I have purchased Intex Aqua Speed HD dt.[protected].
The said mobile phone got burnt while kept on the bed, without anything being done from our side. In fact, it could have become a major accident if we have not taken immediate and timely action for removing the phone from the bed, to avoid whole bedsheet and mattress getting burnt.
We were terribly shocked by the incident as we have purchased intex mobile on the pretext of buying a quality product with zero defect, and never ever thought of seeing it burnt without any reason.
We lodged a formal complaint along with photographs on[protected] for deficiency in services, on a/c of having manufacturing defect in the said phone thereby causing mobile phone to get burnt and demand immediate replacement of the said handset, as the same falls under warranty condition.
I received acknowledgement EMAIL from Intex ON[protected] along with complaint no SR[protected], stating that they have forwarded my complaint to their concerned department and shall revert with the status. Kindly wait for the same.
In addition, they also mentioned to further evaluate how they can prevent this problem from occurring again in the future.
After waiting for almost two weeks on following up I got response from Intex on[protected] mentioning that they have already escalated my complaint to our concerned department and they are handling my case on priority. They shall revert with the status. Kindly wait for the same.
After getting no response I have again sent an email for a response on 3-3-2017 and waiting for a proper response.
