Money paid by Credit card but ticket not received

I made a booking for movie Aarakshan on 13th August at 730 pm for the 14th August show at 12.20pm.
After completing all the formalities and making the payment , I received the message " Syntax error" and then I did not receive any sms or email regarding my booking. I did not know where to file my complaint. I spent Rs 640/- for the same. This problem it seems has hapeened to others also.

Cell ph missing inside the hall

Hi,

I have lost my cell ph inside INOX theatre, city centre, kolkata on 3rd july. I have informed the same to the concerned authority of Admin dept of INOX within 1 hr after coming out from the hall. It is quite surprising to know that the persons cleaning the hall after the end of the show didn't found the ph (according to them). I am quite sure that I have left the ph on the seat by mistake though i dont have any proof....

Charged more deposit than mentioned on the booking tickets

I booked my tickets on bookmyshow.com for a movie... The booking mentioned that I will be needed to deposit Rs 100 against each ticket I booked for getting 3D glasses... When I reached the cinema I was asked to shell out Rs 300 against each ticket in order to get the 3D glasses... I was not carrying too much money and hence had to face problem in arranging the amount whereas the movie was just about to begin... This is absolutelty causing...
