मेरा इन्टेक्स का फोन वोरन्टी मे है।
ओर उसमें चार्जीन्ग का प्रोब्लम है।
मैने 19/10/2016 को अपना फोन सर्विस सेन्टर मे रीपेर करने दीया है।
मगर आज भी मेरा फोन पेन्टिंग पणा है।
ओर आगे भी दो बार करवा चुका हु। फिर भी सेम प्रोब्लम आ रहा है।
एक बार तो 10 दीन रख के एसे ही बीगेर कुछ कीये दे दीया ।
इस लीये मेने फोन रीप्लेस की मांग की है।

I had purchased my intex mobile Q 3 when i restart my mob after few time i start the internet in my mobile i lost my half of contacts in my sim then i had to restart again my phone after that its shows my full contact. This problem i face last one year...So can u pls help me what to do i also redownload the software in intex care same thing again goes on after three months...so pls help me to sotted out this problem

i'm from nagpur, i have purchased untex aqua power hd handset in jan 2016,
i have visited intex service center in april2016 for a mother board issue in my handset, than arose network issue and the the after mother board repiar is not supporting many apps.we are really fedup of this handset.kindly help us in getting refunds or new handset... my mobile no:[protected]

I have purchased the intex aqua power plus in june 2015. A screen lock and mobile tracker has made by me in my handset. When i changed the sim card with new one and power on the handset. It has locked and could not open with my screen lock password. When i reboot the handset it opened with my screen lock password but after 5 seconds it again locked and could not open again. So after rebooting the handset, it again open with my screen lock password but after 5 seconds it again locked and could not open and flashing.. Please enter the privacy protection password to unlock. What is the privacy protection password. Now i don't understand what i do. When i gone to service centre, he suggested that the handset is required to format but i did not want to format the handset as many of the data stored in handset will be deleted. Therefore, it is requested to please advice the the privacy protection password to open my handset or advice the process to unlock the handset.

This is kindly informing you that my mobile intex turbo 4g is not working well due to screen touch problem and sound problem. This complaint is already registered in jharkhand (Ranchi) service center. But, really the service center in jharkhand (Ranchi) is not working well. He assured me that the problem is carefully handled, but he took my mobile from last 5sept to 8th oct 2016, and they do not solve my issue. The last date of warrenty is near closing (In december). So it is kindly requested you to please solve my problem.

My phone is not working from last two day is not switching on suddenly it become dead peace, i had purchase from flipkart two months before, now its in warranty period they told nothing happen to this phone till 1 year, now i got result of this phone, so i want replacement on this phone, pls as soon as possible replace my product at any how im requesting you its not way to deliver this type of product from flipkart, so kindly pls do this replacement of this phone .

Sir, i had purchased the intex aqua super imei no[protected]on 30/04/2016 since last 30/40 days battery was draining early slowly slowly timing of drain completely becomes smaller & smaller since last 3/4 days it goes down to 2/3 hours only, at that time i realized that shape of battery is changed so i visited at authorized service center at moks plaza borivali w surprisingly they told that this type of complaint is not acceptable.
Sir in your booklet it is written that warranty for battery is for 6months and still there is time,
Sir now a days all co's are changing full set for their defective part .They are buyback whole lot also. I had herd about complaints of swelling & drain is much in your phones .
To create a good brand name it is your responsibility to give positive response for defective product .

But rs: 4900/- has been deducted from my relative a/c
Let me know when i will the replace amount + deducted amount rs:4900/- pl expedite the matter at the earliest possible

INTEX 4.1 home theatre ooper and speakers not working.but distributor and customer service centre was not responded.i have contact help line number but help line also not responded.the home theatre purchased recently on 10/09/2016 ooper not working last 15 days distributor not respond please take proper action and send representative for immeadiate rectification.

I have intex aqua Star2 Hd mobile.My smartphone in warranty period .my phone is not working properly, So given at service centre since 4 month. They gave me time for 15 days but now its above 4 month.I requested if problem is not sort out. so please Replace my phone.

Respected sir i deposit my phone in intex sevice centre at palampur regarding touch problem on dated 23/08/2016 and job no is[protected]t001 but till date i am not received my device/ phone.
From last two weeks when i visit service centre palampur for know the status of my device then he told me again & again that replacement of my device is announced by company. But device not received till date.

Dear sir,
I submitted my mobile model no - intex aqua sense 5, to intex service center at emall in kolkata, west bengal, on dated 27nd of august 2016, which is already in warranty period, service center found issue only touch pad. Service center updated to come after working 15 days & when they got the head office conformation e-mail; they will give me the job sheet no.
Many time i called at service center but there was no such response. After long balance deduction & shouting over the phone they give me the job sheet number on 06/09/2016, which was –[protected]t001.
I visited after day by day they told me to wait & wait, the parts still now not in head office also and they will call me one my phone get repaired.
Now 30 days over, its 27 th of september, 2016 neither i received single call from intex nor from the service center.
So please tell me what kind of service you people are providing to customers. No use of calling customer care as they are not aware of anything they told contact service center, service center pointing out contact customer care.
If my phone has such a major issue they why can’t they replace the phone, instead of keep me waiting.
Either si i am requesting you please replace my phone any provide me asap as i m tired with following with customer care and service centre or i will take the necessary action.
All of you know the precious festival in kolkata is durga puja, if i am not received my phone before our grand festival it will be worst experience for yours coz intex not give me the phone without any cost, so...
Already i was taking with my lawyer & respected consumer forum officers. I also get in touch with media; they told me they will look after the e-mail reply.

I have purchased a INTEX Aqua Q7, on 18/04/2016, I have observed some inherent defects of the phone.
1.. Processor is very slow
2.. Phone Book/Contacts disappear frequently while you are going to dial.
3.. Phone gets hotter even in standby mode.

I have already visited the service centre but of no avail.

Now how will I continue with this phone now.
