G-48, Ganpati Palaza, M.I Road Jaipur- 302001 Jobsheet no.[protected]T001 Date 03/08/2015 According to intex service center terms and conditions maximum time limit of return to customer 15 working days but still Date 27/08/2015 m not getting my mobile and intex customer care says something 1 week or lagega abhi mobile repairing main..

Sir, With reference to the above subject, I want to put following facts before you regarding newl;y purchased mobile handset of INTEX make. 1.I had purchased new handset Mobile GSM AQUA STYLE PRO(WHITE) DUAL SIM from Amravati (MH) on dtd.[protected]. 2.Due to display problem, I had submitted handset at your service centre Amravati on dtd.[protected] as per job sheet No.[protected]T001 3.On dtd.8-8-2015 when I approached to the service centre for collecting the repaired handset, I was quite shocked by seeing the condition of my mobile. It was in damaged condition. So I refused to accept it.The service persons namely Mr.Pravin Bagade and Vaibhav eye witness in this case also of the opinion that the handset should be replaced by new one as it lies within warranty period. 4.Then again I visited service centre whether the handset has been replaced and received back but service centre person are talking in an unofficial language .Earlier he has told that the handset was sent to the company for replacement purpose. But when the call centre person is contacted they are saying that the handset is not sent by the service centre. After pressurizing the service centre person he agreed that the handset is yet in their custody. 5.As the argument continues, service centre person gave the contact no. of 3 rd level manager Mr.Imran.As per discussion with him he is also not confident about replacement of handset with new one. By considering above points it is requested to give me justice by replacing the mobile handset as it lies within warranty period.Otherwise I have to approach to the consumer forum for justice in the matter pl.

I purchsed mobile intex aquaxtreme 32gb in jan 2015. It repeatdely hanged, display not clear & charger not accept. So i sent it to intex service center, shop no. 441, shopping complex, old court road, model town, rewari, hr, 4 - 5 times but problem isn't solved. Hi, I received phone calls from Intex company on 25th and 26th August 2015.The phone numbers are [protected] and [protected] regarding refund of my Rs. 3500 into my account and they informed me of a fund to fund transfer from SBI ATM for this purpose but instead of crediting my money they debited Rs. 1000 more from my SBI account.The refund was due to following reason:- "Hi, I got a call from a number [protected] and the person said that I am chosen from 10 people accross India to win Intex Aqua i7 mobile phone that will cost be Rs. 3500.They said that the phone would be delivered within a week.That was 5 weeks back.They then delivered a wrong parcel containing sankat mochan hanuman locket.I had paid Rs. 3500 to the blue dart courier person. I have been repeatedly contacting them on phone and the lady says that the phone will get delivered today." I repeatedly told them to directly credit money into my account but they were not able to do so. Now they need to refund Rs. 4500 into my account and today again the same process has happened in Axis bank ATM and Rs. 100 was debited from my account. This is complete harassment of consumer.Strict action should be taken against the people involved in this process and please refund My Rs. 4500 into my account. Dear sir madam i am purchasing a mobile intex aqua q2 second days mobile is mother board problem so i am checking for mobile service center service center reply mother board problem so please changing my mobile 2 months my mobile not in my hand because its service center but service center not repiled service center say your are case for company and service center because my mobile is not repair bcause its company parts problem so please change my mobile and complaint for company and service center

I Have Intex aqua style pro Mobile of Intex Company. Its battery was destroyed before 2 months. I have searched its battery at many places and also Intex mobile care in Sirsa, Mansa, Abohar, Bathinda, Malaut, Sardulgarh, Dabwali, Barnala, Sri Ganga Nagar etc. But every where is same response that battery is not available. Company could not provide batteries of these mobiles. So kindly suggest me what have to do?

I bought a phone 3 months ago Intex Aqua life 2on the box it was written that is supported 3g and WiFi but I later found that it was a 2G phone and the WiFi connection got over as soon as it received the signal when i inserted my 3g ready sim the surf speed was as low as hell but when the same inserted in other phones it worked great and now about the wifi it does get connected after a considerable amount of time but gets dissconnected automatically it takes much time to obtain ip address while other phones of the same category and of similar range do well please sort out this problem as soon as possible or give my money back

I had purchased Intex Aqua Style Pro 6 month back .In running 6 month my phone battery started swelling .I visited service center in Meerut & Gurgaon but they was not able to help me for battery . Meerut Service center :- They said they are not having spare parts .even they not attended me as a customer . Gurgaon service center :- They said they do not deal in providing service for problem related to Battery . I also visited 100 of dealers and mobile sale shops for purchasing new battery with no result . My phone detail are as follows Model :- Intex Aqua Style Pro Bettery No :- BR1875BC 1800 mAh/6.66Wh Li-Ion Battery 3.7 v Adding more on problem I also tried to send mail to customer support for Intex mobile .But I was amazed that all mail ID given on internet as a customer support is not valid . So I am very much disappointed with Intex .

Sir I have Intex Aqua Xtreme 32gb for Rs.11200, I purchased it on February2015 from khandwa (M.P). It is hanging and reboot problem. So I give it to service center AYUSHI ELECTRONICS 115 Yashwant Plaza, opposite Railway station Indore.on[protected].They sent my phone to company for repairing so company sent it back without repaired and service center told me we are repairing your phone here only. When I went to take my phone back so I saw my phone which is 'without any scratches' it is full of scratches. I told service centre for replace my phone.They are not doing so.and my mobile is in AYUSHI ELECTRONICS till[protected] around 1 month. When I call to service centre for my phone the are not replied properly and. Always telling 8 days or 10days. Hi my self sameer labhane from nagpur i have intex aqua style pro handset 2 month ago my battery was damage and i want new battery for so i gave oder to intex service center after 25days i go there and ask my battery come or not but they when company manifacture the battery we will give in hole nagpur there in no battery of this phone my question is that when u dont make battery why should u sells ur mobile phone very low quality of phone is this when i go for a battery they laugh and says that when company make then we will gives you.

HELLO, I have purchase Intex Aqua Power mobile in end of Dec, 2015 but it is not behaving properly. Below issues are coming and very bas behavior from customer care persons. I have unistalled some unwanted apps from play store as well as setting like hola launcher, easy touch, monkey test, privacy guard, Eros, du battery apps but after booting my device in every time the apps are installing automatically. I have license antivirus enable on device. Second when Google play store is updated it is asking to accept security monitor option. After choosing that error is comming from SD card like com.android.hard drive.ext0 stopped operation and mobile is rebooting automatically. I will really appreciate you if you can help on this and can write some trouble steps to solve permenantly. Pls help.

I have purchase Intex aqua 4.0 on 06/10/2014 from Shop Mobile care, at Raisar Plaza, indra bazar, jaipur- india, vide bill no. 9091 dt 06/10/2014 ( [protected] & [protected] ) with one year warranty given by company Intex, after six month I have problem of slow battery power, i have charged my phone 100% and its battery slow after 1/2 hour, them I reach at service center at jaipur and they received my phone for repair vide Job Sheet No.[protected]T001 on July 22, 2015, after that i came several time at service center but they told me the phone sent to company for repair, and on while tolk with company toll free number [protected], the attender said that your phone return back by company with repair to the service centre. Now I request you as my phone under warranty period, then my phone not repair by company, we request you to please arrange new phone in replacement

With reference above noted mobile model number not working properly. This phone purchased on month February 2015. I am facing the hanging problem since month of march 2015. I was visted Intex service service centre 3 times but it was not repaired properly while, they kept this mobile phone than one month. It is therefore, i am suffering from great mental tension as well i could not perform my daily incoming and outgoing mobile calls.

The matter has been bought to the concern authorities many a time but of no avail.
So kindly look into the matter as solve my problem urgent basis.
