Dear sir,

I had purchased this very good handset hardly 2 month ago.
I have till now only one big issue i. E. Battery.

It takes around 5-6 hours to charge merely 30-40% battery.
Even if it is charged for 30% it disappears very early within hours.

Please understand my inconvenience, hope that you will make an arrangement so that my battery gets replaced.

Dear Sir,

Regret to inform you that I am yet to get a suitable resolution to my concern, also the charger submitted not yet repaired under the said job sheet/no intimation recd from your team.

My earlier mail highlighted the Battery issue, I am yet to receive a resolution from TEAM INTEX.
For your kind information, I bought your brand handset in spite of the negative news about your brand that "once one purchase handset he/She has to struggle a lot should there be any service issue!!!""

Is this the kind of treatment you give to your loyal customers. Please treat this an Opportunity to restore your lost trust in the Market.

Hope that Team Intex would definitely take remedial measures towards after sale service issues to restore confidence in INTEX Brand !!!

Hi, Team INTEX,

Still I am facing with Battery issue. I mean it is not getting fully charged within 3-4 hours.
it gets exhausts too soon!!!

Please note that I had visited your authorised service centre (SHREE SHARDA MOBILE) dated 26.08.2017.
This is located at Santacruz (W), Mumbai.

Also mentioned the battery issue in the complaint form.
Still technician s to my surprise only noted to replace charger and they completely ignored the battery issue.
Kindly understand my problem I am going thru and ask them to replace the battery/also handover me new charger at the earliest.

My mobile is 1 month back charging problem 500/- charging
Agin sheme charging problem continued.
This mobil 25 days servic senter.
