I have submitted my Intex mobile adapter[protected]T001 it's my Jobsheet number in dated[protected].and I have asked many times on service center about that adapter for returning.but they did not reply me à satisfactory answer and avoid me as huresment.so should I go consumer forum .Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible and contact me by written SMS.or by phone call also.

I have submitted a Intex Aqua GenX Mobile handse to your mobile repair centre at Akola, Maharashtra on 5th of Dec 2016 with Job Sheet no as[protected]T001.But till date i could not get it repaired.As I have to attend my college at Mumbai I am going to Mumbai on[protected] so before that arrange to get it repaired and it should reach to me before[protected].

I bought a phone in Intex brand "Intex 4G cloud star" in the month of May 2016. I faced a MIC issue immediate after the month(by June). I reported this to the nearest service center in Karur, TamilNadu. They said it will take around 10 days for the repair. But, no update from them for 3 months where I do follow-ups with them for every 10 days. Finally, in the month of September they said like, the service center was closed and asked me to check with the newly opened service center.

Late in the month of October, I contacted the newly opened service and reported the issue. They did some tweaks and gave me the phone within 4 hrs. But I faced the MIC issue after 2 days where I understood that the service center provided a temporary fix and the issue wasn't solved. Hence I contacted them later and they confirmed like the board need to be changed and they want the mobile to be submitted for the same. As I don't have spare phone by that time, I have submitted the phone in the last week of December and the said time for the fix is 1 week. It is almost most than 2 weeks now and still I didn't receive any reply. When I called them twice, they said they haven't get the board yet and cannot provide a timeline to expect the mobile. I was worried like, this customer care too will lapse my warranty time and make my money spent for the mobile waste. It is almost 8 months since the purchase, the MIC of the phone doesn't works good. I wish to get the complaint attended soon within my warranty period.

I purchased my mobile from online store on the date of 27th jan - 2016. I was using my mobile with very smoothly. But after 6 month, i find some issue of network mobile. Like

1. Network error like showing no sim/sim error.
2. Automatic voice communication cut & barred, it show massesges like no sim card/sim error. Both mobile signals are disappear. After few minute mobile signals auto come.

First, i though that it was network issue, i contacted my sim company provider (Airtel/vodafone) for this issue, they changed my sim & issued new sim, after that this problem was exiting & not solved.

Second, i went intex service centre at digitech sector - 7 rohini, at first look it was very bad experience. Neither they talk properly nor solve issue properly.

1st visit - they saw my intex mobile, they did some network settings changes, & return me. They told that issue will not come, after that problem was not solved.

Iind visit - they saw my intex mobile, they did same things of network settings & return. I told him see there is nothing right, problem is still same, please keep this mobile with you & repair it properly. They told me. It took 15 days to repair. I gave my mobile to them for repair.

Iiird visit - after 17 days. I went there for picking my mobile on 28/12. When i saw my mobile, i shocked that it was not look like my mobile.
1. Tempered glass was disappear
2. Volume key was in bad condition gold color old not proper functioning
3. Problem is coming same network issue / sim error.
4. They claim that some kit has been changed but i sure that nothing was changed.

Ivth visit - i visited yesterday (31/12) i talked to them about this, they told me it is coming from company side, we can't help you out. Talk to our customer care. They argued with me. & not given properly answer.

Please suggest what to do in these condition. I totally bad experience from intex. I have only 24 days remain in warranty. Is there any solution from your side. I also attach some screen shot of today that what problem i faced
If this problem may continue, you may provide new mobile against this mobile.

I bought an Intex Cloud Q11 phone. The mobile is ok ok type but it's the worst phone I have ever used. The data consumption rate is exorbitant. Even if you are not browsing and not downloading anything and your data connection is on, 3-4 MB per minute is consumed. This happens even when your Background data is turned off.The price is low but trust me for people who use Internet your pockets will empty up at a rapid pace.I am repenting now.Please help me with some assistance in that case.

I bought Intex phone model Turbo S5 on 14th June 2016, considering the emerging brand. Till October 5th October I worked fine but on 6th October I have started facing issue on Mobile with its speaker.

Post that I have visited our service centre located at Andheri east (C/O Mobile Junction) on 6th October 2016 then they repaired the phone. After two-three days I started facing the same problem. I again went to the same service centre and I again got phone temporary repaired.

On 25th October when I again started facing the problem, I again visited the same service center where I was told that there is some issue with mother board hence we have to change the mother board.

So I have submitted my mobile phone (Job sheet number : [protected]T001) on 25th October 2016. Till now I am yet know the status of my mobile phone. I am calling the phone numbers given over there but no response. It is about month now from 25th October 2016 that I have submitted my mobile phone but no status.

I have visited the service center again, where I came to know that Intex mobile service center is shut down for some internal things. Shop owner is asking me to take unpaired mobile and submit it to some other service center. I refused to do so.

Requesting some to look into the matter at the earliest and give back my mobile phone else return back my money.

I have attached you the photos and it was not samsung a duplicate one and not working product, totally a dubba not usable.. What kind of service do this company gives to their customers.??? On 25/11/2016 i submitted my intex mobile gsm aqua young (dark grey)L-dualsim on intex service centre, noida ... it has a battery problem and also screen issue ... but now its almost 1 month from that date and till they does not repair it yet... i want to know why u are taking so much time to repair my mobile as even it is under warranty period.. this is worst experience ever from intex company...please take neccessary step as soon as possible

I have bough a intex aqua twist on 4-nov-16. Which suddenly stopped working due to battery issue in less than a weeks time. Gave to service station for repair for which it took 1 month and when checked in store the camera was not working. Same time submitted again for camera repair on 15-nov-16. Still there is no update from service station even after multiple follow up.

Pathetic service i ever seen.

I was purchase a intex home theater it-465 on 18/07/2016 after five mounts the product speaker and remote are not working properly. I was register a compliant to intex customer care help line no-[protected] on 15/12/2016 after that a service engineer is come and told me he come on next day with all equipment but he will not come on next day. After 4-5 day intex team tell me your bill is not proper so we are not able to prepare your system. If you want repair the home theater it will be chargeable. I refuge and said my home theater is on warranty as per your police but they are not ready to do. I think the intex company is doing fraught to all customers including its services are very poor. Intex is a cheater company. I am suggested to all don't buy the intex product in life long,

I am Milan Dhameliya from Rajkot. I had purchased your company's cell phone i.e. Aqua ACE-II on[protected]. On[protected] suddenly my cell phone got switched off and than after on[protected] i submitted my cell phone in your customer care service station i.e. at SMART TELECOM Rajkot.

They told me to submit the cell phone and gave me 15 days of returning Period but still the cell phone was not repaired, than after when i went to collect my cell phone after 15 days they told me to come after 7 days, but still it was not repaired...this was repeated for several times. I visited you service center for more than 5 to 6 times. Still today i have not received my cell phone and i have called on [protected] for 3- 4 times but didn't got good response.

On[protected] when i visited your service center they told me to still wait... So i request you to send me appropriate reply...

Hi, I was using intex aqua Ace. But after two month. I was facing issue related to sound speaker. When I submitted mobile at intex service center and provide bill related to mobile submission. 7days time tells to me complete repaired but now 3months has been completed but phone not provide to me till now.
