My job sheet number is[protected] I was having network problem but after 1 month the service center was telling that my IMEI No is not there so they asking money for that NEW IMEI NUMBER and my handset got scratches on it by service center I want u to take action on it as soon as possible other wise I have to complain to consumer court for my refund...

I bought Intex phone model Turbo S5 on 14th June 2016, considering the emerging brand. Till October 5th October I worked fine but on 6th October I have started facing issue on Mobile with its speaker.

Post that I have visited our service centre located at Andheri east (C/O Mobile Junction) on 6th October 2016 then they repaired the phone. After two-three days I started facing the same problem....

I purchased Intex Aqua Cloud Q11 last month. When I started using it, next day it got some screen issue. I was shock to see I did not even use this phone for 24 hours and it got screen issue. I went to customer care (Okhla Branch)for replacement and they said it can't be replaced and it will repaired. I said okay please repair it and they give me time of 7 days to repair.

My Intex mobile was submitted at intex service center, mettupalayam road, palakkad on 06/09/16 given for battery drain out fastly. Mobile return back at 31/10/16 (54 days taken for service). Now also not rectify my problem. This problem occurs within guarantee period provided by Intex.

I have ordered mobile from quikr.com on 20­th may­ 2016 and it got delivered on 27th may 2016. Within 2-3months only mobile battery was not working properly, i raised complaint on quikr.com to get mobile invoice. I completed about my intex 40 inch led tv. They will register my complete 10 days before but now they not come to resolve my problem and also not respond my call.
