[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — mobile phone not working. | |||
Intex aqua lions-T1 ph purchased on 23.01.18 from Novelty Telecom, Kolkata-700108 against Invoice No. NT/GDL06104/17-18. The mobile set is not working properly as it has been heated abruptly even not after using internet on the set. The battery of the phone also is a defective one, as the charge is drained out very quickly while not using the phone and the set became switched off. Not even that, after connecting the charger, charging is not done. I have to open the battery & after reinstalling the battery, it has been charged. I have visited twice in the mobile shop about the problem, they look into the matter and assured me that the problem didn't relapse, but after 2/3 days i am facing the same problem. The mobile set seems to be a defective one to me and i want to replace the mobile set/refund the amount from your end as early as possible. One of the worst mobile in the world is intex mobiles, their service centres are only cheaters, dont even think about intex mobiles, i have cheated with their service centre at Marthandam many times and costs me more than 5000 rs but even now my problems not solved by them and they dont know anything about mobile servicing.
