from the concern dept we are looking into the issue the concer dept will call youby tomorrow, next week, very soon all kind of fooling around is going on cant under stand what to do

                                i want a new fresh laptop of the same model and config or its 2 months since i order and did the payment so i want full refund of my hard earned money along with 2 months interest @ 18% p.a


                                theses people are totally fraud, cheaters and are fooling people with their money.

                                  I had purchase karbonn A12 mobile from infibeam on date 15/7/2013.The phone had found some problem after two months and hence i handed over the defective phone to Unique techno services, Baroda karbonn service center on 21/9/2013.After two months karbonn mobile has agreed to replace my defective mobile with new one.They have inform me that i would get replacement from infibeam. So, i have submitted my DOA to infibeam on date 4/12/2013. During my every reminder infibeam team (Pavan, Zill, Neha etc ) always gives me commitment of next two or three days but still my mobile not received.                                     I booked a TV as a birthday gift for my mom on 23 Nov. The delivery date as per infibeam was 30 Nov and till date the TV has not been delivered. I have not dealt with cust service worse than infibeams as no one has bothered to investigate where the product is. In fact I was asked to track the delivery status myself as they could not get through to the courier company! I spoke to Aishwarya, Parth and a supervisor Karunakanth. The supervisor was supposed to call me back...it is the 7th today and no one from infibeam has contacted me yet or even pretended to try and help. All Karunakant told me was that a TV is heavy so it is taking time to be delivered!!! The order has been paid for in full and since infibeam has so far not attempted to help in anyway my only option is to cancel the order and home infibeam is ethical enough to return the money without further hassles. I am a regular online shopper and i've not had a worse experience than dealing with infibeam where not only have they spoilt my mums birthday but have not even bothered to send me an apology mail, forget a personal touch to correct an order gone horribly wrong.                                       My experience with Strontium 64gb Nitro sd card purchased on Infibeam.com order id 20926881
                                      I have been using Samsung 32 gb micro sd card class 6 for 4 years since my HTC EVO days. Since I root my android phones and need heavy storage space for nanoid and flashing roms. A nanoid backup on the HTC EVO used to be 500mb, 2 gb on a Samsung s3 and now a woping 5gb on a note 3. I decideded to upgrade to Strontium 64 gb class 10 Nitro sd card for my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 which I purchased on Infinbeam.com. It worked fine the 1st day but my phone stopped detecting it the next day on my note 3. I tried formatting it but my note 3 just wouldn't detect it. I am seriously disappointed with the Strontium 64gb Nitro Micro Sd card class 10. Since it was in warranty I sent it back expecting a replacement but my exitement turned to disappointment when they refused to replace it saying they took a few photographs and stored it on the sd card and it was fine. Inspite of me telling them to try to store heavy data and they would not listen. I was surprised with the laidback attituted of infibeam, it took them more then a month after repeated followups. I also sent them video proof that the strontium card was defective but still they would not listen to me and treated me like I was a lier, finally I had to let go of 20% of the paid price as restocking fees.                                       On the other hand Sandisk ultra 64gb class 10 card is working fine for past one week which I purchased thereafter.
                                      Strontium products are low quality do not trust strontium with your data. Infibeam.com return policy is bull. These guys are fraud stay away

In the date[protected], I placed one order which is WD 3 TB Network- My Book Live (Need External Power Supply) (Black) whose order number 21027682. More than two weeks passed but till I not receive my product. And on courier website they are daily updating Scheduled for Next Day Delivery from last 7 or 8 days. More than 15 times I called to infibean and inform this. Previously in the last 10 calls they said that, Sir will wait for tomorrow, you will surely get your product. Last Saturday when I angry about them they said that sir wait till Monday, if you not get the product then at that day I will cancel your order and that day (Monday), I will credit your money in your bank (credit card) account.Today (Monday[protected] at 7:00PM (Approx) when I call to infibeam and I said that cancel my product immediately, now I am not going to wait for a single day. Then they reply that Sir I will lodge your request but I will return your money only when the product will come to my Dataware house. When I said this is your and courier problem therefore refund my money. Then they said that, I will refund your money only when I get the product.I don't know where is the product. Courier person will return the product to infibeam or not. This is the problem of infibeam, courier and their backend people then why should I will tolerate. On already spent more than rupee 300 on phone calls. But their mood is not to refund my money. Here I am requesting to this website that take some action on infibeam if possible then its ok, otherwise tomorrow or day after tomorrow I will go to consumer form.
