I would like to inform you that, you cannot do this to a customer, I
want a reply for this, as I will surely go to Consumer Court and want
to teach you a lesson for this kind of Treatment towards customer .

If you do not revert on this mail, I will send you notice regarding
this. What you people think about yourself ??? you can do anything to
customer or what ?

I have a product Intex Cloud 4g Star, purchased on Oct 28th, And the phone speaker stopped working on 25th Nov not even one month after purchase. I gave it to service center on 3rd of Dec, And Today its 22nd Dec, still i didnt get get my phone back.

Service center people says the part to be replaced is not available
Customer people says to wait for Seven more days just to get an update on this not my phone back.

And to Intex Management. : This is Pathetic, and you cal it as Indian Company. and now i understand why other companies gaining so much of trust rather than Intex.

I submit my mobile at subham creation service centre on[protected]. I went to get mobile approx 15times at service centre but they give many excuses and not returning my mobile. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I should took a complaint against Intex. My job sheet no is[protected]T001

This is bringing to the notice of higher authorities of INTEX that the product was faulty from the start.. I do understand that its a electronic product hence i went to service center for replacing and they assured me that they will let me know once the product is replaced. From 26th November 2016 end till date i.e. 21/12/16 there is no communication from anyone in regards to my product.. Later on while checking with your customer care at the later date 16 and 20 dec 2016 I came to know that my product was being repaired long back around 7th dec 2016. It was a gift for my fiancee who lives in different state and the time it was repaced he was here.. I should have collected it and gifted him then and there.. Now just because of your service center issue.. I am not able to go and collect it and send it to my fiancee.. While asking your person to send it to my address they are actually telling me about INTEX POLICY?? Is it ACCEPTABLE?? Was it my FAULT?? If there is any issues within your department should the customer has to bear the loss and inconvenience?? I have got fracture i cant go to the service center now and asking for my goods delivered to my home is just a small thing which I expected from you guys... This is my first time i bought something from INTEX and my experience with the service center and the service is PATHETIC... IF POLICY OF INTEX STATES THAT THEY CAN NOT DELIVER THE GOODS AT INDIVIDUAL ADDRESS THEN THE POLICY OF INTEX DO STATES THAT THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO BE INTIMATED WHEN THE PRODUCT IS REPAIRED/REPLACED... And if your department doesnot follow your POLICY then why should i agree on your POLICY??? Why should i have bear all loss and inconvenience??

Please look into the matter and I want my product to be send it to my address so that i can ask someone to courier to my fiancee or wait till the time i meet him next time.

I tried calling the number but failed, i tried sending messages to them related to the status but no response..

I do completely agree with the technologies and the mobile breakdown which every customer has to face as it is a gadget.
Turning to the procedure as a customer I have been followed each and every step from the complain notification till hand over of Damage battery (battery has automatically puffed up)
After submission of mobile it's nearly running out of 15 working day still I have not got the new battery set yet and been said that there is a non- availability of new battery in Intex Company Itself.
Where i have to knock for my Requirement .
As I am availing your company facility for my ease but in response of I have lost all my of contacts and IMP message and cut off from internet connection which had affected my business and my day to day work.
Seeing the importance of my need please close this matter as soon as possible by sending me the new set of battery of said model or else provide me a new set of mobile or an upgraded version for the Same .
Customer loss will not be the goal of your company I suppose.

I would like to thanks for the response of the battery adding to my concern I would like to update your concern team as i have received a defaulted battery whose life is for only 1 hours and has corrupted my mobile parts and i have lost the display of my mobile and my mobile hangs in very next 5 mins and automatically mobiles gets switch off.
asking for a replacement of my mobile battery to your concern company has resulted problems in my handset also.
Team in reading needed a whole handset or replace handset or add an upgrade version.
Look into the possible outcome of my requirements and close it at earliest.

This product is very defective piece. Cellphone cannot be charge properly by connecting to this powerbank from purchasing date. I purchased it on monday 28 november 2016. I request you that replace it with new as soon as possible.

I reached ther after travelling 6km. Your personnel demanded two photocopies. That time unfortunately I had no money. But I agree to give them both for its repair. They used irritating and annoyed words that hurt me and I crushed the mobile. Please take judicious steps for them who are deployed at Bhagalpur Service Centre.

I have given my handset for repair in future tech solutions puducherry on 14/09/2016 and my job sheet number is[protected].Im highly disappointed with the service and there is no proper response from the service centre.And still i didnt recieve my handset.Kindly take some actions to get me my handset back.If this continues i need to move further legally.

This phone was brought by rukhmani birla hospital as a departmental phone to solve the queries of the patient. But we are really unsatisfied with this phone. Its user interface is so poor that it is really a headache. It takes nearly 10 sec to respond to any dialed number. The network is poor and the voice clarity is pathetic. It is really a concern to our organisation as we too are using this phone for customer satisfaction. So human grounds i would request to please replace this handset so that we can serve our patients more promptly and accurately.

I have diposited my intex gsm aqua 4g+ (White) dual sim on 30 july 2016 for repairing at jankpuri which jobsheet number is[protected]t001 and its warranty period was upto 10 aug 2016. Still my mobile was not repaired. I have contacted so many times to customer care service centre. Customer care service personnel was telling me again and again that your problem would be solved but still was not repaired my mobile and even no one was contaced to me. Phone has started having multiple issue within 30-45 days.

Have visited twice to goregaon west authorized service center for same but
There is no service provided. During first visit service centre had opened
The mobile and checked the issue however mentioned that the imei no is not
Fully visible on mobile cover (Printed on sticker on backside of mobile).
Hence to avail the service and resolve the issue, they asked me to get
Mobile box & the bill. Its surprising that in the world of modern
Technology you need the box cover and invoice to check if the mobile is
Under warranty, why cant same be checked through the imei short code where
The number easily reflects on the screen?.

Also before visiting i had called up the customer care and informed them i
Don't have bill as of now but can provide credit card statement in which
The transaction is mentioned to which they had confirmed that the service
Will be provided.

I have visited and provided all the details along with box and invoice
Number but still they have denied the services and are asking to make
Payment for same.

Which is unethical and illegal demand. When i have my phone under warranty

And from their side i got so many promisses like you can get your mobile in one week otherwise in 3-4 days. But Broke the all promisses. Literally i want to say by your service it make me very numb. My job sheet number is[protected] I was having network problem but after 1 month the service center was telling that my IMEI No is not there so they asking money for that NEW IMEI NUMBER and my handset got scratches on it by service center I want u to take action on it as soon as possible other wise I have to complain to consumer court for my refund
