Worst delivery ever seen ., worst administration ... Now it is more than 20 days till now i hav'nt recived my product
after complaining also they dont take any action belive me guys its totally waste of time and money on shoping with this store

In last month[protected] my intex mobile is given for repairing but when i call to service centre about it status they only tell me call after 5 day till known there is no any chance to get my phone my phone is in warranty contition. Mobile model:-Intex Aqua N15, IMEI:-[protected]. I bought Index AQUA desire HD Blue on 30 Aug 2015 for My Mother. She complained that call gets disconnected.. Which I doubted ... However during one of the call I experienced the same Problem. Visited Devam Enterprise, Maninagar, Ahmedabad from where I bought the Phone... Very pathetic response... Brand new phone they want me to visit Service Center .. Get it checked and They are washing their hands of this... Very bad customer service... Wanting to register complaint against Intex and Devam... need replacement

G. solution, Sec-2, Rohini, Delhi के सर्विस सेंटर में 22/08/15 को जमा करा दिया था | दिनांक 14/09/15 (jobsheet No.[protected]T1)को मै दुबारा Sec-2, रोहिणी से सर्विस सेंटर पर गया तो उन्होंने मुझे मेरा Intex Aqua Xtreame ना देकर मुझे दूसरा फ़ोन Intex Aqua Xtreame-2 फ़ोन दे दिया, जो की Intex Aqua Xtreame से फीचर में Degrade फ़ोन है | बार बार सर्विस सेंटर जाकर परेशान हो गया हूँ | एक महीने से भी ज्यादा समय हो गया है | मुझे Intex Aqua Xtreame फ़ोन दिया जल्द से जल्द दिया जाये या मुझे मेरे पैसे वापस दिए जाये |वरना में कंपनी के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही कंजूमर कोर्ट में करूँगा |

Dear Sir, 1. This regarding my mobile handset Intex Aqua i5 Octa black dual sim, serial no.[protected].i brought this mobile on 11st feb, 2015. 2. My handset touch pad was repaired with Rs.2704 cost on date 18/08.15 but with i13 touch pad which was not informed to me later, due to this change my camera performance has changed. 3. I requested to change the handset with same i5 octa but after giving this handset for service on 7/09/15 job sheet no.:[protected]T001/lot no.[protected].i came to know service centre after 20 days with many reminder that handset cannot be repaired, but I will get handset(old used one ) as replacement. 4. I took too long for service station to reply and track the problem, as customer care was giving some other information and service station saying handset has been repaired not a good communication. 5. If my handset has warranty of one year and even its parts are not available then company should replace with new handset of same category rather than old handset. 6. Please advise and give proper direction as I am not happy with intex services terms for which I have purchased this handset with special features with many expectations. 7. Many of family members are using intex mobile as I have asked to buy the same because of the performance and even initially I find service centre like of geol communication is good but now I am worried of intex reputation. I had purchased mobile in july 2015 for my father.In the next month there was some problem in mobile speaker.i had given it to the service centre of allahabad. they said that the mobile parts are not available and last two month there is no feedback from there side. i am harras by this company. please tell me where should i locked complaint or is there any number or email that i can locked complaint.

dear intex company ...I want to say u that, ...what the phones u r making I hate your phone's and your company, do you know that you are playing with the peoples feelings you r making phones which are cheep but they are the worst and phones before dome time I purchased aqua 3g in hope that it will be good but but these are the just brick boxes, and it is destroyed my feelings and trust on intex company the phones are the god of hanging and there is nothing which I like about your phones. and now u c what I will do I will put your company down and down

I have purchase a mobile GSM AQUA SPEED DUAL SIM [protected] on dated 05.04.2015 from HI-FLY KOTA. MY MOBILE TUCH NOT WORKING My mobile is warranty period and i have given to service center on dated 17.09.2015 but mobile not repair till date I have visit many time in service center but he said we have send to company but mobile not repair He advice to contract customer center. MOBILE QUALITY IS VERY POOR AND HIS SERVICE IS ALSO VERY BAD.

Respected sir/madam, My name is Akash Kurup and i had made a huge mistake in my life buying a indian made mobile phone called "Intex Aqua i5 mini" bearing IMEI no Sim 1 =[protected] Sim 2 = [protected] MSN no:- 14V[protected] I bought this mobile on 22/02/2015 from Mobile Point Shop at Vadodara. It worked good for 2 months and then issue started like charger not working for which my mobile was kept at service center for a week and then returned. Then issues related to lock button came for which my mobile was kept about a month at service center and returned. Then Now issue of phone being dead came and it was again kept a month at service center and returned without solving issue. The service center "UNIQUO Techno Services" at Fatehgunj Vadodara are not at all co-operating with me. They close the office without any reason and open at delayed time. I have collected various proofs related to this issue including all the bills and xerox of the job sheet and delivered time as well as time and images of service center`s irregular timings as well as rude behaviors. I am really frustrated and disappointed by service provided by an indian company. Meri complain yeh hai 13-11-14 ko meine intex aqua style x mobile purchase kiya after six month mobile ki display damage ho gyi.may month mein for repairing meine mobile intex service center haridwar ko diya.I paid rs.900/-for display repairing.after two month mobile touch problem krne lga meine twicely deposited handset for repair but mobile touch not OK.today mein mobile handset phir think kraane intex service center haridwar gya to waha ke employee kehte ki aapke mobile ke internal parts fevi kwik se chipkaye gye hai.but I want to say that meine service center ke sivaye kahi or mobile repairs nahi kraya hai.service center waalo ne mera mobile handset ki bad condition ki hai.kindly take necessary action against intex service center haridwar.my mobile no.[protected] intex service center haridwar mob no.[protected].

I have purchased a Aqua power phone on 6th June 2015, and after 3 Month( i.e. 7th September), faced battery charging problem on line, then contacted service centre phone received after 13 days but after repairing lose connection problem occurred. neither good sound of the phone nor quality services found. However I purchased 4 phone for my staff. and every one has some issues about quality

I have purchased Intex aqua i7 in 2014 worth Rs.15500/-. After few months it was dead (not starting). Then I contact to nerear service center Jalna (MH).After two days he told to contact Aurangabad service center the he replied me after 15 days that it can't be repaired so it is better to buy new handset. After that I have mailed lot of time to [protected]@intex.in but only once I got call call from Mr.Mohsin ([protected]) with same advice to buy new one. From that time I am sending mails daily to [protected]@intex.in. only I am getting same reply that, your complaint is forwarded to conserned department. Please help me to find out solution to Repair my costly smartphone.

I have submitted my mobile on 8August its almost 1 and half month but they are not returning my phone and also they broke my mobile's screen but still they are saying it is from my side and if I am going to centre they are are saying that the mobile is in company and if I am calling to company they are saying we don't have your mobile

My self Riddhi Savakiya. I have purchased intex aqua speed mobile in 5th April, 2015 from Plus Point mobile shop, Jamnagar. I have received pop up of android update in my cell. on installing new android version, my cell got hanged and not started there after. I visited service provider of intex jamnagar - patel Mobiles on 23rd sep15. I was not welcomed properly nor the staff was seems to be technically sound as in my cell the issue was system issue and not the battery. They said it is the battery issue and battery needs to be replaced and it will took 25-30 days. As i was not satisfied with their response as well as technical capacity, i decided to consult the another service provider of intex in my city. When i contacted the other service provider New siddhivinayak mobile, they informed me that jobsheet of the mobile is open in patel mobiles and uptill it is open, we cant take this for servicing. I immediately went at patel mobile service center, and requested them to close the job sheet. they replied it will take time. we are not free, by this evening job sheet will b closed. On next day i again contacted siddhivinayak mobile and again i was informed that job sheet is not closed yet. I again went to patel mobiles and requested to close. then on next to next day i went to siddhivinayak mobile jamngar, andi waited 1.5 hour to have my turn.. still my cell is not get repaired yet even if it is covered in warranty period. If company do not want to serve after selling of product, than why they are giving warranty periods..

I have purchased mobile phone y2 remote. On date 24/3/15 from a store of intex mobile. After a month i faced the problem of battry draining. It was just giving the backup of 1/2 hrs. I complained them but they have not taken any action on my demand and refused to take the warranty . And the warranty period of my phone is going to be expire after a few days.
