I have given my Intex Aqua HD 5.0 for repair on 27 th August at Intex Ghaziabad Service center Intex Mobile Service Center – Hotel Metro, Ghaziabad.

They told me that they will try to repair it within 3-4 days, otherwise they will send it to the company to get it replaced and it will take 15 days. I have been calling them for two weeks to get an update and most of the time their phone is either busy or switched off. Luckily when I got connected to them, they told me that I would receive it on Saturday, 12 th September, which is already passed. I tried calling them on that day but their number was busy or off as usual. I went to the service center, and to my surprise it was closed before its regular working hours. Yesterday after many failed attempts of calling them, when I sent my sister to collect it on my behalf, they said that it will take another one week as the conpany denied to replace it though it is under Warranty. Can anyone from Intex explain it to me what is going on? Would I get it replaced/repaired or not or should I need to knock the consumer court's door?

I had submitted my phone (Aqua I 5 octa)for repair at Intex crevice center on date 11/08/15 but they replace my phone with aqua star II HD instead of resolving my issue. the phone given to me is an used and cheap to my Aqua I 5 octa phone and the replacement phone is also not working properly. After my repeated request for my actual phone they did not listen and they just provided me the replacement phone.
Hence it is to request you kindly provide me my actual phone otherwise a new phone.
Already I had submitted my same complaint on your consumer complaint site on dated14/09/15 and Intex customer's care on dated 16/09/15 (customers care complaint registration No. [protected]) but no action taken by both sides regarding my complaints(find attachment).
