My intex mobile always loose network, and it did not comes again until and unless i switched off my cell. i found this problem in all intex mobile phone. i gave cell to service center, but problem did not solve. please solve problem.
date of purchase was 1 feb 2015

Hi im using the intex aqua star 2 from may 2015 and it was quite good, there werent any issues. off lately im facing issues like contacts not showing, sudden disappearing of contacts, not showing on watsapp either. now my video recorder too has stopped working. both the normal as well as watsapp. to add now it suddenly goes blank while using and says android has stopped working or something.then the screen just goes off and i have to remove the battery and put it again and restart only then it starts.while on a call the recording starts automatically when i dont need it or suddenly it will go on mute o hold. what is this nonsense one by one something or the other is happening. please rectify asap.

There is lot off complaints regarding this Mobile, i have purchased it online and within a month i found numerous issues like Heating while on call.
henever I clicked photos its get immediately corrupted while i did not
connect this mobile to any of the external device.

but when I clicked photos through whats app camera its properly saved in
Gallery, this kind of many issues with this piece.

Mainly due to its heating issue I am facing some health issue of Headache &
Ears.

Can you please urgently suggest solution on this, its really frustrating
things to me.

I purchase intex aqa HD in Nov 2014 but it is not working proparly since last 6 months.I give the mobile in service center 3 times but they not give me proper response.Last time the Service Center say me that your mobile send to main Service Center but ther is not any response from main service center in last 1 months.So i wish to go in court.

I had purchased Intex xtream from Ganpati mobille mall G - 4 Rajvi complex, Ram baug, Opp Maninagar Police station, Maninagar, A'bad. Phone [protected] - Mr Prashant. at Rs 11, 400- on 28-01-15. Phone was not working after 2 months, display, power and hanghing problem. Submited three time to dealer for repair, but not satisfied. From last 4 month phone was totally dad, Submited to Dealer & given to service station by him. After four month it was replace me yesterday with Intex Star 2 of Rs. 7, 200- I am totally be cheted by Intex 11, 400 phone is replaced by 7, 200 Rs phone. I have purchased an Intex Aqua Y2 nearly 4 months ago and recently facing a problem of power on in the mobile. I have given it in the service centre 25 days ago and was told to get it back in 25 days. Today is the 27th day and still they are saying to give it in another 20 days. If this type of service will be provided i ensure you that i will stop using your product...

Helo the worst company phone i ever had ...had been double visioned display under warranty period !!no response regarding it i have given it last month ago ...and now service center says display has been broken...i tell u once again its not broken and there is an internal damage behind it ...solve my problembecause since den i am not having phone..do repaire it under warranty

My name is mehul.i have intex aqua power hd under warranty.i submitted my mobile for 27 days in service centre but problem in not resolved.when i receive my mobile my cell is not working properly.i went there for complaint abt the prob they denied to take mobile for repairing again.service centre is in thakkar mall borivali west mumbai.

Sir i have bought new intex aqua power mobile from harsha on 07/06/2015 after a one week o[censored]se it is not connecting to my wifi so i complained with them and handover the set to your service section twice . They are saying it is ok . Now again i am having the same problem i.E first when it didn't connect i had factory defaulted it connected for week then again the same problem occur later i rebooted every time i need wifi it connected for few minutes then again the problems occur .My wifi is proper as my other device get connected and are able to work fine but except intex . So i here by request you to change the set other wise i have no alternative i will hand over the case to my lawyer hope you will not allow such case and replace with a new set thanking you

Hi i have purchase intex aqua power + the mobile was charging problem i go to service center adibs, there are not resonding well there not doing well there take 45 days time, the mobile number not connecting service very bad so many intex aqua in service center dont purchase intex mobiles do not face problemsssssssssssssss byyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyeeeeeee

I bought intex aqua i5 octa on 30/12/2014 and i have given my phone at baroda service centre locating at fategunj on 19/08/2015 due to speaker & hanging problem. they said that your phone will be repaired after 20 days approx. after one month when i go to take delivery they delivered me intex aqua i5 octa but when i switched on the phone it shows intex aqua 3x. and the in the settings also the features are of intex aqua 3x. i refused to take that phone due to not matching the features with my original phone. i submited the proof also for my phone's features and they agreed with that and send again my phone to company after further 17 days they called me to receive delivery of the phone. when i went to take delivery, again it was intex aqua 3x. i again complained about that but they not responded satisfactorily. please help me out about this problem. ow can i get may phone. job sheet no.[protected]t001

Hi I m Daniel from Goa had purchased Intex Aqua Star 2 on the 24th of May 2015.Somewhere in July it started giving problem in storing data.Whenever i used to get a image on whatsapp it used to give message as no space available wherin the phone has inbuilt 8 GB i had just used 2 GB.I reported it to the service center for which they said that the Software needs to be upgraded. Again in sept Phone used to cut off calls after every 2 mins hence i took it to the service centre for Upgrading the software.It was given on saturday 3rd Oct 2015 at 10.00 am JOB SHEET no:[protected]t001w I assumed that time needed for software up gradation is 30 mins max.I called up service centre Goa today morning they said it will take time as there are software's which needs to be downloaded. I called up the customer helpline no [protected] they said as per their system mobile phone is already repaired on 3rd and can be taken today.I went to the service centre to inquire they still said that it was upgraded but had problems.I dont think so that software was upgraded on my phone as all APP are still intact in the phone.I m of the assumption that they have not touched my phone. I paid money for the phone and its not serving my purpose but your service centre is not good enough to help me out with this.Kindly suggest what do i do? Dear Sir I bought an intex aqua speed on DT. 08/08/2015 after using a month the motherboard of the mobile gone dead and I changed that with payable service but after repairing the same the battery drainage have come to the roll now the battery is not staying about 2-3 hours it descharges like a countdown within 2 hours I m really disappointed with the performance and quality of intex kindly resolute Thanks Vikas [protected]

I purchased this mobile from local shop in Lower Parel - Sonu Mobile. I am residinn in Pune. From day one of purchase, this mobile keeps hanging & restarts on its own. Error message" Unfortunately dialer has stopped". While charging the battery, incoming call hangs... no response to the switch off button, finally to make active, need to remove & replace the battery back. Aprat from this, it frequently hangs & restarts on its own without any operations. While chatting also it restarts. Once i gave it to the shopkeeper, he sent to service centre, but in-vain no use, the problem still persists with new problems. Now spoke to customer care who gave the service center no. but they all are in PIMPRI, & I am residing nearby Hadapsar. Kindly help me with the replacement mobile. VERY VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS MOBILE OPERATION. I am highly dissatisfied with the product I have been suggested. I lost my charm & fun in getting this pathetic mobile. AQUA Y2PRO @ Rs.4600/-.

But from the starting the phone is not working properly. when we are trying to speak noise is coming. I am very disappointed with this mobile. when we call to customer care they are simply asking us to give it for service center. please suggest me How can Get replacement for this mobile.?
