Dear Concern,

I bought Intex phone model Turbo S5 on 14th June 2016, considering the emerging brand. Till October 5th October I worked fine but on 6th October I have started facing issue on Mobile with its speaker.

Post that I have visited our service centre located at Andheri east (C/O Mobile Junction) on 6th October 2016 then they repaired the phone. After two-three days I started facing the same problem. I again went to the same service centre and I again got phone temporary repaired.

On 25th October when I again started facing the problem, I again visited the same service center where I was told that there is some issue with mother board hence we have to change the mother board.

So I have submitted my mobile phone (Job sheet number : [protected]T001) on 25th October 2016. Till now I am yet know the status of my mobile phone. I am calling the phone numbers given over there but no response. It is about month now from 25th October 2016 that I have submitted my mobile phone but no status.

I have visited the service center again, where I came to know that Intex mobile service center is shut down for some internal things. Shop owner is asking me to take unpaired mobile and submit it to some other service center. I refused to do so.

Requesting some to look into the matter at the earliest and give back my mobile phone else return back my money.

Dear Concern,

    Dear Sir,
    I have submitted my Intex GSM cloud M6 phone dated on 16th Nov but yet I have not received my phone from Intex gallery, I am taking follow-up with Intex service center since last 15 days but not getting positive reply .now they are telling me that it will be take more 5-6 days for repair .
    I am very upset with this service .
    I am not getting positive reply from Intex gallery & Intex customer care hence taking help from you .

      Respected Sir
      With due respect i am Satyapal Yadav fromSikar Rajasthan. I purchased a Smartphone of Intex AQUA E4 on 26/11/2016 having Invoice Number SI-HO-SPC/07239 from SHOPCLUES. This smartphone has the VOLTE enabled facility so i purchased this phone for using Reliance JIO Sim. but wheni used this phone it did not show me any VOLTE with JIO. I could not able to call from dialler. at first i called to JIO customer care. they made all the settings after finding all the settings according to their manual, they suggested me to call Intex customer care to get correct configuration of VOLTE. So i called to Intexcustomer care.now my problem starts, Intex customer care gave me the wrong address. i reached the location being unaware of this thing. after wasting too much time some local persons gave me the correct address. by reaching the correct address at first i told them that address provided by the customer care was wrong and requested them to get correct the address at the website. then i told them my problem regarding this phone. but they gave me cold shoulder at first. i tried to convince them so they started working on my phone and told me that your phone is not VOLTE supported but when i told them it showing on internet that this phone is VOLTE supported so theyagain told me that give us proof that this phone is VOLTE supported only at Intex website. if it is said by our website then only we will be able to work on the phone. i was all at sea after listening their words. i returned back to my home with a gloomy face. but at home i found the same thing atIntex website so in the evening i went to the service center once again with the proof. again they gave the same lame excuse that we don't have the software of the phone. you can try at another service center. they suggested me to go at Jaipur service center. again i have to come back bare hands. now i am totally in the middle of nowhere as i am a working employee. i hardly get free time to come Jaipur and getrepaired my phone except Holidays. now tell me sir what should i do? i always trust on such a Prestigious Mobile manufacturerbut i am totally disturbed with such a irresponsible reply from your service center, their address, please take some appropriate action against this misleading service center and help to get out of this problem.Here i am providing you address so that you can also check by going there physically:

      I completely agree for your concern. I have been running door to door for the same problem and till date, haven't got any solution. Further, the service center and the Customer Care of Intex is totally useless in this respect. Shopclues is also not helping in this reagrds. We should be raising the concerns in social media like Facebook, Twitter so that the general public doesn't order this mobile and gets taunted like us.. I am already started raising the issues at Facebook at Intex's page.. Please do the same and make the public aware about the Intex's bad and false services as well as information.

        We have purchased Intex Aqua Power+on 13.12.2015, since then there is manufacturing problem for we contacted your service center at Obra Dist. Sonbhadra, UP. Where they changed the Mother Board and they took about two whole months but problem never sorted out. Once again we contacted your Service Center on 06.10.2016 and job sheet no. was 20270 after one on 12.11.2016 we get back Mobile but we found it not functioning properly, then we once again complaint on 15.11.2016 job sheet no. 20334 and till now we did not get any reply from then.
        We therefore request you to kindly Change this mobile with new one otherwise we will move to concerned Court with legal documents with us.

              I had bought an Intex Aqua Lions 3G (Grey) phone from Amazon.in on 16th May, 2016, but after 4 couple months o[censored]sage the phone started installing apps by itself and kept consuming all my data.I went to the Intex customer care at Biplabi Anukul Chandra Street(Kolkata) and they rectified the issue for then.
              A month later the phone started shutting down automatically.So i took it to the service centre again.They kept the phone fr ten days and the issue was again resolved for then.Now a month later, the phone has shut down and cannot be started again, sometimes it starts but apps keep getting installed automatically.I am tired of this regular harassment of wasting my time, going to the service centre and fixing my 6 month old phone every other month.I want a refund or a completely new phone of the same model if necessary.

                I bought this POWERBANK on the date 8. 10.16 and used it only three or four times and now the usb ports are not working. It is unable to charge any device though it is fully charged. I tried by changing the usb cable whether there is any problem in it but result is same. The torch is working at his full brightness and it assures that POWERBANK bank is fully charged. Now I need it to be replaced as soon as possible. Please help as soon as possible.

                  I purchased Intex Aqua Cloud Q11 last month. When I started using it, next day it got some screen issue. I was shock to see I did not even use this phone for 24 hours and it got screen issue. I went to customer care (Okhla Branch)for replacement and they said it can't be replaced and it will repaired. I said okay please repair it and they give me time of 7 days to repair.
                  I am continuously calling Intex customer care from last 35 days and they are making fake promised like come after 3 days, 7 days etc. Now after 25 days they said your phone can't be repaired, it will replaced.
                  I don't know why did they take 25 days just to find out it will be replaced. I have been promised several times by customer care that phone will be replaced after 3 days, 4 days etc. I have visited customer care 4 times to get my phone.
                  There is girl in Customer care named as SONIA, she does not even know how to talk with the customer. She cut the phone without even listening to the problems and every time commits fake promised.
                  I am frustrated from 35 days that I am chasing these people for my own money and my phone. What kind of service they are providing, what kind of phones they are making, what kind of people they are hiring for customer care.
                  Seriously, I don't know what to do now. I have been waiting from last 35 days.

                    My phone was in warranty period and i got a new phone in exchange which is deffective and getting problem. Also the service center manager is not responding to the same.
                    And the previous sevice centre employees are also unresponsive that they tried to do some cheats with us and gave me the defective handset in replace.
                    And now the service centre employees do not replying to the phone calls and if they attend the call in answer they just avoid and told me to call on next week.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I have purchased a Intex Buffer Musical System, but there is a design problem in this system, I know you have a lot of engenieers to see and analysis about your product or service. But some critical are known by the customers. I have also one complaint of this type.
                      In my Digital Audio Player Intex IT-4200 SUF a mouse/ female ret entered and delivered 4to 5 small mouse.
                      By seen this I think that it was a design problem. If it is possible to change its design, Please change it ASAP.
                      A ret/mouse cuts wire and we face a lot of problems as a result of not working buffer or speakers.
                      I hope you will change design of all products. I hope so it will be favour in your company and you will appreciate my idea.

Mobile return back at 31/10/16 (54 days taken for service). Now also not rectify my problem. This problem occurs within guarantee period provided by Intex.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I have ordered mobile from quikr.com on 20­th may­ 2016 and it got delivered on 27th may 2016. Within 2-3months only mobile battery was not working properly, i raised complaint on quikr.com to get mobile invoice. I got mobile invoice on 17th october 2016 and given battery for replacement on 20th october 2016 at s. V. Technologies (Intex service center), rajajinagar, bangalore.

                            My concern is i am ready to replace mobile with other brand of intex also if its not possible just give the cash back for the mobile.

                            It has been almost 4weeks over still i didn't get any updates from service center and whenever i call to intex customer care, they used to ask for 3days, 7days, 2days time. But i am in very much need of mobile, i cant wait more time.

                            So i am raising the complaint here. Kindly help me to get the problem resolved.

                              Good morning, i had given my mobile to the service center on 25th of oct as there is some problem in the board as the service center info, but since i handed over my over there is no response from the service center nor from the customer care for which i had called them "n" number of times to know the status. And only getting a constant reply from the customer care is that "you will be getting a call back in 48 hrs" and nothing else. Its looks intex doesn't focus on customer satisfaction. And intex should feel the real pain of the customer and difficulties of a person without a phone. And request the team to take this request on priority to resolve the issue of the phone.                               I have submitted my ''INTEX CLOUD POWER PLUS" on 8 AUGUST 2016 and i have yet not got my phone repaired and its about three months.

                              whenever i contact them give dates that call me after two, three days.

                                    I m submitted my set I.e. intex aqua power plus at service centre care of Atulya enterprises (C&F) Bhopal on 03 Nov 2016. My jobsheet no[protected]T001. Till date I did not recd my set with repair. I am complaining that this is too much late for any customers. Pl provide me tight assistance.

                                      I have submitted my handset in the service center on september due to touch screen problem and high battery heating, but the problem was still not resolved, so far 60 days have been completed and still this case was under process.
                                      I finally wanted to know when this case is going to be resolved, in other case i'm going to lodge a complain in the consumer court very soon on this. Complaint no[protected]t001

                                        Sir,

                                        I bought a intexeco plus gsm(black&grey) mobile on 17/10/16, with

                                        in 24 hrs its battery became damaged, with in 2 or 3 days its key pad became compliant and with in 5 days it 2 slim slots became dead, then in the date of 24/10/2016 i deposited for repair as being in warranty with intex authorised service center( c/o kings moblie city), kannur district, kerala on the date of 24/10/16 after 3 days i got a meesage from intex services in my number that my mobile is ready and to collecte but when i approach the service center they told me that it was false message from intex company, i suspect some kind of cheating in between these and service center staff was assured that handset may be collected back between 7 to 10 days but after elapse of more than 19 days it has not being made clear when handset will be given back after repair. No help from customer care service . It appears company is only killing time as no one is conversant to tell it's return back after repair.
                                        In my opinion company is filled with lier/ cheater staff. It manufacture
                                        now i am moving in consumer court for this isssue

                                        Sir the performance of processor is not good it often gets hanged previously I used motor when compared to motoe the performance of intex is very poor with great dream I bought now I feel very much why I bought I tex
                                        Sir iam totally dissatisfied with the performance of intex 5.1 strong mobile phone in all parameters worst processor worst performance
                                        I have purchased intex fitrist from amazon.in... after using it for around 10-15 days...the led starts displaying the no in a very bad manner like the colon(:) sign that used to display time goes somewhere uoward on the screen as shown in the image so i m requesting the company to please either replace my product or refund my money back to me
