my phones battery backup is very low, i had given thwe battery for replacement to perfect mobile repair, queens road, amritsar 143001 although the battery had belng replaced but the problm is still same .my battery is oe 4000mah and it eun for 8 hour .when i asked the service center to replace my phone then they refuse and say tahat maximum battery backup oe a andorid phone i 5hour Phone-intex power plus Battery-4000mah

It is Privacy Lock is automatically activated after sometime.I have replaced the phone two times .Then I took Intex Aqua Power Plus in place Of Aqua and now its privacy lock was again activated .I again took the phone to Nangal customer care centre.They repaired the phone again and on the same day the charging problem started.

I purchsed mobile Intex AquaXtreme 32GB in Jan 2015. It repeatdely hanged, display not clear & charger not accept. So I sent it to INTEX SERVICE CENTER, SHOP NO. 441, SHOPPING COMPLEX, OLD COURT ROAD, MODEL TOWN, REWARI, HR, 4-5 TIMES BUT PROBLEM ISN'T SOLVED. I have given my cell phone in allahabad intex service centre before one month to repaire but it is not repaired yet it is going to be one month while it is mentioned in the given slip that they never take more time than one month. I have an intex aqua 3G smartphone . the problem is, , its internal storage is only few KB left ...but their is no app is installed in it ..and every time when i reset the phone, its internal storage decreased half ...suppose i have 60 mb internal storage so on reset my phone it become only 30- 35 mb and at this time it is only few Kbs left ...many function of the phone is not working properly ...please tell me what i do ...please..

I was submite mobile at 12/7/2015 after 32 days recived it. But problem is diffrent. Its changed pcb other model and camera not work. Its regaurding call to toll free but not replay positive. Its submitte again to solve problem so i am very disappoint with intex product. And servieces. Plz notice my comlain and impruve the system.

Sir, I purchased a intex extreme mobile in feb 2015 in Rs. 11500/- and its have one year screen damage insurance. Now its screen damaged. I give it to Dehradun (Uttrakhand) customer care for replacement of its screen on[protected] but after 40 days they not replace its screen and they giving me any lowest price 4G supported phone and not giving any satisfactory reply.

Dear Sir I have purchase intex amaze mobile phone on January 2015 and in month of may 2015 it is not working properly 100% battery down within 20 to 30/minutes so I decide for go to solve this with intex mobile authorized crevice center unique techno service. I submit my mobile on 9.6.2015 and index have given me to other low price mobile intex diser HD after one month it's service???????? I don't undastand about this pour service by intex so I don't accept this phone and I told to service center for give me a same Price mobile.Last two months I regurally visit to service center and contact to tool free number but I have not satisfied answer and from them it's very erriteing for me.pls solve problems. i'm not Happy and toll free number was not solve my problem it is west of time if you continue this type of service know ones buy intex mobile . I had bought Intex aqua phone for my father three months ago. But after sometimes there occurred some kind of software problem in it. When we gave it back to retailer for repair, he gave us one week time and told us to collect the phone after one week. But now its almost one month neither he is giving back the phone nor there is any representative from Intex with whom the phone was given to get rectified is picking up the phone. Every time my father goes to their shop the retailer says Intex representative are working on it. I don't want the phone but I want my back within one week from today and if I don't get it I'm going to sue Intex in consumer court along with the above mentioned retailer.

I have purchased an intex aqua i-5 mini set which was in gaurentee period .I got problem in the set and approached to intex service Allahabad on 18/06/2015.They recd. the set under jobsheet no[protected]T001 and told me that they will inform me when the product is repaired but they did not inform me and I have to go to them to check the status.After two times of chasing they said on 04/07/2015 that the product has been repaired and i can take it. I took the set and checked it before them but surprised that it did not got even started.They again took back the set for repairing under jobsheet no.[protected]T001 and told me that the set will be sent to head office for repairing and it will take about one month.After that when i reached the service centre on 06/08/2015 they gave the product but again it was not in working condition, They took it again for repairing under jobsheet no[protected]T001 and told me that it will take about 25 days.Now i am disappointed from such type of service and could not understand what to do? But one thing is sure that in future neither i am not going to purchase any product of intex nor suggest anybody to do so.As a consumer i am ready to purchase any company's product provided that their serrvice is good.

Dear Shop CJ Through order no. [protected], one intex cloud M6 mobile was purchased on dated-08.07.2015 delivered to us on 13.07.2015 after one month we are facing problem with this set. complaint was on done to customer care on 07.08.2015 and asked for bill (as the bill was misplaced) so that index service center may repair the set against this bill but till date no response received from your team, looking for your positive response. Plz don't Buy Intex mobile, its worst phone. I buy Intex Aqua model, on second day there is speaker problem, voice gone, you can't here the incoming call without speaker on. It takes 50 days to repair in service center. after 1 month month use its touch stop working .Every time it have problem. Same problem occur with my friends mobile he phase same problem on seven days. Speaker on problem is identity of Intex phone. Plz don't buy it

I Purchased Intex Aqua Extreme in the month of April. The screen of the mobile was not working properly so i gave it to service center. After 20 days they are giving me replacement. They are giving me Intex Aqua Extreme 2 which is having lesser Specifications. So I suggest do not buy the Intex mobile phones.

Dear sir Mera mobile ka battery kharab ho gaya hai (full ) gaya hai jab bhi service center jata hu to reply me bolte hai nahi aaya hai. I am from siliguri west bengal and i have been using intex aqua style pro and its been two weeks i found my battery is not working without plug in the current. So i was trying to buy another battery but couldn't get it. Evening i serf in internet but didn't work. So i am very sad can you help me to get replacement of my battery. The model number is br1875bc 1800 mah 3.7v . Kindly help me i dont have any idea how to get it?

I have purchased intex mobile aqua 3g through online with some complaints of touch screen after using the mobile for 2.5 months I have deposit the same in may 2015 at uttam nagar service centre. after 2 months they have replaced the set but the display was not working. I have again deposit the set in same service centre. Now 1 month passed I have visited 7 times in the service centre always reply under despatch from head office. pl take my mobile no and confirm before coming. When I call the no it was always switched off or not responding. what to do. I am really harassed from intex service centre.

I have submitted my Intex Grand 601 (Red and Black) on 17/7/2015 in Intex Service center at Ulhasnagar-3 regarding low volume in receiver and now it's 23 days but haven't received my phone yet. Those guys saying sir it will take time. It's too irritating that you have to wait almost a month to solve minor receiver problem. I will never ever purchase Intex products here on.
