Sir/Mam,
There is a problem in my phone and that incident happen on 10 march 2017 at 10:00 PM. The problem is that its speaker is not working, like when we play songs then songs start but sound does not come from the speakers, if any call come then call come but sound does not come, when we put call at loud speaker then we are not able to listen any thing and same case with the earphone which is provided with the phone in earphone sound does not come from the speakers. My phone is of INTEX "CLOUD 4G STAR". I buy this phone by the online.

    There is a problem of network in my intex mobile and mobile is in warranty.I submit my phone in intex service centre jind(126102) as on 16.2.17 .He returned my phone on 08.3.17.But now problem is same and there is no response by service centre and number of service centre is not reachable.I submit my phone again on 9.3.17 and wo kah rahe hai ki 15 din or lagenge.       Hello i am dev bhargav,
      I bought this handset named intex aqua star 16 gb, 6 months ago from a well reputed shop of railway road hapur (where i am currently putting up ) before a month my handset began to crash applications inside of it i formatted it many times and did the best in favour of it but nothing worked so as it is gaurantee i moved to local cutomer care the looked at the phone and said it can not be repaired in warranty bcoz its little bit cracked from the corner of its bottom i said that my concern is to rapair its software not any bodily part of it i tried my best to convince them but they stucked on the same point atlast i gave money to rapair its software problem but they applied the condition that u can see it here only once u goes out the shop if it won't work we will not be responsible for it, somehow i agreed but it was my fate that my handset couldnt work properly even for an hour and when they handed me the phone it was low in battery so it was not possible to check it properly, my handset is still in gaurantee please do the needful
      I am so much disappointed and afraid of intex now i dont suggest to any of device of intex i[censored] help me to come out of it, it can work mere then !!!

        I am from jammu, j&k state. I had given my intex mobile aqua air ii for repair on dated 5.1.2017 to intex technologies pvt. C/o kings electorincs d248 karan market indira chowk jammu bearing jobsheet no.[protected]t001. Till date i not receive my mobile. I visit the store many times but they making me fool that your phone is not repair till date. I also call the customer care centre for complaining about the matter. During the conversation i came to know that my phone was repaired on 27/01/2017. It is very strange to known that company take more than one month to deliver the phone to the service centre.             I have an Intex Aqua Q5. It started lagging so I took it to a service center located at 10-B, Janakpuri District Center, Janakpuri, Delhi, 110058 . They told me that they'll update the software and give to me after 1 hour. After a hour, they said that the system's giving error and told me to come later . When I came home and switched my phone on, it won't boot . Like my phone was working before and after it won't even switch off . At the center, there was another instance of a phone going dead after the officials tried the software update . I want to know from Intex that have you guys opened your service center to destroy phone and make your customers pay more . I'm very angry and dissatisfied with Intex . I won't be buying Intex phones anymore because the quality and servicing are **** .

                      I have purchased Intex Aqua Speed HD dt.[protected].

                      The said mobile phone got burnt while kept on the bed, without anything being done from our side. In fact, it could have become a major accident if we have not taken immediate and timely action for removing the phone from the bed, to avoid whole bedsheet and mattress getting burnt.

                      We were terribly shocked by the incident as we have purchased intex mobile on the pretext of buying a quality product with zero defect, and never ever thought of seeing it burnt without any reason.

                      We lodged a formal complaint along with photographs on[protected] for deficiency in services, on a/c of having manufacturing defect in the said phone thereby causing mobile phone to get burnt and demand immediate replacement of the said handset, as the same falls under warranty condition.

                      I received acknowledgement EMAIL from Intex ON[protected] along with complaint no SR[protected], stating that they have forwarded my complaint to their concerned department and shall revert with the status. Kindly wait for the same.

                      In addition, they also mentioned to further evaluate how they can prevent this problem from occurring again in the future.

                      After waiting for almost two weeks on following up I got response from Intex on[protected] mentioning that they have already escalated my complaint to our concerned department and they are handling my case on priority. They shall revert with the status. Kindly wait for the same.

                      After getting no response I have again sent an email for a response on 3-3-2017 and waiting for a proper response.

Barmar rajasthan index authorized showroom...price 800rs.they are not give bill &warrenty...I was use one day.battery suddenly down...now my rupees gone...please don't buy the index mobiles and don't go to authorized showroom...they are give fake items..

I saw that when i call someone by video call then my camera was clear but suddenley when the person accept call so my camera darkens my live video and the person see only a dark video.                                 In October I purchased Intex Aqua Super 4G smartphone. Just after few days It screen started going dark and turns normal automatically, after few more day it got completely out of order. On dated 24/11/2016 I submitted my phone on Peeragarhi service center. After 15 days I visited services center, they told me that phone has some liquid damage due to that mother board needs to be replaces and it will cost Rs 1400.00.

                                Now It is 25 FEB 2017 they still have not received motherboard and every time I ask them for status they say motherboard is still not received. I am not getting value for my money. This is really worst and I will never recommend Intex mobile to anyone.

                                This is really one of worst experience I am facing after purchasing Intex Mobile. If you cannot provide a quality service to customer you should shut your company. This is my humble request to you that kindly deliver motherboard at the earliest.

                                I hope that you will take a prompt action on my request.

                                    I bought an intex cell phone model: intex aqua star ii from m/s ganga communications (Opp. Dispur fire station, g. S. Road, dispur, guwahati-6, ph: [protected]) on 7/7/2015. I regret to say that the cell phone is not working properly anymore.

                                    The first few months was a normal start, when suddenly the phone got real slow and often hangs with its software even after getting the software updated a number of times. After a month again there was a problem with the camera. It got some sort of water mark on its lens (Photo has been attached showing the problem of the same). After facing this i had contact intex service centre (The concept (Icp: dibrugarh) ph:[protected] / +[protected] nearby to solve this. But nothing much could be solved. And now since last month the battery gets its power consumed real fast, the battery got swollen (Inflated) and when the data connection is switched on the battery charged level drops down to 0% immediately and the phone shuts down. And even the head phone isn’t working anymore.

                                    I have been facing the above mentioned issues seriously within the warranty period time, though it expired now. It’s really surprising and shocking that a product from a reputed company like your could sell a defective piece like this to customers. I’m real disappointed having purchased product from you.

                                    Anyways let me know how do i solve this issues especially the camera and phone slow down. Also let me know from where i can get a battery online. Hoping for you early response.

                                      I have submitted my cell (Intex cloud swift) at universal enterprises Pune, which is under warranty on 22/12/2016. which has not been resolved till date. I had also called customer care regarding the same, it was informed me that your senior executives will look in to the matter and will give a call to me, which is also not done from your side. I feel i have given enough time to your team to get resolve my cell. I would finally wait for 2 more days to get my cell serviced or replaced or else will have to take some serious steps.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I Mr Raj Kumar From Sirsa, Greater Noida(UP) purchased Intex 40 CM LED before 6 months. Since than it has become defective 3 times. Every time service engineer says that it will be replaced shortly.

                                        I do not understand that what quality product you are producing and launching in the market to give you bad name.
                                        I am suffering to much and nothing is being done for me.
                                        Once again you are requested to pl replace the product and close the problem to avoid any further complaint to the concerned forum.
