[Resolved] Intex Aqua 4G — SIM does not supported in Mobile | |||
I received above mobile on 25/8/2015. After receiving I tried start mobile with SIM but does not support in Mobile. For this I talked in Customer care on 28/08/2015. The officer told me that the mobile will be collected and refunded. But today when I log in my account the link of replace / refund did opened replying that as 7 days have gone it can not be replaced or refunded. I received the mobile on 25/8/2015, only 4 days have gone. So, It should be refunded as the damage mobile has been sent to me.
