I Ordered one Logitech Z506 5.1 Surround Sound Speakers (Black) through infibeam.com using my ICICI CREDIT CARD on 5th june 2014 and me recieved an e mail of shipping on the same day.
The following items under order ID :[protected]sub order ID:[protected] have been shipped from our warehouse!

Later on the same day, i.e, 5th June 2014, I recieved an sms in my registered phone :
Hi, your INFIBEAM shipment with Order ID 22319417 is shipped via Aarya logistics with tracking ID 11991121.
It will be delivered to you in 4-7 business days.
Till today i have not received the courier.
And the most annoying part is that,
The tracking page of Aarya Logistics is showing
"There are no records for AWB : 11991121" from the staring day itself,
I checked it everyday.
So I cancelled the order out of frustration since yesterday was already the maximum estimated delivery date confirmed by them via mail too,
BUT NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME OVER PHONE, THEY WONT INITIATE THE REFUND UNTILL THEY GET BACK THE PRODUCT FROM THE COURIER COMPANY!
NOW, IS THIS A JOKE!
where as According to the courier company"AARYA LOGISTICS", they(Infibeam) haven't even shipped the product,
I repeatedly mailed infibeam regarding this issue all in vain, replying the same monotonous reply, of they shall refund the amount after they get back the product, where as they havent even shipped the product or has given me a fake shipping id. which I cant even track whether they received it back or not, even if its a courier companies fault.
Please help me to get my full refund as soon as possible and help me out of this "FRAUD" from infibeam.. I had already paid for my product through my credit card.
