My name is baljeet. I have an intex aqua life mobile buy before one yrs. Its imeri mumber is [protected]. Last month my phone screen was broken and its touch screen sensor are not working propely. So i deposite my mobile on[protected]in (Intex technologies (India) ltd. C/o dev mobile shiv coliny jind-126102 haryana. I visited there approxemetely 4 to 5 time. But they not give me any sufficient answer. And they did not give me any job sheet number also and sad that never not online job sheet is provided for out of warranty set. They provide me only a manual receipt. My last visit[protected] evening time they do very wrong and mis abusive behaviour with me. And also threat give me to kill me. Plz take any proper action against them.

I, have purchased one intex mobile from vijay sales, chinchwad dealer, pune, with a guarantee of one year. Initially, the mobile had problem of non - working of seekers, at service station it was rectified. Again after few months there was problem of not viewing vdo clips shoot be phone with sound. Hence again it was repaired by service man.
Again within one year guarantee, we lost display, in spite of within warrantee period by paying charges of rs. 1800/- we could remake the thing. But according to intex service man, "this mobile piece had already manufacturing defects, which was the reason to interrupted services. You better call customer care and get it replaced by company" we visited our dealer, vijay sales, he promised to talk with area manager, in last week. But till today no response. Hence filing this online complaint before proceeding to consumer forum. You are requested to take immediate remedy to avoid further litigation before getting situation worst. Hope for quick action from your side.

Hi team,

I have bought new 32" intex tv. It was used by my parents who were staying in village.
After 2 months we seen blue lines on the tv so we informed to mr santhos who is contact person in intex service center in shimoga.
He informed that problem with display and it got replaced. Again after few months same issue we got and informed to same person at service center end.
Again he told display issue and replaced it and it happened another couple of time. It happened same after one year also our parents contacted service center but they informed that display problem and need to replace it, warranty is expired and need to pay rs 12000.
Then our parents din, t contacted back.

Kindly help me.

i was purchased intex cloud fame 4g mobile on 4/3/2017. Its not working properly.
2 times given in service center but same problems coming.
Job sheet no :[protected]t001. Yesterday mobile given in service center.

Defects in mobile:
1. Mobile over heating.
2. Battery charging not increasing. (Battery good condition)
3. Quickly drying battery. (Battery good condition)
4. Speaker not working.
5. Hanging & slow

With in 3months more problems came in this mobile.

Asper intex rules mobile return back to customer with in 7 days but they saying 15days.

This is to inform you that my intex shine 4g mobile not charged from 24.04.2017 and I am given this mobile in your service centre at ganpati plaza, Jaipur on dated 24.04.2017 and my job sheet no.[protected]t001 in the name of Pawan for charging problem.

They were not repair my mobile in proper time, they said regularly for repairing in next day but not repair and retun it to me. If this mobile not repair kindly replace the mobile at earliest otherwise I will go to consumer court. I am attach jobsheet and mobile bill

My mobile having problem so i went to intex service center on 02.05.2017 but they said mobile is out of warranty but i purchases this mobile on 08.06.2016 through flipcart with order no. OD[protected]. My mobile have still in problem but service center of intex not do any help. pls resolve the issue

I have my bought my phone on Dec -16. Till Feb-17, there is no complaint in Phone. But 1-03-17, Phone is not working properly. so I have given to Intex service center in Chennai. They have committed that, they will return the phone within 20 days. But after 20 days, if i contact, there is no proper response. Till today, after 3 month also, they have not return my phone and I didn't get proper any proper response. Herewith attached Service request form Fyi.

I am Alokesh Majumder. I have submitted my phonr in Intex service center in Krishnagar, Nadia, West Bengal in 17/04/2017, my jobsheet number: [protected]T001. Today is 17/05/2017. It's been 1 month I haven't got my phone yet. Service center also not giving any information about my phone. I don't know what to do now. If you can, please help me in this matter. Thank you.

I have intex aqua power. The phone is working perfectly fine but meanwhile it automatically shuts down and then keeps restarting indefinitely. Then i have to unplugged its power supply by unplugging its battery latch. After waiting for 2 minutes then i plugg it again and restart my phone. Then it works again perfectly fine. There are no softwere issues. Its looks just a power supply issue. Please can somebody help?

I bought a INTEX TV from a dealer last 4 months back and the the TV was damaged last month I was complaint to Intex engineer he was come and check that TV and told me this is not comes under physical damage sooo please help me...

Dear sir, I am using intex cloud crystal 2.5D. I am having worst experience with your product. I have requested for battery for same for 2 months but service center is not getting the battery. My mobile is under warranty period. I requested you that please don't cheat customer to say that your service is best, it is one of the worst service i can say. Please stop manufacture such type of product, if you are unable to provide solution. I am recommending to not buy intex mobile. Intex is one of the worst brand of mobile. My mobile not even one year old, its having lot of problem.

Mobil is very bed muche phene liye 10 din bhi nahi hua phene hank ka raha hai our charger bhi sahi she kam nahi kar kaha hair mai kya karu mai phene leke phase gaya hu

Sir, I am very annoyed with service to procure a battery for my inter aqua super mobile. I have been bluffed for last two weeks saying cock and bull stories by your rep at service center at Dr. AS Rao nagar, Hyderabad. One job sheet raised on 1 may 17 and closed on the same day. I have been intimated to collect the battery after 4 days. On 4th he apologised for closing my jobsheet and intimated to come after 4 days.new jobsheet raised vide[protected]T001 on 8 may 17. This time the battery arrived but not matching my set. So what is the solution for my sad situation after purchasing your product. I lost all hope on your existence.

I have purchased the above mentioned mobile phone from www.amazon.in and the product was delivered on april 27 2017 and this product is registered under the name of manisha sharma at 40 dr s p mukherjee road, kolkata-700028 (Dumdum canntonment-gorabazar)

Firstly, there was no warranty card sent from the manufacturer or the seller when the box was opened, i had called us amazon customer service to enquire about this, but they said that there is no warranty card provided by the manufacturer, however i had bought the same product just 1 month back from amazon.in and it contained the warranty card.
O when same product is purchased again why there was no warranty card available?

I had already left a feedback about this product on amazon website and had intent to return this product if its a faulty product, i have called up the customer service but they are refusing to register a complain against this and are not willing to take this product back or replace it with new one and they are saying that replacement window is closed and they cannot replace it now.

This is completely fraud with the customer that intex is selling faulty products online and cheating with the customers and amazon is helping this company to cheat and when they are receiving complain against the product, they are refusing to replace it to the customer.

I would request you to take strict action against intex and amazon so that they cannot sell anymore faulty products online and fool the customers anymore.

I would really appreciate if you help me to have this product replaced asap and also stop them for selling such products online.

I have bought an intex handset in october last year. But after 2 weeks it started malfunctioning. From that period i have submitted this handset 4 times. Now i asked company to replace my handset, from 1 march 2017 to today i didnt get any positive response from company. They only make excuses from day one. They one keep on repairing my handset but i dont want a repair handset its only 5 month to buy a handset and its repaired for 4 times??? I dont intex selling second hand mobiles or what. I had gone to intex store palampur himachal regarding my probkem with sim slot.. They told me after checking my phone that it will take 10-15 days to repair.. That time i refused because i had not any phone to use. And this time i have a phn and today i goes to intex service.. And this time it has two more problem regarding speaker and battery.. And i told them that had gone to intex care palampur about sim slot problem.. And lady sitting there started to misbehave me and that u have repair it outside and we have no entry about that. I told her that it can be there fault what can i do.. She contibue to misbehave and told me to repair it from anywhere else.. And i am not submittingbit nis this the way u resolve problems??

मैने 30-04-17 को हैंडसेट INTEX ULTRA G 3 खरीदा था पर इन 5 दिनों मे ये 2 बार बन्द हो गया हैं और फिर थोड़ी देर के बाद अपने आप चालू हो गया ।पर आज ये शाम से बंद हैं और अभी सर्विस सेन्टर भी बन्द हैं कृपया मेरी शिकायत दर्ज करे

My mobile of Intex Brand has been stolen. It's IMEI no. is [protected] & [protected]. Please Help me to get my mobile.

I have purchased a mobile (Aqua view), and after 15 days it was not working and after repairing it 3 times from service centre, all parts of the mobile has been changed by service centre but it is still not working properly (Heating, finger print sensor not working, speaker not working and hanging some times).in 4 month after purchasing the mobile i left my mobile 3 weeks in service centre and problem is still there.
Please give me my money back, i cant run after service centre by leaving my important works.
