[Resolved]  Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — regarding phone repairing

I have bought an intex aqua ring in november but in june its touch screen is not worked, then i go to the service center they told me to wait 8-10 days and after we repaired, we will inform you. After 15 days when i am not getting phone i call to the customer care they told me to wait more 3 days and in june 29 they return my phone and told me you should take your phone and give it to us after 10 days because now parts are not available and again i give my phone on july 29 but till now i am not getting my phone. Many times i have call to customer care and service center but they gave me only false hope. Now i am thinking to file a consumer case against your company.
