Hi,
I travel to Belgaum from Mumbai and visited Inox multiplex as my family stays there.My last visit was some time ago in in Sep 2010 .When i came to know that Inox opened the door in Belgaum i was very happy.I went there to watch a English movie.I was greeted with very helpful staff.Also i was very happy when my child had cold the Manager named Rojer provided me with medicine and offered me doctors help.I was really pleased with the service.
However my recent visit to Inox to watch Spider Man was pathetic the wash rooms were filthy and disgusting.when i asked to meet the Manager to give my feed back he had already left for the day.And when I asked for Rojer they informed me he had left the company instead i meet a different person in his place who was not even confident of talking to me.
the pop corns were not of good quality also the burger.when i asked for refund I was said to send my feed back in a very very rude.
I guess inox has to hire professional staff who can treat people properly also keep hygiene and sanitation as Inox Belgaum does not look any different then a Single screen theatre.
I will never visit Inox belgaum again.

I have had a similar experience on 10th April 2011 at INOX - Mantri Mall, Bangalore. The AC if switched on at all - was probably only in the initial part of the movie. I was sweating profusely - and went in and complained to the manager. I told them that they are probably switching off the AC to save on Power costs. The manager denied it and said that the AC was under the control of Mantri Mall - on my second complaint, they do have seemed to switch on the AC - but the theatre was already so hot, that I walked out of the movie before it ended I am examining the feasibility of a consumer forum complaint. It's a tragedy that a good brand goes out to rip-off its customers by cost cutting measures that actually cut into their brand value. Can't understand what kind of top management they have - they either must be having poor ethics or poor oversight or both ?? Our family for one will never to to a INOX theatre again. So far I haven't experienced this with PVR - but who knows? The one-off theatres in the past used to switch off the AC somewhere in the middle after the movie plot was well developed - and everyone was too engrossed in the movie to either notice the slow warming up of the theater and/or enjoying the movie too much to take a pause to go and complaint. And of course - most people do complaint in any event - and just quietly take the bad treatment dished out by these brands.

    Hi,

    I was trying to book movie tickets from your website, www.inoxmovies.com on 11 July 2012 for the movie Cocktail for a Sunday, 15th July 2012, 1:45 PM show and for
    4:45 PM show at INOX Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

    After doing the payment at the payment gateway, final page it showed me as booking has failed both the times and it deducted my money.
    I booked for 3 seats it charged around Rs 517.42 twice from my account from my ICICI bank credit card. Please arrange for the refund of the same and acknowledge that to me in a mail([protected]@gmail.com). I did not receive any such acknowledgement on your website. You website is in bad condition and needs to be rebuilt. It fails all the time.

    P.S: i should be refunded Rs 1035.

    INOX please take an action and refund our money!!

    Inox Movies — booking failed, money deducted

    i have booked 2 tickets on 15th of this month for the 7:05 pm show in INOX movies through my credit card. Rs.300 were deducted from my card and my tickets were not booked and no refund till date.
    it happened with me also. inox vizag 15 jul 2012 ;07 pm show ;Rs 589. No refunds till now.please update- [protected]@gmail.com

Please arrange for the refund of the same and acknowledge that to me in a mail([protected]@gmail.com/[protected]@gmail.com). I did not receive any such acknowledgement on your website. You website is in bad condition and needs to be rebuilt. It fails all the time.

      Similar booking failure message was when i did my booking for Spiderman (2D) movie for Saturday 7th July 2012 3:45 pm show. there seems to be a major problem with Inox servers for on-line booking. Please stop on-line booking till your server problems are resolved.

        Good madam sir/madam . i have a complaint against inox ,gvk , banjarahills. this is the third time am complainting ,that i have booked 10 tickets on 18.02.12 for the movie Ake mein Aur ake thu on 19.03.12 for 11.55am show. from the credit card on the name of Mr.Ch.Ram gopal. money was dected from that card but 1650/- due to some reasons we cancelled the program.           i booked 2 tickets in INOX chennai but the booking i was a failure so i booked continously for the 3 times , in all the 4 attempts i made ,the booking was a failure .i even received a mail from [protected]@inox.co.in that the booking was a failure and would refund me in 10 working days . i am still waiting for the money ,it's been 30 days infact more than that but i still didn't receive my money nor a message from them
          i even mailed them copule of times but never got a reply for them
          this is something a derious issue which everyone should take care off. it's seriously so sick of this theatre n it's way of approaching.
          can anyone suggest me in what way i can further approach these people

            I Nitin Kedia had gone to the nariman point Inox for a 8.00 P.M Agneepath movie on the 04/02/12. My ticket numbers are A027101 to A027104.

            I had reached with my friend to the box office around 7:30 P.M that is half an hour prior to the show. Firstly due to some technical fault they were not accepting cards for the payments and after withdrawing money from a near by ATM when i reached the box office again and asked the person to show the available seats in different category he showed us the available seats in the first 4 rows and and a few at the rear 5 rows on the system. After which we decided to buy tickets of Rs. 380 insted of the Rs. 350 as it was of the first four rows.

            While during the show i noticed that around 50% of the seats were empty and the row right ahead o[censored]s also was empty which belonged to the MID category. After the show when i went and met the manager on duty and expressed my concern to him he said that there are various categories for which they need to reserve the seats for an example he told 40% of the seats are reserved for the internet bookings. As per my knowledge internet booking shuts 1 hour prior to the show time.

            This is a routine practice at your theater. Giving wrong information to the customers just to sell tickets of the higher rate is not right. I am forwarding a copy of this mail to the consumer complaints forum.

              I am bikram shaw from burdwan. i have booked two ticket in burdwan inox for "Agnipath(4.30pm show) on 28th jan 2012 through online booking but after successfully payment made ticket has come neither in my mail nor in my mobile. Money is deducted from my a/c.the payment was made through Axis debit card powed by VISA.so, if there is any problem happen during booking then it is not my fault .

                i had booked three movie tickets for 28/01/12 of Agneepath at inox theatre milan mall santacruz west on 27/ 1/12 . through bank of baroda debit card. when i called them they said that my tickets were not booked but i received a sms from my bank that the said amount of rs.795/- had been debited from my account. for those ti kets whi h were never booked.

                    Inox Leisure Limited — Online booking not implemented properly

                    i am Ankaiah from vijaayawada.i am a movie lover basically.but this INOX management is not implementing online booking properly .ie., if a big hero film releasing the booking will not open for first day sum times the booking will show avilability shows from 4th day . but if the film fails those same tickets will be avilable in the counters from 2nd day ..most of the tickets are selling in black through the distributors and INOX management

                      On Sunday, the 4th of Dec, listed shows in INOX were 'Puss in the boots' FOR 9:00 AM but they cancelled the show without prior information and when a group of children(aged 15 yrs) went for the show and found that , they asked for closest time movie tickets, They got tickets for " Dirty Picture", overlooking the fact that they were underage.The children were definitely at fault but the theatre CANNOT wash their hands off either...they are responsible for not selling tickets for an adult movie to teenagers.Moreover, when the Manager was tried to be contacted, he simply did not take the calls.

                        This INOX people had some faulty web portal. Instead of not sending any confirmations they have debited my account. Though I raise the complaint they did not even turn up and at least they did not acknowledge the mail.
                        With faulty online portal they are making public money. My amount might be small, but I could not able to go for movie as planned due to the faulty inox online movie tickets protal www.inoxmovies.com, Still they dont accept it.
                        After deducting money from my account, if they dont send me the ticket details either through sms or email, How can anyone go to seat??
                        This is nothing but cheating public money n causing inconvenience through faulty websites by INOX management.

                        Guys! Dont book online tickets at faulty online portal of www.inoxmovies.com, and dont get mental agony.

I have tried to book ONLINE (VIA www.inoxmovies.com) 3 tickets as a Guest user on 4th row, for Telugu Movie show at 9.50PM "Dookudu", INOX Hyderabad, AP on 6th Nov 2011 at approximately 5pm. I have given details of my IDBI DEBIT CARD(VISA) to book tickets.

                        At the end of booking process i have got error screen. Neither I have got any SMS confirmation nor E-mail confirmation. But unfortunately my account has got debited Rs. 495/-. On 7th I have approached the internet booking window at INOX, Hyderabad but they told me to forward an email to initiate the refund process.

                        Hence requesting you to please refund my money Rs.495/- at the earliest of your possibility.

                          I made online booking for my team at INOX. Website gave an error indicating that transaction is not completed. Again attempted the booking and got the same error. Incidentally both the times money got deducted from my credit card. and then also got double the tickets confirmed. After realising that the tickets have been booked twice, I requested for Cancellation and refund. INOX refuses give a refund. why should I bear the cost of an error of their website?? Consumer forum please help

                            Hi Inox movies,

                            I was booked an online ticket on 29th October 2011 at 6.30pm for Movie 7am arivu at Mantri Square, Malleswaram, Bangalore.I had booked 5 tickets for the movie "7am arivu for 30 October 2011 for 1700/-. Money transaction happened through Corporation Debit card (online transaction). But the INOX page did not get refreshed after the transaction and I did not get the tickets. The amount was transferred from my account.
                            They dont refund the amount. You must drag them to consumer court. Filing it may cost about 100 to 300 rupees. And it may take couple of months for verdict to come. Finally your refund + your legal expenses + mental strain will get compensated. INOX must pay for it.

                              I had a tuff time dealing with the online ticketing with Inox website. First of all they have debited my account twice for just one booking. And when I tried checking for the mistake there is no Number to call them....with great difficulty we get one number which is[protected] and this number is always busy...it always says that the number we have dialed..all the networks are busy, please try again later....and that later never comes. Please check with them and they also don't have a Facility or a specific TAT wer we can cancel the tickets. Thats the next disgusting part of this transaction. So my concern is INOX has NO TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT and get the issue resolved. The number which they have given in the website is just useless....as mentioned earlier all the networks to that line are always busy.

                              When did u book your tickets? Generally when a wrong charge is made by a payment gateway it is refunded automatically within few days.
                              The issue of canceling a ticket is not feasible looking at the business reasons.
                              The issue of phone no. is a real concern and it generally is the case with a lot of cinemas all over India. I have faced this issue many times.
                              To get a faster resolution you can go to the cinema directly and talk to the concerned people.
                              hi this is rambabu ...the same problem i faced today...i have booked 3 tickets from inox website they debited money from my account ...and they given error in gateway that means they did not given me tickets id...this was very worst thing from inox ...so i'm suggesting to peopel ..who are looking for online booking dont go for inox website ...go for other alternative websites ...And there was no proper response from inox ..and we cannot get custmer care service from inox...please becareful when ur booking online tickets from inox

                              i am sekhar from visakhapatnam. Today i have booked 2tickets for a telugu movie and transaction was done successfully and my card was been charged 294 rupees...i did not recieve any e ticket..i have retrieved the booking confirmation through inox website and found the booking was made. When i reach the inox counter and showthem the same they say they might be a problem while booking and say we cant help..

                              Is there any customer care to care about. ?
