I have ordered a mobile from Infibeam.com on 19th April, 2014 using my VISA Debit Card of Bank of Maharashtra (Account No:[protected]******), the order was cancelled on 24th April, 2014, and I was informed that the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days, but still I haven't received any information regarding the same. On inquiring from Infibeam I was informed that they have already initiated the refund(Refund no 320000) but it is not reflected by the Bank of Maharashtra, and I am advised by Infibeam to contact Bank of Maharashtra, who in turn has given me this E-Mail Id to write to. Kindly look into the matter and let me know about the status of my refund.The order was cancelled due to delayed shipment(cancellation number of Infibeam :320000), but still the amount is not returned in my account, you are kindly requested to look into the matter at the earliest as my Money is already blocked for almost more than two months now.

          Hello Consumer Rights Team, I was a loyal customer of Infibeam who purchased more than 1 lac rupees of product in past year. This time i ordered 2 XBOX Controllers and i specifically mentioned on order that i need original controller since there are many fakes in the market. Total Cost of Both Controllers: 2210+2210=4428 I received first controller on 2nd July and since it was original i was pleased. However the second controller i received on 3rd July which was a duplicate. Also the duplicate box was poorly packed and it was just like a cardboard which we can open and close in red box. Order ID:[protected] Original Controller Order ID:[protected] Fake Controller I immediately informed Infibeam and they asked me pictures of Fake and Original. Wrt XBOX Fake controllers are identified by their wires which are split for originals and not split for fake. Therefore i took both of them out of boxes and took pictures of fake and original along with their bar codes which are behind the xbox controller. They informed me that they forwarded the complaint to relevant team. However after multiple follow ups and emails i was informed today (10th July) that they cannot replace the product since it was opened. How would i show them the difference between original and fake if the box was not opened?? Also since box was very old condition i had shared the same pictures that day itself. They just dont wish to accept their mistake that they shipped the fake product and dont even want to replace it. Therefore i wish to log this complaint and i have all the photos and emails as a proof of purchase along with dates and timings. I wish consumer forum would take strict action against them and I WISH TO INFORM EVERYONE. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM INFIBEAM. I am also a customer of Flipkart and i have never seen such an issue. They have wonderful customer service.I am in no way related to Flipkart or any other website. I am a consumer who mainly used to shop from Snapdeal, Flipkart and Infibeam. From now on only Flipkart and i hope strict action is taken against Infibeam for mental harassment and giving Fake Product. Thanks Suparn

            I ordered for an item from infibeam.com for which the probable time was 28th June 2014 and final delivery was 1st july 2014. Today is 2nd of July 2014.i have been following up with the infibeam and even the vendor BlueDart. Both of them end up giving me assurances that it will be delivered today but no delivery is made till today. They communicated to me back that address provided is not sufficient (although i have provided full address of the destination), But in that case even i have provided my phone no, destination phone no, At least these people should have courtesy to contact back and confirm for the address details if they are stuck somewhere.Instead they are DELAYING the delivery of the product.

              dear sir,
              i booked one LG ac i booked the item from you because i was getting it at low price than
              local AC shop from INFIBEAM.COM of order number 13069592 which was booked on 15th may 2014 of DTDC courier docket number D14951682 .the item is not yet delivered till now. but on the status it is showing delivered at my address bongaigaon assam NTPC ltd...i conveyed my message to infibeam to refund but they are not doing anything, , either item delivery or refund. please help on this issue to resolve

                  I have placed an order[protected] Two Ultra micro card on 20th June and there is no sign on delivery yet on 26th Jun 2014. Pathetic services they offer. Misrepresentation of facts on website where they showed Item ships by 24th June 2014. They shows 4-5 day for deliveries when you are ordering. They do not have right to write such information when they can not fulfil.

                    I ordered an Iphone 5s with a cashback offer. My order no. is 21825798. It has more than 3 months and more than 1 month since i have complained. There is no answer, they always say we will call back in 24-48 hours and there is no call back ever. I have asked for complain number for the same from the customer support, but they say this is an internal matter and hence cant give me any complain number. I have been calling them for 1 month but no one knows anything.I feel cheated and angry. I will make sure I file a consumer complain against infibeam for this even if I have to pay more than my cashback. Totally misguiding site. No cashback is ever given. Same was the case with another iphone 5s that I ordered from infibeam. Shameful!!! -- Gagandeep

I continues call to infibeam call center but every time new excuse to me at date of 21jun14 the order is canceled from infibeam.com without inform to me I ask to infibeam why order cancel without my confirmation.the new order no.13227142 generate from infibeam.com at 750.00 extra amount. I again inform to infibeam they again cancel my order & generate new order 13227631they inform to the colour white is out of stock & red is in stock I am confirm with red & he assure to ship same day as date of 21jun14. but today date of 24jun14 the not shipped from infibeam.com pls help to reg.problem.                         I cancelled the order, waiting for the refund..
                        All online buyers, let me tell one awesome experience, i ordered the same mobile through Flipkart today morning 1:45 am, and the phone dispatched at 3:45 am. What a best service from flipkart and ws retail. The mobile price only 200 rs hike, but i will receive the product on lightning speed. Do not go with infibeam, if you seek low price then you will stuck in quagmire.

                          I had booked a Prestige Gas Stove online from Infibeam on EMI basis on the 2nd June 2014, as per the website the item was dispatched on 3rd Jun 2014 through Book my Packet. Till date there has been no delivery, i've mailed and also have contacted the customer care of Infibeam every time i 'm told it will be delivered the next day.                           I have booked Samsung galaxy grand 2 (white) from infibeam.com on 6th August(order number[protected], on 8th I got an email that item has been shipped with tracking code(courier service IBL) : I BAHMGNF56405430A, Tracking said shipment information received at Infibeam logistics and further up to 12th there were no updates. Then I wrote an email to them after which the tracking said package received at Ahmedabad. Then again upto 18th there were no updates- again wrote an email. Then there was an update : Outscanned To Logistics Partner Facility ( Book My Packet[protected]. after that there are no updates.. either at infibeam logistics or at www.bookmypacket.com. One of the customer care executive actually lied to me saying that the item has returned back to Ahmedabad. This I got to know after 48 hrs of waiting as he asked me to.
                          there are no updates at bookmypacket.com, there is no phone number to contact the courier on their website and there is no response from the email id they have given [protected]@bookmypacket.com, just now I called the infibeam again and taken the phone number of bookmypacket.com they are having lunch and asked me to call after 15 minutes!!! huh.. I would never buy anything from infibeam.com again and would never recommend any one as well!!!
                          I am also facing the same problem, tracking status says shipped on 3rd Nov, but still no sign of it, I complaint to Infibeam customer care, but this people are hopeless. And there is no way to contact courier bookmypacket guys..

                          I suggest never buy anything through Infibeam.

                                I have ordered Micromax mobile phone on date:12 June 2014. And as per details provided by Infibeam it should be shiped by 14 june and delivered by 18 June 2014.


                                Till date I have not recieved my mobile phone and status showing as shiping under progress. I had called to infibeam customer care twice and registered complaint for the same, still not found satisfactory resolution.


                                There is no proper reason given by infibeam for the delay.

                                Again I recived email stating further delay in shiping (i.e. Estimated time for shiping 22 June 2014.)

                                I have already paid for the same, why again delay and delay happening without any reason.


                                There is no confirm date given by Ibfibeam for delivery., Please make it immediate.

                                Infibeam reverted to me with new twist in story and asked me to choose alternate colour instead of what I had mentioned in order and also demanded to allow some more weeks delay without proper reason,
                                It was totally unexpected, finally I had to cancel my order and now I am waiting for refund.

                                  I had ordered for f&D speakers... As per the website to was supposed to be shipped by 7.06.14. But it has not been delivered till date... Very poor service and customer care personnel themselves seem to be irritated of the amount of delay complaints coming in... My order number is 13150446... In spite of logging a complaint with customer care I never got any call... I always order from other reputed online retailers and hav never faced this bad a situation... Lesson learnt... I am never ordering from infybeam again.

                                    I have booked Nokia225 phone before 23 Days(June 223rd). Today is July 15. I still did not receive the phone. Courier is asking us to pay the extra amount for transit. Infibeam promised to take care of the transit but they are asking us to pay. This is highly disappointing that infibeam does not satisfy the customer

                                      I brought a bsnl penta ws-708c from infibeam on 06 July 2013 (Order Id[protected], Invoice no-DT[protected].In the specification in is written 1 year of manufacturer warranty . After using the product for 4 month it began to show some technical problem then i went to the authorize service center in kolkata (chandni chok area) after some days the return to me without repairing the tablet. They told that panta company itself not helping them to repair the tab . Then i sent a mail to penta customer care and they reply to me in June 2014 and told me to go jadavpur near KCP hospital .
                                      Then I went there the service center people told me that infibeam is not signatories to the PTPL Service Policy and PENTA does not recognize them as authorized channel partners for selling there products so they will not help me to repair if also I also agree to paid them(although the product warranty is not over).
                                      So I then call infibeam on 7 June on 6 pm and told them the matter they told me to give a written record what penta service center told,
                                      so I requested penta service team to give me a written and they gave me after that I forword that mail to them and they said me to wait for 48 hours but after they told my that they will able to give only RS 300(three hundred) but I denied because my product it self cost RS 5999 and I expend about RS 500 on call them and take the product to the service center then they told that they can not give more then that but I have to wait,
                                      but today is 13 June till now they not able to give a reasonable reason and a specific time . But infibeam told they give 100% protection to the buyers as they said . Now my question is how came a non registered seller became a online megastore and selling non registered product and giving 100% buyer protection (when I brought it was written in the web site) and when times came they giving RS 300 not in cheque or in direct money but they adjust the money in the next purchases.
                                      So I will be very helpful if I get the total price Rs 5999 and my transport and phone cost and please look after the above mater .

                                        This is Sayan Mitra.
                                        I Ordered one Logitech Z506 5.1 Surround Sound Speakers (Black) through infibeam.com using my ICICI CREDIT CARD on 5th june 2014 and me recieved an e mail of shipping on the same day.

                                        The following items under order ID :[protected]sub order ID:[protected] have been shipped from our warehouse!

                                        Later on the same day, i.e, 5th June 2014, I recieved an sms in my registered phone :

                                        Hi, your INFIBEAM shipment with Order ID 22319417 is shipped via Aarya logistics with tracking ID 11991121.
                                        It will be delivered to you in 4-7 business days.
                                        Till today i have not received the courier.
                                        And the most annoying part is that,
                                        The tracking page of Aarya Logistics is showing
                                        "There are no records for AWB : 11991121" from the staring day itself,
                                        I checked it everyday.
                                        So I cancelled the order out of frustration since yesterday was already the maximum estimated delivery date confirmed by them via mail too,
                                        BUT NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME OVER PHONE, THEY WONT INITIATE THE REFUND UNTILL THEY GET BACK THE PRODUCT FROM THE COURIER COMPANY!

                                        NOW, IS THIS A JOKE!

                                        where as According to the courier company"AARYA LOGISTICS", they(Infibeam) haven't even shipped the product,

                                        I repeatedly mailed infibeam regarding this issue all in vain, replying the same monotonous reply, of they shall refund the amount after they get back the product, where as they havent even shipped the product or has given me a fake shipping id. which I cant even track whether they received it back or not, even if its a courier companies fault.

                                        Please help me to get my full refund as soon as possible and help me out of this "FRAUD" from infibeam.. I had already paid for my product through my credit card.

                                        And your are correct, the Infibeam is the cheater and fraund company, i have orderd product on 11th June, still they not dispatched.
