Myself Pabitra Das from Tezpur (Assam), I bought an Intex LED HD '32' inch Television (Model no. 3213) yesterday that is on 27-04-17 and i have been told by the dealer that intex service personal will come to your home within 24 hrs for wall mounting but it's been more than a day and there isn't any1 coming to my home and neither any1 calling me about it. Then i decided to call customer care and a lady from Intex service told me that you will receive a phone call from this no. ([protected]) and surprisingly even then no1 is calling me...regarding WALL MOUNTING... I am truly fed up now...

I have purchased intex aqua phone worth rs:5000/- on 23rd april 2017 at belgaum karnataka next day i came to mumbai (My job location).
I facing lot of issues in my phone
When i went to service center they told to there is problem in motherboard and to replace this mobile with new one i need to go back to karnataka within 7 days which is not possible for me
Why they are not replacing this mobile in mumbai.
I have original bill with me.

Sir mene intex aqua young ka mobile liya tha but usme charging late ho rahi hai aur muskil se 4-5 hour battery chalti hai isliye me apke service center sultanpuri ke yashi Telecom gaya tha but vaha ye problem solve nahi hui hai aur mujhe chakkar lagate lagate 1 week ho gaye aur upar se vo misbihave kar rahe the sir plz help me and solve my problem sir ap kuch karo ya me kuch karu me bhi apka customer hu

Mobile not charging well, it takes 6 to 8 hours to fully charged. I am do servicing with their service centers, service center people simply told take new phone/mobile. These mobiles gives high radiation, and when ever talking in phone these mobiles gives high high radiation. These mobiles and chargers not supported to any other chargers and mobiles.

Respected sir/madam, on date[protected] i have lost my intex cloud 9 mobile evening time between 9:pm to 9:45 pm at anand city, gujarat. Lost clocation is lambhvel road, opo - iris hospital, near indira statue, anand city, gujarat.

I am vishvesh paliwal.in my life i brought a first phon, named intex aqua fish, in the starting month of november 2016.in starting some days it was nice, bt after some days i got some technical problem. After a long suffered i called intex helpline and register complaints many time about problem like overheating, battery - backup & charging about 10 rupees every day. But after 2-3month later i didnt received any help about such critical problem... So finally i decided to go in consumer court.. Before registering in court i just want to inform you that your consumer is not happy and satisfied with services...

Lines in screen:- dear tem i bought intex led tv mdel 4016 months back from a dealer but from last sunday morning it will comes with lines. Iwas call to customer care and one engeneer was came and he checked the tv and said there is no physical damage in hole tv. Then one person calling from intex and he said it will not comes under warranty but my tv has 3 years warranty. And said it will repair with the cost of 16700/-. But when i am seeing the tv suddenly lines ae come on entire srceen so this is not an physical damage... So why people are said that much of amount if my tv will not repaired i will complaint on court ok...

I've visit to intex service center gandhi nagar jammu. Only software problem in my phone, they only reset my phone and gave my back in just 5-6 min and take 950 rupees and no bill or cash memo given to me, they said Intex is not providing bill. I really upset with your service, i think if service certified person take charges like this so outside is better then your service. Regarding this contact me on [protected]

Your service center are so rude and not treat well to their customers, and they don't have knowledge, my phone have software problem but they said its touch problem you have to change screen and touch combo.

I am Sivasankar. My Intex Mobile - Aqua Power+ had some charging probem and I have visited Access Zone Service center chennai.

1. They have said need to change the MainFb - charging strip on 24/1/2017 and it will cost Rs.650. I said ok and the mobile got repaired on 2/2/2017 and i paid Rs. 650 and got it. Within 2 days its dont work and i where out of station for a month.

2. Again I visited the service center and complained. But they said need to change it AGAIN. So its second time i need to pay to change MainFb - charging strip. They said same charge but after long conversation they accepted me to pay Rs. 400

Send complaint around[protected] and again amount paid Rs. 400 on 10/4/2017

What a worst Intex handset which had charging problem and service with their service center and not worked and need to pay again to change the spare.

The mobile amount need to reversed on this worst Intex model or replace it will working mobile for me.

Enclosed the 2 bills from Access Zone Service center.

Please take an action on this and revert me.

I gave my mobile (intex aqua ace II) 6-7 times n service center near odhav, then after a long time it is resolved . but now my mobile is not charging from 2 days this time i gave my mobile to service center near CTM. At there i gave 2 times, and now also same as my mobile i think they did't do anything.
Sorry to say, but ur mobile is really very worst!
What will I do now????? right now i want my phone very immediately
(Charging problem, battery problem, when i use mobile for 15-20 min. mobile is getting tooo hot..!)

Sir i have purchased one intex aqua speed hd (sea blue) online from amazon and within a year the touch is not working . i take the mobile to the nearest authorized intex mobile service centre at intex technologies (india) ltd. C/O /Ayushi Electronics and handover them for repair on 07/03/2017 . The moblie is in warranty period and person at service centre said that the touch is available. my job sheet no. is[protected]T001, it was almost one month over and i have`nt get my mobile repaired . i request you to please check the status so that the company give me my mobile repaired or replaced with new mobile.

First time I was to the registered service center of intex for repairing my Mobiles touchpad because it's not working properly and receiver alsoAsked from the Service Center will be 7 days. And I will have another 15 days or so he was told to return after seven days. I do not understand why so much delay to the

Hi. I purchased an intex aqua pride handset in october 2016. The android system got corrupt within two months. The phone was within the warranty period, so i submitted it in the gurgaon service center on 20th january 2017.

Since then, i have been issued 5 different jobsheets for the same problem. I received calls from the customer care department saying my issue has been resolved and i may pick it up. So, i went to the service center 5 times till date:
First time, they misplaced my original battery with an old and non fuctioning battery. So the phone could not be switched on.
Second time, they changed the battery but my original android issue was left untouched.
Third time, they took in the phone but did nothing to resolve the problem.
Fourth time, they pretended to be clueless and said it will go to the company. Now, a fifth jobsheet has been issued.

All the above nonsense has happened within a span of three months and still counting. The assistance number never rings. Whenever i called the intex customer care number they say they will look into the matter and give me resolution within a week. But till date i have not received my phone. Please tell me what to do now.

I have given my mobile to your service center date 08/10/2016 for display repairing but till date I am not receive the same. Can I know in how many days I will receive same? If I Will not get the same within 5 working days I will go to consumer court against you. Hence requesting you to pls look in to the matter and resolve the same on priority basis. I purchased Intex i6 on 16/05/2016 Having a warranty of 12 months. Now obile has issue relating to Display and Sim Card slot. Intex service centre said that your warranty is void as your sim card slot is damaged and he is also refsuing to repair the display as your warranty become void due to sim card slot damaged. BUT as per Intex warranty card guidelines warranty is not valid for damages resulting due to breakages and warranty does not become void. So asper intex warranty guidelines I am eligibles for warranty against Display of my mobile.

The screen of my Intex Cloud Force was broken due to a fall of 25 inch although there was CORNING gorilla glass on it but it broke...my phone is still in the warranty period...I contacted CORNING they said to contact the manufacturer so I contacted you.
Plz tell how it will be replaced or repaired...should I contact my nearest service centre.
Kindly somehow get it replaced or repaired

Respectfully I beg to say that my name is Sujay and I have a intex mobile phone (INTEX AQUA 4.5E)(Purchasing date 04/08/2016) and its IMEI No.[protected]. The power button of mobile phone does not work, So I went to Allahabad service center for repair, but they did not repair it because they said that my warranty has been expired but I purchased it 04/08/2016. After that I informed at[protected] on 22/3/2017 but I do not get reply so again i called on 28/03/2017 but I dont get any service so i again called today but I dont get reply.
So its my humble request please help me.
