[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — mobile submitted for display replacement still not received | |||||
Hi, I purchased a intex phone trusting the brand but its highly disappointing to me that i gifted my dad such a cheap n unrealible brand. The ph was purchased on 17th July and the model is Intex Acqua crystal (BK-DS). I had a problem in the display of the ph and handed over to the panjim service center on 23rd sep 2017, The complaint was registered under Job sheet#[protected]T001. Till date that is 25th Oct 2017 inspite of regerious follow ups i have not received the handset back. Neither any spare ph is given to use. This kind of poor service is not expected and neither can carry any explaination. Please look into this matter. If this issue is not resolved i will have to forcebly take help from the consumer forum and will also publish this complain on social media. This 24 to 48 hours has lead to 37 days to replace the display. What is my benefit in investing in a phone whose service is so poor.
