Hi Recently I bought Intex Aqua Q5 Mobile worth rs5000 and after 4 days my phone's touchscreen was broken than also phone is workin g fine., Due to financial impact thought i will repair my touch after 10 15 days but betwwen this my Phone got dead now service center denied to do repair in waranty although i am ready to pay 1500 for touchscreen and IC Still they are telling me within 20days I have to throw the phone as it is not repairable. Kindly do the needful for my favour as I am nbot affordable for new phone

Sir, I purchased mobile of INTEX Aqua power+ on 17/06/2015 @ Reliance Digital Guntur.After 8 days i got problem with heavy heat and then i concerned service center in Vijayawada.They updated software updated and same problem repeated within two days of time.Once again i concern them then they replaced set which is not my original set model (INTEX AQUA 4G+) on august month.After that i encountered the problem i gave in service center but they give answers irresponbly. even they didn't provide any substitute till my phone repaired.I am attached present job sheet and purchased order.So plase kindly help me to resolve my problem as possible as.Thanking you sir.

I purchased a intex aqua star 2 dual sim mobile, after two month it had a display problem, i hand over the mobile to intex service centre hapur institute of technology and information
Shop no f-138 first floor ganga plaza begam bridge road meerut -250002 uttar pradesh on 16/09/2015 they said that after a week i will get my mobile, but till 16.10.2015 i have not got my mobile .Evey time i go to servicecente they are saying that you will get the set in 2-3 days...

We Have Purchased a Intex Mobile ( Cloud Pace) month back Company has Send me faulty product i am faced problem after 1 week for which i have looged a complaint in company they told me to go the service center . i went to service center and submit my phone and told me to come after 15 days . after 15 days when i follow for my handset they did not give proper response i have visit 4 times at service station they give me every time come after 2 days after one month they give the phone which is in worst condition and changed the model also when i asked the same from them they told me we can't do anything please speak to company

On[protected] i handed over my intex aqua i5hd to (intex care ranchi) as its touch and chargeing was not working .then thy say me come next monday and teke your phone .but till now i cant get my phone. in between when i called there they didnt pick my call.i go to there office 6 times .eveary time they told me come tomorrow you will get your phone but the next day they did not returned my phone .its a long period .and care office is 20 km away from my home . pls take some action on this.

The below mention comment is also posted by me in the facebook wall of Intex Sir/Madam, It is very unfortunate to mention here that I am very unsatisfied by the service provided by Intex company. I had bought mobile Intex cloud Y2 last year.. Suddenly, my battery stopped working and became thick... As the warranty was over on my battery, I visited service centre of Neharu Place, Delhi in search of battery but they directly stated me that I would not get the battery as company did not manufacture it. I was astonished to hear it so for confirmation I called on helpline, I got the reply that I would get the battery soon. They also provided me a contact number [protected] to send a message writing SVC. I sent a message and got the reply from your company that “ Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that battery is out of stock right now so kindly wait for some time. Regards, Team Intex I have been searching for the battery from the last 6 Months. I visited lots of shops and contacted all the service centers of Intex available in Delhi but unable to find the battery of Intex Cloud Y2. At the time of buying mobile the only idea in my mind was to take from an Indian brand and the Intex was the best option. But now after facing such a difficulty I will definitely never buy an Intex product and also advise others not to take any product from the Intex brand. Only just for the shortage of battery if any customer loose more than 6000 rs...Why will anybody take Mobile of Intex? Will I have to throw my Intex Mobile phone of more than 6000rs in a dustbin only because o[censored]navailabity of battery. .If not then from where can I get? Waiting for the solution from your end. I have purchased Intex Aqua HD 5.0 (Golden Blue) form Amazon.in on April 2015. By June 2015 mobile was not getting charged which was in switch off condition and i took mobile to Intex Service Center after holding mobile for 20 days for getting repaired I got my mobile back, Job Sheet No.:[protected]T001 dated : 13/06/2015. Again by the first week of August 2015 mobile got hanging problem for with again i have took mobile to Intex Service Center for getting repair. Job Sheet No:[protected]T001 dated: 12/08/2015. And now i.e. October 2015 again my Intex mobile has display problem i.e., shades of lines in display and Hanging problem is there and again i have handed over to intex service center. Job Sheet No.:[protected]T001 Dated: 10/10/2015 and intex service center person has asked me to wait for another 20 days to get back. In humanity just think that after spending money will a person will go to service center again and again. Within 6 month after purchase I have to give my mobile 3 times i.e., in break of 2 month i.e. purchased in April 2015. In June 2015, August 2015 & October 2015 I have to give it to service center. Each time new problem within that 2 times I have same complaint of mobile hanging, i don’t know what class of material or spares are been used in Intex mobile. Intex mobile has mentally hurt me lot. I have to travel nearly 80Kms to take the mobile to Intex Service Center. For each and every 2 month it is impossible. My kind request is that take back my Intex mobile and please refund my money so that i can purchase some other good branded mobile or replace with other good Intex mobile.

I have problem with this smartphone battry... when i bought this smartphone it gives good battry backup.. but now it not giving good battry backup. it have 4000mah battry. it shows charging but when i unplugged from charger .. battry not charged. what i do from this smartphone.

Please help me sir, I purchased a intex aqua style pro for rupees 7000 after two month it messing with a lot of hang out problems still I was using that because I heard a lot of bad reviews of service center. However when mobile phone screen went out and phone was under warranty so I visited service center of Ghaziabad named "Goel Service cennter" on August 7 2015.

Now since last two month whenever I trying to get my phone they are saying not repaired yet. when I spoke with customer care @[protected] they told me phone returned without repair and service center supposed to provide me another same phone. Very first thing service center guys also not informing me correct reason why phone not repaired yet and service center guys are ready fight without any reason and offering to take a damaged phone. Now my friend told me to write a mail to you. I am also going to file a case against Intex at consumer court but again I am a office going men I don't have too much time to do all these things.
Please tell me what I need to do?

But just after 2 months o[censored]sing it suddenly my mobile got switched off.I have contacted local intex service centre they are asking Rs.4599/- for replacing the motherboard as according to them because of battery sweating it got damaged. I want a replacement of the mobile or want my money back as its totally abnormal of sweating of battery in normal temperature more over I have 1 year warranty too.

I have purchase intex cloud power plus though amazon.com from 13 August 2015 mobile battery not properly charging battery charging indicated showing but charging percentage not increasing I have 3 time send mobile repair from intex service centre but not repair properly and I m lot of money consuming from more time visit service center.i am suffering physically and mentally disturb.i request you to consider the matter on high priority and make arrangements to get my mobile replace as it is in warranty .

My name is rohit nigam. i have purchased intex aqua life 2 phone . some problem in phone i have submit phone on service center lko on 28 sep 2015. toady is being 14 days of submitting phone. but he did not repair my phone. when i call him they behave rudely with me and told me come and take phone without repair. give me no satisfaction answer.i have so trouble with this service .this service center is so bad and service so bad. please sir help me.and solve this problem.

I go to Intex Service center for resolving my problem on the Intex aqua power HD since 15 days but they do not provide any help and they charge money for repair this mobile which is only 5 months old.they asking your warranty period is expired, but the truth is this in only 5 months old. So I want to repair my mobile free of cost during this warranty period.
