Please help me to locate my cell - phone of above imei's and to get the details of new inserted sim in my cell - phone

I have recently purchased intex aqua ace mini mobile which have a fault
That if mobile battery gets fully discharged and mobile gets switched off than mobile gets dead. I have sent my mobile 5 times to service center of jajpur road orissa. But still m facing same prblm. My mobile is still in warranty period. Now i want my mobile to be replaced with new one.

Please help me regarding this...

This phone is hanging much.
I had went on intex care for it. They updated software after that still hanging.

Why in this mobile haven't option of move app into SD cards??? Please solve it soon otherwise I ll purchase Samsung company phone

I had purchased "intex aqua power plus (white) mobile" on 12th november 2015 (paytm order # [protected]). my mobile has some technicle problem (auto touch and display), so we go to the intex service centre in tumkur. and produced invoice bill and warranty card (invoice bill no-[protected] date-12th november 2015) but they said ' we enquiry through your mobile imei number but company shown warranty date is 12th july 2015, so your mobile warranty is out of date, but my invoice bill show purchaseing date in november 12th 2015...
O what can i do... please solve my problem. thank you...

I gave my mobile for repairing on 1 October 2016 to INTEX Gurgaon service centre for which Jobsheet no. was[protected]T001.

I was given my mobile back on 8th October 2016. I am really feeling shocked now to see that the mobile that was returned to me is not my mobile it is for someone else. To conceal the fraud Service centre has changed the sticker of IME number from my mobile. When i checked the actual IME code i found that it is different from the sticker one.

The mobile phone handed over to me is quite old and doesn't have my applications those i installed in that.

I am chasing customer care of INTEX since 9th October 2016 to resolve this issue but they are not able to help. Please find the ref SR[protected]-Complaint No.[protected]IWHP for getting the entire detail.

I boughtanintex aqua 5.5vr lte smart phone for my brother yesterday online... When i downloaded jio applications for getting reliance 4g sim card free, the application doesn't show my place nor can i enter my brothers phone no. Only after entering the two items then only he could get reliance jio sim free from reliance outlet... Even though this is a 4g dual sim phone. When i contacted the reliance outlet they said the some phones cannot take 4g reliance sim... Whats this// can i get 4g sim from reliance,... Could u please advised in this regard, whats the problem with this phone i purchased???

I was taken intex aque ace 16 nov 2015 but, sometime mic problem observe and when switch off and switch on mic working. this is apear in 3-4 day so Isubmit handset in Nagpal service centre Ahmednagar date 17 setember 2016 and recieved on 25 october 2016 but problem not solved.
So solve my complaint earier

My cell phone has dead with in 2 days of purchase. I purchased 25 SEP. 2016 and gave intex care on 27 sep.2016 still not repair. Kindly see other wise I will go in consumer forum against u.I m so frustrated with ur services.

I bought intex aqua ring on 31st august 2016 and within 10 days it was showing faulty signs: display auto operating, sometimes no display at all. on 14th Sept 2016 i submitted my mobile at authorized intex center in pune job sheet no[protected]T001 and was told the problem will solve in 15 days. after 15 days i called up at center but they told there is some problem in mobile and it was sent at main centre of intex at delhi. i waited for one month. later i mailed intex several times but there was no specific reply from them at all. yesterday i received call from center that my mobile is ready and told to pick up. today i went there and to my horror i was given old nonworking phone instead of my new mobile and was told it was company policy. i hardly had that new mobile for 14 days and this problem arised and after all this, worst service and warranty policy i am given old non working mobile in replace. kindly look into this and atleast refund my money back if not possible to repair the mobile.

Purchased a handset of intex cloud swift on 17.03.2016 touch screen went wrong on october, 16. Rushed to your service centre at nehru nagar ghaziabad. As per display chart, file attached, phone should be returned in 03 working days but as per job sheet it would take 07 to 10 working days minimum and maximum 20 working days. Very shocking and surprising when spare parts to be arranged from your depot at okhla delhi. Job sheet no. Is[protected]t001

Sir, i bought a cellphone aqua power+. Which is not proper working
It is damage within 2-3 months.
I submitted in your service center your worker is taking much time but donot provide well service. My jobsheet number[protected]. Sir plz replace my mobile phone. And your worker behaviour is not good.

My phone aqua power HD was getting some problem in battery and sim card slot was not recognizing sim card . So I gave it to the service centre of Darbhanga, Bihar . But still now I am not able to get my phone back . Every time I call them and they give me a extended date for my phone . My work order no. Is MW125964 . My mobile model aqua power HD . IEMI no. [protected] . Kindly watch my phone . Submitted on 10 th of Oct 2016 .

I have a worst experience with the intex phones and its service center.
I continuously had problem with mobile as intex replaced after being 4-5 times reset and firmware reset which took more than 20 days. After which they sent my mobile for replacement and after more than a month i got a new cellphone but as usually it also has same problem (Heating, switching off and hanging). Now again after 4-5 times their reset and software reset (Which again took 10-15 days) they took my phone for replacement.
I am tired of going again and again to the service center. Now they are telling me to wait for another 1 month to get my phone replaced or repaired.
I want my money back of i need a phone which wont be having any problem at least 1 year so that i can freely use it.
I am having problem with this company since last 6 months.
I am attaching herewith the bill and the receipt
If any of the company person can get this message, please resolve it soon otherwise it would be bad for the reputation of your company.

I have given My Intex mobile to the Intex service centre at chhindwara to M/s Ganesh mobile on 25 august but after 2 month i have not got any satisfactory answer .sometimes he told that he is leaving the service center parts are not coming from Indore office etc meanwhile warranty of phone has expired so that i can not give it to another centre

I have given my Mobile for repair (one portion of Touch Screen not woking) on 08 Oct 2016 at Intex Technologies(India) Ltd, C/o Maruthi Mobile Point, Karimnagar Service Center, No action has been taken till now. I am already given my mobile to service center before 18 days.The problem is that the my network is not stable means "NETWORK PROBLEM".And they told me its PCB PROBLEM and they transfer my mobile to company.Whenever i am going to service center and tracking my job sheet and all the time they told me your mobile in PENDING. No work is done on my mobile in 18 days how ?.Please solve my problem as fast as possible.
