Bill no. 8666 dt. 23.07.15 of Ambika Mobile Bazzar, Keonjhar, Odisha and Ist. IME no.[protected], 2nd IME no.[protected] I want to say that, I purchased a new Extreem_II model, golden colour mobile which was found defective related to the mother board . I contact your customer care service station at Keonjhae, Odisha, India. They resolve it after one month, they told that the product was replace by new one. Just one day after of receiving it, I find again the display is in defect mode. On report they answer me that, at the time of delivery it was Ok. so we will repair it with new display. But I want to get a new set as per my first choice- golden colour, not only replacement of parts. because the new set was not been used by me more than a week. And the antivirus pack worth Rs. 1599/- also be annex with new one. otherwise I compel to go Consumer Court..
