Dear sir
Have no use sailfish os system so please help to me for exchange intex aqua fish mobile from another phone.so please help to me

I gave mobile handset to service centre, Ovez Communications, Richmond Road, Bangalore on 15/02/2017 for service, which was not switching on. The service centre people say contact next week always when I call them. I visited twice in person they say to come after 2 or 3 days by calling. Finally I shouted at them on 28/03/2017 they say same answer contact next week and when i argued how many days still you need to service and i can complaint to compliant directly - Intex company, the service centre guy says the problem is from company itself we are not getting spare part and says to complaint to company. The customer service of the service centre is very bad and Intex company products are also very low quality. The handset got repaired only within 1.5 months. Very third rated product.

My name is Ajesh Saviour a resident of Raipur(Chhattisgarh), recently I gave my Intex aqua lions 3g phone for servicing as the touch wasn't working quite well. The service centre said that the phone would be returned to me in 10 days .It has now been more than 12 days since i gave them my mobile phone. Even once they called me to take my phone back around 12.00 noon on a very hot summer day and when i got there they said it is still pending, sir/mam i am a student and cant afford this loss in my time.
Apart from this there service is satisfying, first time i gave my phone it came back with a network problem which they took a month to resolve which is a clear violation of their own policy of returning the goods on the seventh day.
There is no coordination in their staff and zero administration.I am not the only one who has suffered a great loss of time and money on this.
Kindly consider this matter seriously.

The product has been submitted to service center 3 months ago as the mobile was not charging.After being examined the service center informed me about faulty mother board of the device .But till date no solution has been provided and the center is not taking any responsibility and does not pay any heed.

I had bought an intex mobile for a relative as a gift. After 2 days she returned it to me. The touch did not work, mobile got heated up after every call. Battery drained within 2 hours of idle lying. It toom me 10 days to trace the service centre as wrong numbers are updated on website. I went to maa vaishnavi entrp in noida. After following up they called me after 2months. The mobile again did not switch on. Without any apology the exec told me that now the battery is faulty, without checking my battery in another mobile. I told her this mobile is not mine and the imei sticker is tampered as well. She kept the mobile. I have written several emails to area manager but he does not care for customers. It is 5months now.

Myself Pinky, at starting of march 2017 I visited in your service center at sultan puri p-2. I was facing problem of display off and on in my Intex smartphone. After waiting approx 1 hr I got solution of display but now it's mic was not working properly I informed them immediately then an executive went into inside of service center and after 5-7 min he told me that he had replaced the Mic I was surprised that as sooner he replaced the Mic. Anyways I came back to my home after getting my phone. But next day I was facing the same problem of Mic, so I visited there again on 17th March 2017 and had word with Mr Deepak who told me that he had changed the Mic, actually he didn't change the mic and he was making me fool. When next time I was explaining the same problem again and told him that the mic was not changed last time then he shouted at me and talked very rudely. He said to me get repare my phone at another service center and He said to me to lodge a complain against them anywhere. He challenged me to get repare my mobile in this service center.
You are requested to look into this matter. You should teach your staff that how they should talk with a customer specially with girl, they should talk with respect.
I'm waiting for your revert and resolve my problem of phone as soon as possible.

I have deposited a mobile which was out of order within the warranty period in the service centre in Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar on 20.02.2017.Since 35 days have elapsed and there is no response from the service centre regarding the repair of the phone. When contacted they are advising They have despatched the same to the compnay and it will come soon.

Intex Mobile model aqua Shine 4G ran out of problem again . Bought intex aqua glam in june 2016, it stopped working in 20 days and was replaced by intex aqua shine 4G . Its third time its not working after taking it to the service center . Had to pay Rs 2300 for its repair also . Also the service station is far from my home .

i have to wait for month to receive my phone back . facing a lot of problems . Services rendered are poor .
in hope for a early help to my problem.

Intex shine 4g i purchased 8/10/2016, from starting was network issue.. I inform to service centre. Than again i got touchpad problem... Touchpad problem solved but network problem not solve. These for i again handset deposit to customer care 4/02/2017 after two months i got my mobile but extra with two problem camera and flash light not working. That was same model old mobile repaired replace. Upto now no solution. Please same range handset replace another model.

3 outgoing other end ask u r voice very low for all call’s
4 on off switch not work proper
5 sometime automatically switch off mobile
7 fingerprint not work
8 battery when we charged 5hours 100% done but with 1houser battery very low massage come and 5%
9 some time display black screen come
10 When I charging index mobile with 10mint mobile very heat (hot) producing come

Help me what to do when imei invalid

Dear All,

I had submitted my INTEX mobile for servicing on 07/02/2017 due to display problem & had acknowledged for paid servicing of the same. After a weeks time I called up the INTEX service center & got the confirmation that the display has been repaired & I can collect it from them after payment.
After reaching the service center I was surprised that the display that had come(White) was not that was earlier(Black) & it was looking too ODD. When I requested the service support guys at the center to replace the same they said that it was not in their hands & the entire issue is from INTEX. Then I decided to call up the customer care helpline wherein I was advised by the CS executive not to accept the phone or make any payment if something like that had happened & I did the same.
He took the complain and assured me to fix the problem within 7 working days. Ever since I have tried to reach INTEX customer care & everytime I have been assured that they are taking up the issue to their highest priority & will be fixed in next 2 days..next 2 days...

I sincerely fail to understand how can you really be serious about resolving simple issues like this & how do you expect your customer to live in todays life without having a newly bought phone for more than 40 days and dont know how many more days to count.

Please treat the matter with your sincere senses & revert with some productive results or resolution at the earliest before a customer completely feels cheated after buying a phone of your brand.

On 2nd feb i paid money for my intex aqua shine mobile screen replacement.It's informed me that it will take 10 days and now it is 45 days and there is no response from the service center (brodipet, guntur). After repeated enquiry the service center replied that there will be replacement of the phone. Again I waited for 1 week and now no one the manager connected a conference call to some head and he told no spare available and we show a solution by the next day. From that day those people the office, manager were not picking the call and were not responding. I'm a working woman where i go at 7am and come back by 6:30 pm and on sunday they will not open the service center.I'm fed up and i want my problem to be resolved at the earliest.

I Arpit Bhatia ([protected]) purchased INTEX aqua shine 4g from Mobile link Sector-18, Noida @ Rs. 8000/- on 8/11/2016, since starting the mobile is having network problem, I visited to the intex service center in sector -27, but they were not able to resolve the issue they said sometime network does not come its not an issue, when I faced the issue on regular basis I again visited to the service center on 21\2\2017 and submitted the mobile under the job-sheet number[protected]T001 and today is 15/3/2017, I still have not received my phone back and they are saying the phone is in the head office in Ghaziabad, very pathetic experience with INTEX and not at all happy with the services so want the resolution asap and want my to be replaced by INTEX or repaired properly .

I have submitted my phone for servicing on 13 Feb.2017 but still they did not give me back.they are not giving me proper information about phone and making me fool by saying one or two days more.I called customer care ane service center both.3 days before they told me that they are replacing my phone but now they did not have any information about phone replacing...please help me to get it back...

I have a smartphone of Intex. I buy this smartphone in Dec, 2015. From the date of purchase, i have face many problem in this phone. About five or more time i come into service center, but problems can, t resolved.
Now intex service center, jaipur replaced this smart phone, but in the replaced mobile phone, i face same problem mostly charging problem.

Now I blamed Intex Company...

Massage what i have recive from intex before 10 days ago but as per the service center its not done whats going on and if i am calling to that people they ignore this company is provding all dustbin products from the purchesing date its using by service center.
