[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — bad quality of mobile and service of intex | |||
Dear sir/madam, I purchased "intex aqua power plus (Black-champagne)" with imei no. [protected] and 013 on january 2016 through amazon online shopping and dealer was mr. Umang patel. Since after receiving the mobile phone, i immediately complained about the charging problem of the phone to the dealer i. E, mr. Umang patel, but he recommended me to go to service station. After it i went to the service station. He has repaired my mobile. But after it all the same problem again came to the phone, for which he has charged me around rs. 600/-, which i have paid. Again within six months my mobile phone is not getting charged and having a problem of not charging for which the service station is not taking any responsibility and guarantee after the repairing for the phone. Now, i request to the intex mobile company, either you solve my problems or i have to go through higher authority of your company to complaint about the bad quality of the phone supplied and worst service centers stores facilities.
