[Resolved] Intex Mobile — Service

I had submited my phone (Aqua I5 octa ) for repaier at intex service center-Technocare solution Pvt. LTD E 14 ground floor lajpat Nagar -2 New Delhi 110024 on date 11/08/2015 but they replace my phone with Aqua star II HD instead of resolving my issue .The phone given to me is a low quality to my Aqua I5 octa phone and the replacement phone is also not working properly. After my repeated requests for my actual phone they didnot listen and they just provied me the replacement phone.

I had submitted my phone for repaire at intex service center TECHNOCARE SOLUTION PVT.LTD LAJPAT nagar-2 new delhi-24 on dt. 11/08/15 but they replace my phone (aqua I5 octa) with Aqua star II HD istead of resolving my issue. The phone given to me is an used and cheap to my phone (Aqua I5 octa) and the replacement phone is also not working properly. After my repeated request for my actual phone they did not listen and they just provide me the replacement phone so kindly provide me my actual phone otherwise a new phone .please solve my problem earliest otherwise i will complaint in consumer court.

Today i call on [protected] regarding register my complaint at 11:21am mr.sandeep attend my call and say to me that why are u complaining after 15 day of receive phone( thats mean Mr. Sandeep was already know that replaced phone is not working properly) then i told him that i already mentioned it that after my repeated request for my actual phone they did not listen in my consumer complaint .

If you can not solve my complaint then I Will attend consumer court. This is not my threat. It is only my one way if you can't solved my complaint.
