Respected sir,
I have brought this intex mobile on 9/5/2017. After one month of buying i faced certain problem like ;-
1. Display not working
2. Mic problem
Then i given the mobile to service center and my issue resolved but the problem was my mobile display was black but they inserted white display. I complain in service center but they said company do not have black display. At that time my mobile looks odd. Then after one month again some problem occur:-
1. Display lining
2. Power button not working
3. Headphone not working
Then i submitted mobile to service center to resolve my issue. I said to him that i want black display this time and if not possible i want my mobile replaced because of so many problem occurring but yesterday they called me and said my mobile repaired but with white display. They neither replaced mobile nor they replaced black display and giving exuses. So sir i am not going to take my mobile from there and now i want my mobile must be replaced. If it is not happen i will go to consumer court and complain about your company. Sir since i brought the mobile at least 3 month it is in service center. So if you can do something then do otherwise i will take action from my side.
