Dear sir,
I bought a new fitrist with a new mobile. The retailer said that to use the fitrist first we should charge that for 1 hour. Later it doesn't on.
I went to the show room and I ask them to power on but it doesn't on.
They said give a complaint to intex. That's why I'm giving this complaint.please give me a solution for that.
I'm waiting for your reply.

I kindly inform u, i purchase Intex aqua super mobile date18/07/2016 imei no [protected] of rupees 10200/- from smile talk shop with bill no.680. My phone have voice problem under seven days of purchasing. I am submit the phone to Intex service center but phone not repair. Again I m submitting the phone from 22/09/16 to 21/10/16 but the problem not resolved. Now I m very worried so I m inform u.. kindly pls help me and solve my problem.

Myself Neeraj Gupta purchased an intex cloud force mobile and it died and was submitted to district centre Janak Puri service centre on 2 June 2016 and every time I visited there no satisfactory reply.The centre closed and phone transferred to KarolBagh Ashwini communication with new jobsheet no generated with name Mr.Tijender the owner of service centre that was cosed at Janak Puri .Now phone is repaired but refused by Ashwani communication as I was not new job sheet with me and Tijender not picing phone from any phone.Can you tell what is my mistake in this case just only that I purchased an intex product.My previous jobsheet no is[protected]T001 and new jobsheet no is[protected]T001.
Now suggest me what can I do?...

My Mobile Intex Aqua Life III has problem in speaker, when i have go to Washim District Intex service Center i.e.Bhagyalaxmi Service Center At Washim 444505 I have given the bill to Sonu Thakur And says that see the mobile problem, he says that i will not take yor mobile and not solve your problem because you are not giving mobile warranty card which will be printed by washim distributer Heda. He says that you give me warranty card of washim distributer Heda...Bill will not matter ...the mobile is in warranty.
The Intex Mobile Washim District Distributer says that i will not solve the problem till you get warranty card of my shop, do whatever you want, says by heda.

I have purchase Intex Cloud Fame 4G mobile through snapdeal on 15.05.2016. But after two month purchasing my mobile screen is blank. Then Intex service centre/Allahabad deposit for repair on 21.09.2016. Complaint Serial No. [protected] & Jobsheet No.[protected]T001. But my mobile not repair till date. Your allahabad service centre not received the phone & proper guidelines.
So, Kindly look into the matter and necessary action. After repair my mobile please inform me.

My mobile aqua power 2 under warrenty period is not respondind proper as services center is telling about that its mother bord is damased due to moisture caused can be putting into A.C.room and they are demanding 2200 rs this ervices center is in Sakarpur delhi 92
if this mobile is under warrenty period than why shoud I pay 2200 rs for that

I was a retailer in bhimavaram, i had purchased a mobile intex cloud swift on june 4 2016 and after 3 moths {date[protected] } i had charging problem (when we puting charger it indicates charging symbol and battery wsa not charging and i went to service and they told board will for minimum 20 days, after 20 days board replaced and that evening onwards it willautomatically restarts and charging conector, touch not working. again i went to service centre and given my mobile, they told oce jobsheet closed it was not opened. from that day untill today my mobile not repaired, replaced. please resolve my problem as soon as possible. very bad service team from total brands which i have seen.

Lekin 4/10/2016 ko phone head service center se bina repair kiye bhej diya.

Or aaj 19/10/2016 ko firse ek nayi job sheet[protected]t001 bana k de di. or bole or 10din wait karlo. mere phone 1 mahine se company k service center me he. phone me sirf charging ka problem he.3 bar repair karne k bad bhi thik nahi ho paya. maine phone replacement k liye company me apply kiya he. muje ab repairable phone nahi chahiye.
Company wale muje ignore kar rahe he. to aap intex technologies k against immediately action le or muje mere phone replacement karvaiye.

I have submit my mobile phone to repair to intex service center on 28 aug. 2016 (ayushi electronics indore) but till now i am not received my phone i have more than 10 times goes to centre but i am not able to understand why they not provide my phone i am also more than 20 times call to customer care they always talking we are escalate your problem to our senior team

We ordered for Intexcloud Breeze and the order no is [protected] the issue is with camera after taking snaps the picture is showing as oil painting pic we evnseen the settings of camera but no use still picture showing similaras earlier could you please sortout this problem soon v got this mobile on October16 .. respond me soon

My intex mobile model no Aquance 5.0 touch screen was not working frm dt18.09.2016 and it was handed to customers care that is cellcom mobile service Balangir, Odisha on same day vide jobsheet no[protected] . But service centre unable to repair or replacement till date. So it is informed you that for suitable action. Other wise I will go by consumer law. Thank you.

I have put screen password in my intex aqua super 4g but despite putting right password it says wrong password every time and iam unable to unlock it.I searched online about the issue but it didn't work..kindly fix this issue.I have bought it from flipkart and its brand new.I wanted to secure my phone but when i wanted to unlock it after putting screen lock password.., it refused to unlock after right password entry several times...it is very disappointing..never happened to me before..kindly help me with this and sort this problem out..

I have purchase intex mobile at three month ago date-09/06/2016 but after two months use these new mobile is occurring display lining issue. Display is not working good. So I am go to intex service center MAHAMAYA INFOTECH(ICP:RAIPUR)
But they don't resolve the problem .making unlogical reson. In these phone no physical damage is occure it is technical problem but they don't accept. They don't so me physical damage in phone. And refused to warranty service. I'm fraste from these poor Service please resolve these matter and take some action.

Jab Mai next date 02/10/2016 ko jaata hu to wha par baithe engineer ne bola ke wo Jo parts service center se aaya tha wo khraab ho gya tha

Or ye bol ke next date 11/10/2016 de di.

Jab Mai Phir se jaata hu to bola gya ke abhi nahi bna h next 4 din baad aaiye.to Mai wha se chala jaata hu

Jyaada bolne par unhone technician Ka wait karne ke liye bola
Jab technician aaya to mere baat karne par usne bola ke aapke wroofer me paani chala gya h to under warranty me hone par bhi aapko 350 rs lgenge.
Tab Maine engineer se baat ke to wo bhi hmaari baat ankahi karte rahe or bole wo to hm jitna rs bolenge aapko Dena padega .
Jab pahle se aise Koi prob thi ya baat thi to mujhe wo baat bahut pahle btaani chaahiye thi

Mai handicapped hone ke bawjood itne baar presaan bhi kiya gya or misbehave bhi kiya gya or under warranty me hone par bhi mujse 1 month presaan karne ke baad mujse paise ke maang ke jaa rahi h.

Mujhe is complaint Ka decision chaahiye nahi to mujhe is matter ko court me Le jaana padega

My phone intex aqua super's battery is expired within 4 months and when I issue it to service centre they did not give me this until 45 days and not now.so Iam very angry to this company and going to court at this matter.I asked many time to service center but they said that we did not receive bettery from head office. My phone is dead from 45 days and it is very shamefull for company.
So if my problem does not solve within 3 days then I will go to court

I have given Intex aqua power+ mobile to Leo service center in banglore, because it was not charging properly and they told me it will take 15 days time to change charger FPC. And it has one month of service warranty of same problem. Its already 19 days left till they are telling that they have ordered for the spare and it will take another week to give the phone back. From 27th September they are ordering the spare only then when they will get that spare and when i can get my phone back? I am not getting any updated response from the service center people. Kindly help me to get my phone as early as possible.
