Dear sir/madam,
I have ordered mobile from quikr.com on 20th may 2016 and it got delivered on 27th may 2016. Within 2-3months only mobile battery was not working properly, i raised complaint on quikr.com to get mobile invoice. I got mobile invoice on 17th october 2016 and given battery for replacement on 20th october 2016 at s. V. Technologies (Intex service center), rajajinagar, bangalore.
My concern is i am ready to replace mobile with other brand of intex also if its not possible just give the cash back for the mobile.
It has been almost 4weeks over still i didn't get any updates from service center and whenever i call to intex customer care, they used to ask for 3days, 7days, 2days time. But i am in very much need of mobile, i cant wait more time.
So i am raising the complaint here. Kindly help me to get the problem resolved.
