I purchased a tower speakers for my dance academy and it was damaged and then i submitted complain on 26 december 2017 and they say we will come within 2 days. I called back and then they says again we will come within 24 hours but still no response. My dance academy is about to close due to lack of speaker.

I am following up with intex from past 1month but service provider 24hrs never come, I was keep on reporting same complain again and again but team is not supporting and giving any resolution
