11days ago i have submitted my mobile for complaint of bad replacement .they talk me about replacement i will give you replacement but after 11 days they give mi a repaired mobile .2nd time change motherboard.idont want this mobile i want other replacement or refund.please give mi a fast replacement.

Camera and back flash be bad within 45 days

I had purchased the above said product from snapdeal video invoice no.sbd230/16--17/3821 on 28/05/2016 .But it is not working properly, so I contacted to your good office on dated 02/02/2017.They advised me to contact the nearest dealer at Canal Road, The Mall, Kanpur for its replacement free of cost.I contacted him and they retain my product, but after few days they gave me the same product in a box by using the Alfie seal and demanding Rs.400/=.As product is in guarantee period so, why should I pay the Amount.Pl. do the necessary action so that I can trust on your company & products as ever..otherwise I have to think for any other proceeding.Hoping for a favourable & prompt action & reply from your end as earliest .

I visit in lajpat nagar service center today, for my handset repair second time in One month, my phone is already in warranty, i purchase this phone in december. but there staff told me you have to pay 4000 for repair this handset. is it right?????////

Hi Im Vishal im puchaed intex watch in may 2016.i used few months watch but in month nov 2016 i have faceing such problems. i complent in intex gallery & sumit my watch.after 1 week i was gone in gallery she says your watch we have replace your watch in 1 week. when i was collted watch the watch was used & old watch give me.i was not collceted this watch becouse some othe person used this watch.i was called in customer care always all team saying we are giveing your request we will solve & we have send new watch.but till date i follup all times but till date no any call fromm customer care.i record all calls.last 6 months no any respoance.

I have given my Intex cloud flash smart phone for service on 27th December 2016. But still now I haven't received back my phone or know the status. The call center is telling me that, it is in the state of repair and did not update the status.

I need to know the following:

1. The status of my phone.
2. When it will be ready.

I am very much upset with the answer provided by the customer care executives regarding the Service of my phone and also the service center which is taking this long time to make my phone work.

Please do address this issue as soon as possible.

I have ragisted many complaints regarding my balance deduction issue is that my balance got deduced various times dew to a sms send automatically unable to detache where that sms sended usually it happened when I reboot my cell i m getting fed up by that your services no one helped me regarding that n no support from your customer care last complaint number with customer care is [protected]ZPPS kindly solve that issue on priority base else I have to take that issue to consumer foram

I have purchased mobile handset of intex company( intex cloudswift) from lotus electronics supermart (a unit of cpr distributers pvt ltd)choti khajrani indore on 26/6/2016.
The phone got hanged up in nov 2016 & was submitted for repair to the service centre of the intex technologies c/o ayushi electronics m-115 yashwant plaza opp rly station indore on 17/11/16.Job sheet no[protected]t001
till date the mobile has not been repaired & the service centre people are behaving irresponsibly giving fake assurences & citing new problems on every visit.
The concerned senior authority ajit sharma is not available to discuss the matter on the phone no given.([protected])
if the hand set is defective it should be replaced as it is under guarentee period.If repair is possible it should be done at the earliest as already almost 3 monts have passed from the time the mobile has been given for repair at the service centre.

My intex aqua fish mobile is in warranty period and is has problem with its mother board. I approached service center and I submitted my mobile on Jan 11 2017. One month has gone still not yet my problem solved.

I ordered a intex pulzz band from Flipkart ..first I got a damaged product which did not contain any screw driver and changeable strap as mentioned in specifications somehow I got replaced as battery was also not working..but even after replacement and complaining about not getting any strap and screw driver in 1st one still in 2nd one I also did not get any of these..this is annoying and cheating..they are not giving what they prescribed in specifications so I want my all tools which comes as company's prescribes

I don't know weather it will affect the company or not but i really had a bad experience and facing it now also.

The problem is of my mobile charging once i got it repaired after taking keeping my phone in service center for more than 15 days as mentioned i will get it in with in 15 days. Now, am facing the problem again my phone is not charging again.

I think i did a big mistake buying this phone...

I recently purchased Intex Aqua crage grey L-dual sim on 9/11/2016 but the led light was blue and camera not work proper due two blue light

I m nikhil kadam i have brought a mobile intex aqua power 2 on 3-4-2016
After 4 months a problem in my mobile.
Teni 4to 6 times i go in gallery but my problem is not solved then i will go kalyan gallery and submit mobile to repair then after 1 month they give mi a new mobile intex aqua power 4g .i will receive that mobile then after 15 days many problems in new phone i will go gallary of dombavali again after one month they giv mi repair mobile .but this mobile is not proper repair .my touch is not proper workong, mobile is hang some time, auto work, auto reboot.i dont want use this mobile
So you will give mi a replace new other mobile nither give mi refund ...

Sir / Madam. I had purchased one mobile phone of Intex (Intex Cloud Power Plus) by online on 01.09.2016. I am sorry to say that this mobile phone has spent more than three months out of five months in it's service centre in Peera Garhi, Delhi due to certain technical issues / complaints. First time, the touch was not working properly, Later the speaker of the phone was not working properly, And later it's camera was not working properly. I spoke to the customer care numbers of Intex Mobiles several times for these complaints, But they are not giving me the proper solutions. They are not understanding the value of my Rs.7199 which I spent in buying this product. It's parts are stopping to work one by one, And I have to drop it to the service centre every time, And they never give it back to me in 20 days. This is their minimum time for repairing any item of this phone.

May I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and kindly arrange to provide me a new phone from Intex Technologies against the replacement of this mobile phone

The hand set's Touch is to be replaced.
There is same Touch problem in many of the Intex handsets.

Hello Intex services, I'm getting an issue of inbuilt android game of lollipop. While I was plying there are bugs found.And also I'm not getting the good graphics of 2 GB ram as you were publishing to mobile with 2 GB ram. Idont get any updates aswellI want my money back or else new product as the mobile is very costly as compared to very cheap mobiles

Intex cloud swift battery not available in any service centre in Chennai.

When asked at a service centre for battery they are asking me to submit the mobile and they will format the system.

Why formatting is required when the battery is the problem.

Very worst service I have ever came across. Service centres are with Idiot people behaving very rude to the customers.

Will never suggest this Intex brand to anyone
