Intex Mobile — Touch prob

My Intex aqua star 2 im purchaced april 4 2015 in 6400and after purchase 12 april mobile touch autimatic stop while m using Mobile and after touch stop m going to service center on12 april he said touchdefective i said ok please resolve my prob fast he said m order the touch feom compny isaid ok how much time to resolve my prob he said 8 days okk when i contact service center in 10 days after he said plz wait 6 days again m going he said 5 days today 18 may but not any response from compny or service center m vry irritate and vryyy bad expirinc with intex no tilll 12 april to 18 may not any reaponce feom compny 2 days before m register complaint in consumer complaint website but no respons from compny WHAT IS THIs if within 2 days not resolve problm m going to court for case on intex compny wtf bc plzz dnt buy intex product i hope compny refund my money or new cell m waiting urvaluble reviews thnk u M from una himachal My complaint register in service center in 20 april but compny say your complaint submit in service center on 4 may i have written proof from service center m attach file Plz chek it and take action

not return phone after 1 month
