I bought this mobile on april 12th-2015, within 3 mnths i got an issue in camera...it is frequently showing an error while opening the camera.

i knew it...because intex really providing this kind of worst service...within a year camera not working and later nothing going to work...this is how you will provide services to the customer...if anyone booking mobile in online then you are going to give this kind of worst product to us...i paid a money so i have rights to ask a question or make a complaint...its not a matter how many lines in the complaint ...you have to respond for every customer...if it is not possible stop your services and product...dont cheat customers

Submitted intex cloud swift under warranty for repair on 14 sep 2016, as touch not working. till now only dtas have been given to me and no proper response from the service centre.

Purchased mobile on 17/03/2016, because of faulty touch screen gone out of order, deposited for repair as being in warranty with service center, Nehru Mary Ambedker Road Ghaziabad, iabad on 19th Oct., 2016and was assured that handset may be collected back between 7 to 10 days but after elapse of more than 19 days it has not being made clear when handset will be given back after repair. No help from customer care service . It appears company is only killing time as no one is conversant to tell it's return back after repair.
In my opinion company is filled with lier/ cheater staff. It manufacture low and substandard quality handsets moreover it's sale after service is of lowest standard

I bought new mobile before 3 mnths from sree mobile nkl due to some fault i return it and they told me they exchange the phone with new piece and i hand over the phone before 1 month and still now i not recive the new mobile from them i need the mobile immeditley.t hey told me to replace the mobile with new one but they did not respond me properly.i am asking to thr shop daily but they simpy ignoring it and they are not responding properly and they not return the old mobile also they having my mobile and they did not saying properly about this

Mai bahut hi pareshaan ho chuka hoon 7/9/2016 se meri problem service centre me pending padi hui hai agar company parts ya battery provide nahi kara sakti to aise product bazaar me utarti kyu hai meri problem ko kafi samay ho chuka hai ab mai mazburan consumer forum me iski sikayat karne ki soch raha hoon

I gave my mobile for service in August for Mic issue. Till Now its not done and postponing each and every week telling that they don't have the product. Job Sheet no[protected]T001. Kindly get it done ASAP. Bought the mobile 7 months back but we are facing lot of issues with that mobile. I want the issue to be resolves within a stipulated timing.

I submitted my mobile phone intex cloud 4g star for repairing on 03/10/2016 at intex authourised service center kollam (Alpha electronics, kripa building, qs road, kadappakada, kollam-691008) but i dont received my phone from service center when i called to service center then they are always told me we will give you after two-three days.

Mobile model - aqua craze intex (grey) purchased by me on 20 sep 2016. i started using the mobile. on very second day i found battery is not getting charged. i approached dealer. they told it has to be sent to service center and retained the mobile for 10 days. then they given me hand set with charged battery and informed you bring the mobile after dewali. now dealer is telling that you have to go intex service center directly. can i get a solution to this.

I had purchased an intex fitrist watch of royal blue colour online via snapdeal vide invoice no. Sa5a86/16-17/24664 dt 07 sep 16.. But after 20 days it stopped working... I have complained the same to service centre via job sheet no.[protected]t001 dt 22 oct 16 but the service centre has given me old watch of black colour... I have complained the same to service centre but they have not replied positively nd said that we are returning you a watch and your warranty is still existing and if anything goes wrong with this watch you can again visit us... Its a malpractice done by the company as they are not returning me my watch and has just replaced it with another one... Please look into the matter and do the needful please

I am service in U.P. Police Department as a ASI. I have purchased a INTEX mobile GSM aqua HD 5.0 Black golden dual sim (Serial No. [protected]} on[protected] at allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. I have not setisfied this mobile because this mobile is very heat on working and battery charging problem. In warranty period, I have contact INTEX SERVICE CENTRE (KRIPALU TECHNOLOGY, INDRA BHAVAN, CIVIL LINES, ALLAHABAD) at 3 times, but not satisfied their service. This mobile is very poor and I have not used properly till now from the date of purchase. I am very sad from INTEX Company due to this mobile problem. I thought that my money is lost to purchase this mobile.

Please, replace this mobile form other INTEX mobile same price range. I am very thankful to INTEX Co. if INTEX Compny replace this mobile.

I have given my phone to intex care (c/oroyal enterprises) is under warenty, on 18 oct 2016, but till now no respond is there, 15 days go from the date of submission bt still noe thw issue is pending, i[censored] guy have not the capability, so why you were giving warenty to the product, u cant solve a loudspeaker problem, for thhat u take 15 days, no need to solve this problem, i have not seen this type of disgusting srevice, very poor serivice of intex. here is my job sheet no[protected]t001, no need to solve this problem return my product.

I have purchased a intex aqua ring phone via amazone on ist week of october 2016. I got the phone delivered to my address on 14th oct 2016 and whien i opened and tried to switch on the phone it was not working. I raised a complaint straight away with amazone. Based on the advice from amazone customer care i took the phone to nearby intex service centre on 15th oct 2016, they verified and confirmed that the product is dead and need to replace the same. So i submitted the entire kit to intex service centre located in trivandrum and they said they will deliver me the new phone as replacement within 7 working days. But i didnt get any update from intex even after 7 days so i called them and enquired and they told me that there is no stock for intex aqua ring so they will deliver me another phone intex twist. I agreed to that and on 29th october they delivered me a new intex twist phone.

But now that phone is also not working. The phone is on but not able to make calls as the voice recorder is not working. I can hear what others are saying but they cant hear anything which i am saying via my phone. I tried to contact the service center and the area service managers but the response was very poor and not getting a solution as of now. Requesting your help to sort this out at the earliest.

I, purchased a mobile handset of Intex cloud sl.no. [protected] on 17/03/2016. Handset is under warranty . Touch not working. Deposited handset on 19th October, 16 with your service centre at Nehru Nagar, Ambedker Road, Ghaziabad 2001001. I am sorry to say that service center is not able to return back my handset.In my opinion Intex does not manufacture quality products not only quality is of substandard but it's sale after service is very poor and is far far away from customers satisfaction .Today I have also lodged a complaint with your customer care and ref. no. is [protected]AKB.May, I hope that any suitable action will be taken to expedite delivery of my handset after proper repairs. I had lodged the complain on 15/oct/2016.
Till date i have not received any call from service center even after continuous follow up they are just saying it's in progress. And also they told it has gone to company for replacement how the person send my phone without informing me. I want my handset at any cost very very very bad service and the service don't have any type of manners to talk with customers.

I have purchased a mobile (Intex Aqua lion 3G) with IMEI No: [protected] on 6th June 2016. I found a problem with back camera but i felt it was a small problem only. but after three months (on 28.09.2016) my mobile was dead, [ My mobile was switched off and unable to restart]. So I went to Intex Service Centre in Secunderabad (S.V. Mobiles, ICP: Secunderabad) on 30.09.2016 to get it repaired. The person in the service centre checked the mobile and said that my mobile was dead and need to send to company for repair and it takes 15days of time. He took my mobile along with battery for repair. Even after one month also there is no proper reply from the service centre executives and they didn't give me back my mobile. they are telling me that my mobile is not repaired, and now they telling that again they need of 20days of time more. The service center manager is very careless & rude. I need a clear explanation about my mobile repairing status at the same time my mobile should be repaired as early as possible.

I had lodged the complain on 07/sep/2016.
Then got a call ([protected]) from intex on 12/sep/2016 and made me assured that your phone will be replaced and asked me to mail the invoice of the phone so that replacement can be approved.
Also said that the next day your request will be approved.
I have sent the invoice same day.
Also phone my phone is submitted to service center. it's been more than 40 days still i was told by the service center that your request has not been approved.

Kindly pay attention to this matter.

After parches of phone within 2 day the problem occur and care centre not to be replace my mobile. it's told for 15-16 day's for repaired. very poor service by intex. we trust for best company but it's not true...
