The worst service ever I have seen is Infibeam. They don’t abide by the commitments as mentioned in the site at the time of purchase. My Order ID: 12795208, placed order on 15th March. The worst part from Infibeam customer care Executives, all those are liar's. They keep on changing the delivery dates. Everyone will say, sorry previous executive communicated wrongly. Wonderful experience ever faced in my life with customer care executive is when I said I don't want any reasons, just I want my product as per your commitment, customer care Executive Mrs. Payal from Infibeam blackmailed me by saying if you speak like this we never attempt your call. Worth of order is Rs 17, 550. What should I do now. Because of this bad experience I am here to write this, if I purchase mobile other this, I use this time to play with mobile instead of writing this. To avoid frustration in your life, please don't choose this worst infibeam.com website. Beware of infibeam.com. Infibeam is cheating people by getting easy money without any intrest.

    I really don't have word to express my aggression towards INFIBEAM, this is my first & last experience with Infibeam, this is the worse online shopping center i have ever seen.

    I placed an order for Blackberry Z 10 on 7th of March 2014, first i got confirmation that my consignment will be shipped by 17th of March 2014 & it will reach to me within 2-3 days after shipment will be done but till now they couldnt even ship my consignment then i put a request to refund my amount then 2 days back i got a call from their customer care executive stating that my consignment would be ship within 48 hours & when i called up today morning to confirm current status of my shipment, i got a different & socking answer from one of the customer care executive, she said "Blackberry Z 10 is currently not available with them so i have to wait till Tuesday again".


    They should feel ashamed as they are doing such kind of stupidity with customer after receiving payment first there are so many online shopping centers available in India who will deliver consignment within 3 to 4 days maximum that too with cash on delivery facility.

      I have been a loyal Airtel customer for 8 years now and spend thousands a month on my broadband and mobile bills. It is with trust that I bought a Nokia Lumia 800 Dark Knight Special Edition phone on your home shopping site. I did not get the 4 months of 3G, 2GB data plan as promised and have mailed you more than 20 times over the last 17 months but no action has been taken. Please respond and do not take customers for granted.

      My first email was on the 15th of September 2012. This is ridiculous. Infibeam is even worse. Incompetent bunch of guys.

        I would like to inform you that my order id is # 12707549 I have booked on 27 Feb 2014 your website (infibeam.com) this product (sumsung metro E2252 silver mobile) and i payed full amount through net banking .But still now I am not received my booked items and I can't able to tracking also.So many times i have called your customer's care they also unable to give proper status.

        Dear sir/ madam I humbly request you to please consider my complain seriously………….
        Respected sir, I have ordered a microwave oven from Infibeam.com on 13 Dec 2014 and made prior payment through credit card and they assured the delivery within 7-10 days of placing the order with order no. 14087361 in the name of Shaila jain (Sagar M.P.) but product is still not delivered to me and after repeated contact to infibeam team no resolution have been taken till date.
        Since last 20 days i have been contacting to infibeam for the status of my product, they assure me to product delivery but as I contact to infibeam they just hold my call and say that they will call back me at the end of the day still no call or status update from team.
        After so much ignorance on 7/1/15 i requested to cancel my order and refund my money they agreed for the same and said me to refund money but even then no cancellation is processed and refund will be considered after cancellation of product. I am daily contacting infibeam team for the product status since then but no one is hearing me.

          I purchased a bouquet of flowers from their site and requested it to deliver on my mom's birthday which was a weekday and not a national holiday were not delivered. I made 2 phone calls on the day but they kept saying that they can deliver it anytime upto 9 pm but they were not delivered. After sending repeated emails to their customer care, this is the response I receive: With regards to your concern about compensation due to delay in delivery of order 12695805.             my set purchasing on 5 feb.2014 and delivered my home on 9th feb.2014, and in starting my set is damage, and i call customer care on infibeam.com, he said you go on karbon service centre .and repaired this set, but karbon mobile centre give a DOA letter for replacment on 4th march 2014, but DOA letter making on[protected], i mail this letter on company but company said DOA letter expired on 7 days . please solve my issue

              I have raised this concern 3 times before as well that I am not getting my magazines regularly .I didn't get Dec 2013 issues .then I didn't get Feb 2014 issues .When I try reaching out to Infibeam customer services, every time I am told that matter is under investigation .I am not able to understand why these people give assurances which they cant fulfill .Why the product is displayed on their site when the delivery itself is not regular .I have all mail records with me including the names of customer care representative .If no action is being taken on my complaint, I will definatly think of taking legal action against Infibeam including going to Consumer Forum .

                  My order Number is 12439061, I have ordered a 32 inch LED TV for which i made the payment on 15th of January, thay did not deliver the product for a month. I had mad various phone calls to their customer care who never had any information regarding the shipping of my product. After a few weeks of the order they told me that particular product is not in their inventory and gave me the option for other product(Remember that this happened weeks after the order was made that that too they dint call me to inform about the same, i had to call them), i gladly took the option for other product as i wanted a TV as soon as possible for my parents. Then too nothing was happening and i called them again and agin. They started giving me false information that my product will be delivered at so and so date, but nothing was happening. Then i told them that i will go to the consumer forum and will compalin against them, then they shipped the product.I reached my place today and the TV was broken. I seriously think that they have delivered a broken TV to me intenstionally so that i will keep quiet for a while because they might not be having the alternate product as well in their inventory. I have seriously been traumetized by the whole online shopping experience at infibeam.com. I have wasted 100's of Rupees from my own pocket to call their customer care. The situation is that even after one month and 7 days problem remains the same. I am out of RS24000(approx). This has by far been my worst online shopping experience.

                    My Infibeam order number is 12439061, I have made the order on 15th of january 2014, i was told that my proct will be shipped in a week, nothing has happened for more than a month. I have made various calls to their customer care of which i had the worst of the experience as they never had the information regarding the shipment of my product. Few weeks later they told me that they will give me alternate for the TV which i ordered as that particular model was not in stock(Remember this happened weeks after the order was made), then i dint receive any information for the alternate product as well, then i started calling then again regarding the shipment. Then i told tham that i will complain in the consumer forum if they will not deliver my product(Remember that i said this after a month of the order). They then told me that they will make the shipment. My father received the product today which was broken. I filed the complaint again with them, now they are telling me it will take another 20- 30 days(remember that this is something they are saying) and according to their speed it will take another 6 months for the entire process i guess. I seriously think that they have sipped me the broken TV which they already might be having so that i will keep Quiet for a while. I have made the payment of RS24000(approx) and its been more than 1 month and 7 days the order has been made, and i am still suffering. This has by far been the worst online shopping experience of my life.

                      My name is Naveen Diddi, I ordered nokia 1320 from infibeam on 10.02.2014. It was delivered to my neighbour on 21.02.2014 as i was not at home that time. My neighbours rejected to take the courier first but the courier guy insisted to take it. They took it and handed over to me after 2 hrs. Unfortunately there was no mobile in that. Box was empty and there were only the accessories in that. I called them and also sent them images of the package which i received. I don't know what else to do. kindly suggest me.

                        Dear Sir/ Madam, I have ordered one mobile phone to Infineam.com and my order no. is 12415410 dated 10.01.14 and that order should be reach on 14.01.14 nut I have received on 24.01.14 and when I open the shipment, I only found the mobile accessories in it i.e mobile is not there in the shipment. After that I mailed about 30 times to the concern person but I didn't get any response and when I told them to file a case in court then they told first send us the empty box and when we receive the same we replace your shipment.                             (order No[protected] on 2nd Feb they was not shipping till 14th Feb. I was
                            regular call at customer care but they were giving so-many excuses abut delay.
                            End of the conversation they was not shipping order.

                            My experience is very- very poor service of www.infibeam.com.
                            I have request to all do not purchase any product from www.infibeam.com...

                            No response from Infibeam.com on my complaint No. 162532, regarding wrong charging of shipping cost. The company advertise and shows available this item for free shipping in India but They charged me Rs 100 for shipping cost. Shipping cost can be verified in "delivery location" section of product information page from company website. The shipping cost included in total amount in last page which was over looked by me because I was assured for free shipping.

                            They should refund the shipping cost to me or apologizes to all customers on their website.

                              I have ordered Belkin Router from infibeam.com on 5/2/14. I have received the same on 7/2/14, but some materials like set up cd with user manual & warranty card were not available along with it. I had called on 7th Feb itself & they told me you will get response within 48 working hours. Again I had given a call on Monday & at that time, I came to know that my complaint was not registered on 7th due to some technical issue. Again I had given a call on Tuesday evening. Even I told them that I wanted to return the router instead of continuous follow-up, but the response was "Madam, our Technical team is working on it & we will get back to you within 24 hours." Again today I called them & today I got same answer "We will get back to within 24 hours". Over & above that I haven't received a single call from infi beam regarding delay or non-receipt of some material Even today (12th Feb) also I asked them the material return procedure, but the material is not defective so the returning policy can not work here. I don't know now how can I resolve this problem. Too bad response from infibeam.

                                I ordered a pair of riding gloves

                                and a combo of riding gloves +

                                balaclavia via order number

                                21700997. Previous to this order

                                number I tried ordering the same

                                product but the transaction failed

                                and order number was not generated

                                even though money was deducted.

                                Since the transaction failed for

                                the first time, I went on with

                                ordering second time which was

                                succesful. Now I find twice I have

                                been called up to receive the

                                product one for the order number

                                21700997 and other for the failed

                                one. Surprised to know that the failed transaction was indeed a success(Order number[protected] when I received the product for that

                                also. Now what should be the

                                action from my side now.

                                  Ordered a LG Screen(Order[protected] on January 22, 2014 with full prepayment of Rs 13085 to Infibeam Have made hundreds of calls to Customer Service and they do not reply. Made dozens of emails, to which they have given evading answers. They named a courier who says they never received anything from Infibeam to deliver to us. Probably this is calculated fraud and I would request a refund.

                                    I had ordered a puma sports shoe from infibeam.com on 24th December and the product I received was damaged and I returned the product to them as it is on 1st Jan. I haven't received the replacement product or the refund for the same in more than 30 days. I have called their customer service more than 10 times and all the times they give me different excuses and ask for more time to process the complaint.

                                      I have ordered a huawei ascend g700(Black) mobile phone from infibeam online store in the name of my wife on 19th january. Still i didn't get it. I have mailed them regarding my order again but they told me they will talk to their higher authority and get back to me but still there is no response from that side. I am highly bothered.

                                      Did your product was shipped? I am also facing same problem.
